NIce location and peaceful area to spend holiday. Rooms are clean with good view and comfortable. Service was overall very good. The Hotel in itself is very elegant, clean and tidy with a very comfortable atmosphere.

Stayed in this property twice as it bookended our tour of China. The location is probably one of the key attractions as it is right outside a metro entrance (hard to find the closest exit and only one under the main road if leaving the station however). The property is nice, comfortable, quite modern and well-maintained. Rooms quiet spacious (standard North American size). Some even have a sofa. Lounge is nice if you have access. as an average it was a nice hotel but I wouldn't stay there again because i breakfast is very important to me, and I basically found nothing to eat in their buffet, they have a variety of food that suit only chinese people or people that eat chinese food, but what about other people?

I booked a room here. On arrival the checking in could of been better as the ladies at tthe front desk were starring at me and i had to move in. The first room i got was 1819 as soon as i enteted the roomŃ??i was welcomed by an unpleasant smell. After a few minutes of being in the room. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location either entering into Shenzhen by air or land. It is just opposite the metro station so that you can everywhere in Shenzhen easily. The food in the Chinese restaurant is gourmet and highly recommended.

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel within the past 3 yrs, the last 2 times were with American univ student groups from Minnesota. This hotel has a very couteous staff and makes you feel like family. I have been coming here for the last two years and would not consider any other hotel. Very conveniently located on the metro for easy access to Shenzhen. The rooms are spacious and the staff aims to please. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed a few days while on business in Shenzhen. Location is good. Very close to the subway and Shannan Rd. Hotel itself is average. Room is spacious enough but dark and murky interior. Bed not very comfortable. Breakfast was not very good either. Quality of the food was not top class and the staff in the egg station not very well trained. The hotel is getting old and is in need of renovation. Everything feels old. Exterior, interior, decoration, elevators etc.

We were 8 senior executives from 4 companies visiting Shenzhen for a week. We enjoyed our stay at the Oriental Ginza. The rooms, food and pool were clean and everything was well organized. We didn't had to worry about anything during the week. It has been very convenient to plan and the geographical localization was very convenient. I recommend it.

I stayed three nights here and regret having selected this hotel. The place is really worn out, the sheets and towels were not all clean, noise insulation was mediocre, and check-out was inefficient. I would have expected much better. Besides, the area is not attractive. On the plus side, wifi worked fine and there is a metro station right there. The price however is nonetheless fairly high by Chinese standards.

I did make the booking direct on website and as Le Club member, during my booking there is offer for member that rooms is included breakfast for 2 nights stay. On 1st day, when we went for breakfast, the hotel told me that breakfast is only for 1 pax and another 1 pax need to pay for CNY 105.00. I argue with them and seem that there are not agree on that and end up I need to pay for another person. Excellent rooms, service, and food. GM Adam very accommodating. Bus driver Abraham terrific. Towels were clean every day. Room attendant was more than attentive. Highly recommend. Easy access to subway from hotel entrance.

This was a great hotel 5 or 6 years ago, but it badly needs refurbishing. The staff are very hard work... I put the do not disturb sign on my door every day and every day it was ignored, the phone constantly rang with staff asking pointless questions and the cleaners seemed to knock on the door every 30 minutes. Staff really tries hard to put on a quality performance. GM Adam is very helpful and constantly seen making sure guests are happy. Wifi was not good as it constantly was going in and out and not reliable at all. Elevators need a boost as target are extremely slow and it can take 5+ minutes to get up or down. Food at the buffet is varied and decent. Hotel is always busy with a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day.

I've booked and I arrived late. No room can be arranged for me and it was a very bad experience since the front desk staff is not helpful. I felt sorry that I couldn't check in before 6 but I expected that at least a cancellation notice should be sent so that I can use my credit card to guarantee my room. Or at least I can go directly to another hotel to have a room and no need to waste my transportation time.
