Nice hotel. Situated close to a very good park, and only 10 minutes from the subway. Close to the up-and-coming OCT district. Very friendly and helpful staff. But if you are in need of english speaking staff, you might experience som minor problems (but then you shouldn´t go to China in the first place..). Clean and neat. We upgraded to excecuive, and could eat breakfast in the lounge. Suggested for comfort and and a relaxing start. The restaurant was noisy, not suggested for dinner if you want... Read more

I am an Accor Platinum member having last stayed here 2 years ago for business. Since then .. the food and beverage areas have markedly declined. Expensive beer served in warm glasses with no napkins and shoved into an area usually for dining. Yes they have the Premium Lounge which is fine .. but I am reviewing as if I could not access this. The breakfast is quite disappointing .. dried fried eggs .. no-one making them like you would expect given that this hotel is not cheap compared to other... Read more

Stayed here recently for 2 nights on business. Was late checking in so when I arrived they only had a suite available so got a free upgrade. Obviously that is EXCELLENT! The problem is they would only give me that for 1 night, so having arrived at 11.30PM and leaving at 9am the next morning for a meeting, I had to tidy up, leave the room and leave my luggage at reception to get a new room when I got back. Bit of an inconvenience and I really think a good hotel would leave you in the room if it i... Read more

Very average hotel - especially seeing they are in the process of doing renovations/alterations and noisy building takes place even on Sunday afternoons. Some other reviewer commented that the pool was empty because of winter - well it is still empty in summer.

Location vice next to a park which is very nice, nearby subway, hallway a bit dark, maybe the renovation cause the hotel surrounding to ba a bit hazy and noisy. i think the staff need to train a bit more, as they try to be helpful but communication break down.

It's only a mediocre example among medium-level hotels in China. Breakfast was advertised as being served until 10:00 AM. I showed up at 9:40 and was shocked to find all the hot foods stone cold. The heat-plates, I was told by the staff, had been turned off at 9:30. No reason was given. A cursory apology was offered but no offer of turning the hot-plates back on nor any compensation were offered. Back at the small room, two small bottles of water were present. Given the 90+F temperature outside ... Read more

This is a relatively low rise hotel, my room was on the third floor, and looked to be in an extension. My room overlooked a narrow courtyard area between the main block and the extension. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous, especially when severe weather forced a change of my travel plans. The breakfast was fairly standard and extra, but can be booked in advance at lower cost from reception. This hotel seemed popular with all sorts of people, including famil... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for my biz trip because it's a company nominated hotel. Bad experience from the beginning, I booked a non smoking room and I was given a smoking one. After a long flight, I had to wait in the smoking room for another 15' to have the room changed. That happens, fine. The staff doesn't understand very well English, both from the reception to the restaurant and create some difficulties for communication. The other 4* hotels I have stayed in China have higher standards. Back t... Read more

Room was just recently renovated, It is nice and big, very suitable for my family of 4. I also tried the dinner buffet at 1/F, i truly amazing and value for money, variety of food (especially seafood) are the best buffet I ever had in ShenZhen. So there's not much to say. It's business hotel. It's safe enough and clean enough and quiet enough. Please moderate your expectations when planning on staying here. Don't expect a Hilton or even an Accor hotel in Europe. This is China after all and you could certainly do a lot worse for a functional business hotel. Stayed on the 4th floor and the layout is a little strange with a ramp leading down to one wing. There was certainly some water damage or seepage because the carpeting had a de... Read more

We were there for my work for 3 nights. Booked into an executive room on the 5th floor with access to the premium lounge. Room was clean and fine and large. The lounge made it easy to be comfortable - quality coffee machine, wine and snacks. I used it to work with my laptop in the evening to avoid disturbing anyone. First night there were complications in restaurant because I wanted to pay cash for my wife and put my bills on the tab to get a clean invoice. They misunderstood, took my cash f... Read more
