I will start by saying everything about this hotel was awesome. Every employee that engaged me and every employee that i observed must have gone to the same University....the University of exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The facility was clean from the front door to the elevators to the restrooms to the lounge area to the guest rooms. My front desk person checked me in and made sure i was acclaimed to my room. And about the was comfortable, spacious and very detailed. ... Read more

I recently stayed in Shenzhen and stayed at the Four Seasons. I found the staff very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, large, and well stocked. I will stay at this property in the future without hesitation.

Had the opportunity to stay here several times and I finally decided to give it a try for 4 nights. Location is good, near multiple malls with plenty of restaurants, across from the convention center and one block from the subway station. The hotel lobby is quite nice, lots of space to relax, especially the outdoor area when the weather is nice like this trip, not hot, not cold, not humid. Lobby is on the 6th floor so need to note that when check-in. Getting to the building entrance is qui... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights due to an expo across the street at the Convention Center. This is a first class hotel. The staff was abundant, helpful and all pleasant. The facility was very clean, very nicely decorated and spacious. My room was very large, very nicely appointed and had an office area, a bedroom area and a large bathroom. It was very quiet and very comfortable. I didn't eat at the restaurants as I chose instead to sample the food at the malls next to the hotel. The Excerci... Read more

My recent stay at the Four Seasons was extremely satisfactory and most enjoyable. What I appreciated mostly is the attention to detail and absolute professionalism in providing great service. They have set the bar very high and it is clear that all staff are fully engaged in the values and culture of the hotel. Everywhere I went they my name! - how do they do that? I highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure visitors - the service is discreet and impeccable.

We traveled to Shenzhen for the weekend and stayed overnight at the Four Seasons. Our entire stay was exquisite. From the time we arrived at the hotel to the time we left, we were welcomed like family members. The smiles we received were genuine and the service and assistance was more then you would normally expect to receive from any world class hotel. Our room, were wonderful, large and clean with a separate bathroom and a large desperate bath overlooking the city. Absolutely wonderful to enj... Read more

I love this property! While Four Seasons Hotels always strive to have great looking properties what really make the hotel is the staff. This part in particular is the main reason I keep coming back. The staff is amazing and helpful. Most of the staff greet me by name which is something I look for when returning to the same hotel. I must make special mention of Joseph Choi. He is a diamond in the Four Seasons treasury. I can tell you that his great character and can do attitude will take him very... Read more

I have now stayed twice at this hotel, and in the last year have also stay in a "higher level" and slightly lower level hotel. In summary, this is my preferred. Service in Shenzhen is always high - so you will not get let down by service here. The facilities are excellent - the gym and pool are very well appointed and useful. The 2 restaurants have great food with wide selection. And the value for money is more than reasonable. Great and convenient location with a selection of bars and sho... Read more

This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and you just feel the luxury of everything . It has a superb service and a nice spa . The lobby is on the 6 floor and the breakfast was great but was mostly Chinese food which I don't eat . The area around the hotel is mostly building and little restaurants . In the whole area there wasn't a restaurant I know

The Chinese hotels are usually done very well, the Four Seasons hotel is my home away from home when doing business in SZ. Fantastic rooms in the heart of SZ with exhibition centre across the road and a quick walk to coco park. But what sets this hotel apart is the magnificent service from the staff. Truly world class, highly recommended for any traveler to Shenzhen.

First time I stay in this hotel and I love it! It has a great location, close to many "trendy" bars and restaurants. Over all, the hotel meets the Flour Seasons standard. If your are traveling for business or pleasure, this would we a great place to stay.

I stayed here every weekend for the past two months. Even though it is a Four Seasons Hotel but a lot of room for improvement. The first time it was a disaster, we stood at the reception for half an hour and they could not find our reservations. A miscommunication or no communication between the reservations and the reception front desk. It happened last summer with me and my nephew also. Ok, the health club is great, very posh with a nice indoor pool and an outdoor pool. But the jaccu... Read more

Spend a night at SZ for a short getaway. I'm so glad that I've choose Four Seasons than any other brand. All staff are well trained, always carry a warm smile and greet us by name. The room is super clean! Good quality coffee and bathroom amenities. Chinese Restaurant is a must try. Overall, highly recommended!!! Special thanks to Elliott and chef Hung for their out standing services.

While staying in Shenzhen for the summer, I decided to celebrate my birthday with my friends at Four Seasons. I booked a ''four seasons room'' on expedia, fair price. When I checked in, I asked them if I got a chance to upgrade to a suite. Unfortunately they were all occupied at that moment. I was happy that she at least tried to upgrade and gave me a room on the 30th floor. The room was actually bigger than I expected. My friends came and had a great time. I have just stayed two nights at their Four Seasons Room on the 27/F. The hotel pretty new compares to the others in SZ. The spacious room (bath room extra bigger) with the nice CBD view plus the blue sky which was amazing. I special like many big mirrors in the room. Having tasted the food in their Chinese Restaurant & Bar, the Spanish sausage hot dog was most delicious I tasted at SZ this time. This hotel could be the priority choice when visiting SZ.

The Four Seasons was an absolute treat to stay for a recent business trip. Modern, spacious, bright, elegant, and very friendly staff all around. I enjoyed the modern amenities in the room. The comfort is world class. The lounge experience was equally nice with friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed the dining experience as well with the creative dishes and great quality available. This is one of my favorite hotels in Shenzhen.

The service was great, however, my breakfast was delivered incorrectly almost everyday. My eggs where not prepared as I asked for fried eggs and got scrambled eggs instead. I believe it was mis-communication. This was the only issue and everything else was wonderful.

The room was spacious, the bed was a luxurious cloud, the Etro toiletries ample. But the best thing about the stay was the service. *Everyone* had a smile and a friendly greeting. The language skills were perfect, the hospitality was genuine (or at least if not, it fooled me!). Raymond at the bar was charming and generous in helping me try some special gin he had stocked. As a regular business traveler, I've had my fair share of staying at top notch hotels around the region. For a weekend getaway, my wife and I decided on the Four Seasons Shenzhen, and all I can say is wow! The Four Seasons room we had was spacious and the bathroom is to die for, especially a sunken bath overlooking the cityscape of Futian. Good: Convenient location, comparably low room rate, and the room itself is good. Bad: Internet connection is not always stable, but is fine. Pillow is way too soft you would need the cushion-like thing on the bed to help you with the sleep.

The hotel and room are generally well maintained except for some minor details which can be improved. E.g. there was a spot of blood stained on the bathroom tile which was not cleaned through my stay. The hotel tries to "greet" the guest by flashing the guest surname on the tv screen in the room everyday. Out of the 4 nights I stayed, there were 3 days which the flashing came up to be incorrect surname and wrong gender! I got a shocked when it first appeared on the tv screen as I thought the... My company booked me for 3 nights due to proximity to office. The hotel booked me into a twin bed room ( as a single person). Wanted to change the room but they said have to wait for tomorrow. Breakfast was good, room cleaned and nice amenities. The decor at the back of the bed did not let me sleep well the first night. Compare to other four seasons hotel in Asia, I can say this hotel is much less classy. The lobby is very small and unclean. I have been to caprice in Four Seasons hotel Hong Kong for a few times and I really like Caprice so this time I would love to try out the restaurant in SZ. We have chosen foo馥 for lunch. I stayed at the hotel because I visited the exhibition center. The Four Seasons Hotel is literally across the street of the main entrance to the exhibition center. It's perfect if you want to go there. We stayed in a Club room, which is an incredible spacious room. The hotel in Shenzhen (my first visit to that city) was chosen by somebody else, and what a treat that was - due to heavy load, a very kind and pleasant gentlemenin the reception upgraded me to a fine suite and I enjoyed the 24 hours I spent there very much. The hotel is very new, the public areas very nice as was the suite, and the meals I had (breakfast and an evening buffet as part of an event) were excellent. Somebody in my party tried out the gym and massage and were happy with both !

A really enjoyable stay - I have stayed at several hotels in Shenzhen and most have struggled to achieve 5 star standards - but the Four Seasons manages this with ease. The quality of the hotel - the service, accommodation and overall standard is as high as any Four Seasons and I will now use this hotel as my base whenever I'm in the area. The staff are exceptionally well trained and, as always, that makes all the difference.

For a top notch hotel it is sad that they allow "professional women" to hang around the reception area in the night soliciting clients very openly. We were wondering how such open prostitution could be allowed. This does bring the hotel reputation down several notches. Not all travelers are into this type of stuff. Management should take steps to not allow such women into the hotel. They can do their business outside.

The hotel is one of the best hotels in Shenzheng. The building and rooms are both beautiful and luxury. The only thing bothered me was that, during the check-in, the staff member on the front desk made my room type wrong (I booked the club room). This was actually fine to me, just a very little mistake, and she corrected it shortly. However, that staff member said "You just booked the cheapest room type in our hotel". I have been here many times and this time the check-in experience has been bad. Although I had previously completed the online check-in stating my arrival time in the afternoon, I had to wait almost 20 minutes at the reception as they had to double check that my room was ready. This was really the first time I heard such a reason: a room, after housekeeping has released it, is either ready or unready.
