Really well located on in the "zona rosa" pretty close to the T and the Andino Mall. Is perfect for business trips since you have anything what you need from fitness center to going out for a drink right close to it. The room is small however the bed is comfortable and it has shades so you don't get bothered by daylight until you wake up. Breakfast is not that splendid however it has more than enough assortments of fruits, breads and even the chance to order eggs. Regarding the price quality equ... Read more

I had a very enjoyable 6 night stay here at the start of a trip around Colombia. The hotel was conveniently located, very clean and well appointed. The main positive from my visit though was the response of the staff when I had an issue with a flight booking the day I was due to leave. This was a booking I'd made myself so it wasn't really anything to do with the hotel. However, the staff could not have been more helpful in helping me get sorted. My Spanish is very limited so I'm indebte... Read more

We had some problems to go to Bogotá since a lightining struck the airport's radar that controled the airtrafic around the country. But, even after three hours late, in the middle of the night, the transportation that we had arranged with the hotel was waiting for us. They gave us a huge room, with a king size and a sofa-bed. The bathroom was great, with a bathtube. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fruits and breads. The hotel is in a great place to shop, from a walking distance o... Read more

We had a great recent stay in Bogota at this hotel in the zona rosa. The hotel is great with excellent, attentive service, good security, and a convenient location. The breakfast was not complex but fresh and variable from day to day. The rooms were comfortable as were the beds. The only downside was the external noise. This was a mixed blessing as it meant that there were lively clubs and restaurants nearby but the crowds late at night and throbbing bass beat that went until 3 am were tough to ... Read more

The hotel is very well located for a traveler who wants to be in the heart of the entertainment district, or who wants to shop with the rich and famous. It was a good value, but it is showing a bit of age, and the breakfast was nothing you would rush back to.

This was my first visit to the country of Colombia, let alone to Bogota. I was referred to this hotel by a friend of my sister. I was super impressed on how my communications with the general manager, Adriana Zapata to facilitate a room of my choice was made. She was attentive to my requirements and arrangements and met them 100%. Upon arrival I was always greeted by courteous and friendly staff. The room was pleasantly spacious and nicely decorated and clean. Great continental breakfast and Col... Read more

Two nights without sleep (Wednesday and Thursday) The noise from the bars and discos outside was ridiculously loud and went until 330am each night followed by the constant honking of horns until 430am - the room offered absolutely no quiet, it was as if I was trying to sleep inside a discotheque. I traveled with a colleague who stayed in another room and also found it impossible to sleep both nights. The next days we could hardly function due to exhaustion. I complained to the front desk ... I opted for this hotel for the location...in the heart of Zona T, close to all the good restaurants and bars...near Andino mall...safe neighborhood...taxis available everywhere...rooms are large, but with a classic old look...if rooms are renovated this can become a pearl in Bogota

I stayed at Hotel Morrison 84 twice, in January and in September of 2016. I was on a business trip with colleagues. We were accommodated very well. Hotel staff is very attentive and was willing to personalize our stay and answer questions about the area. I love the location- there is a balance of urban energy and relaxing ambiance from the park nearby. Finally, the meals were delicious and breakfast was included with our room charge.

I was in Bogota as part of the crew of 'Love In The Time Of Cholera'..My production company had booked me into the hotel in the middle of the city ..A GREAT LOCATION. I had tavelled from Cartagena where I needed armed bodyguards since I carried so much cash to buy the many artefacts.. I checked in to the hotel but I was concerned that like other etablishments there was NOT ONE security man at the door or at reception. I signed in and the Bell Boy took my case..I insisted that my computer stay wi... Read more

The Hotel cafe was not good (review already posted); we tried lunch there and it was awful Breakfast was served at the restuarant. Average buffet breakfast with some bread, fresh fruits etc. For breakfast actually one can ask for specially cooked eggs, omelettes. It would be nice if there were notes on the tables telling customers about that. Fairly basic and spartenly decorated. Bathroom has one hook for towels. Another day room was cleaned but took away the washcloths so we had to ask them ba... Read more

Lovely hotel in the heart of Bogota El Retiro area. Friendly staff, nice comfortable rooms. Got an upgrade to a junior suite and the late check-out was no problem. Breakfast was good with a lot of fresh Colombian fruit !
