Convenient as quite central, the hotel would need some renovation. My room had a bit of strange smell (humidity and air conditoning). Breakfast was good but with so many people during the week end... Pool and fitness ok Would go again for its location but I prefer the design and service from the Pullman Shanghai South

This hotel is in a great location, has a high level of staff English language literacy and when staying with Executive Club privileges presents a compelling offer. Rooms are a bit dated with a lot of wood panelling however bed appeared new. Bathrooms need updating in line with broader Pullman group where large rain shower heads are becoming standard. Food in the hotel buffet is to a high standard, breakfast offering is excellent and the generous sunken garden with large dining area is an oasi... Read more

Two weeks away, on the other side of the world... it's important to feel comfortable. The staff was exceptional and their work ethic and sincerity was out of this world. I grew attached to them and look forward to my next visit.

This hotel is huge and extremely nice. It's in a busy area but still a short cab ride away from the major tourist area in Shanghai. The hotel is well kept and has very nice amenities. If you are able to get a room with a view you will not be disappointed. The room size is great and they have staff that speak English. However, be aware that the English speaking staff are usually the day time workers. If you have any late night needs or issues you may be out of luck. The food options are nice. You... Read more

It should be a good choice if you spend several days in Shanghai, even with children or olders. The location is good and a lot of restaurants there, a big shopping mall also. If you need to take a subway,5 mins walk to the station.

My overall rating is 3+ OK, first of all, unless you have eagle eyes, you just can't see the room direction board because they are extremly far away from the elevator. Room is a little bit small and tired. Towels are not as soft as they should be. Service reaction speed is a plus though. Not an impressive hotel.

A very good hotel for Shanghai. Located just by Dapuqiao subway station which is connected to an alley with plenty of restaurant choices and shops. The Pullman is a real full-service 5-stars hotel and when I needed to print some documents at 1AM they graciously helped me. My room was very large with a gorgeous bathroom including a bathtub and plenty of amenities which were fulfilled daily. They offer a shoe-shine service free of charge and there is even an umbrella available in the closet for... Read more

The hotel is centrally located in the city center and within walking distance to Dapuqiao Station where you can go to almost everywhere in Shanghai. The hotel also offer spacious room and the price is good for a five star hotel. the executive lounge service is nice also. the lounge is on the 52F overlooking Shanghai city and offer good breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail service.

We stayed at Pullman for a week during our visit to Shanghai and it was excellent. We were upgraded to a corner suite room which was massive. It was extremely comfortable and spacious. The shower wasn't quite as nice as the room itself, but it wasn't anything awful. The hotel itself has a very nice lobby and very friendly customer service. The bar downstairs was really good, but quite pricey. The location was great for us, it was really close to the Sun Moon Light center which had a ton to do.... Read more

Overall a very good hotel with a few things that could use improvement. I thought I had made reservations through the Accor site for two rooms. However, on arrival there was only a reservation for one room. The hotel was booked so my associate had no room. The front desk, after a few stop and go's, told my associate that a nearby hotel was available. Well, after going there it was not available. We found a room at another good hotel but the Pullman staff could have done a better job in han... Read more

Friendly staff in a great location with excellent, the food and variety in the restaurant is fantastic. There is a money exchange machine, the pool is a bit hard to do laps in as it is round. The bar on the top floors has an all round view on a fine day, you sit up there and just take in the view.

Second stay within a month. Due to availability the hotel could not upgraded my room to Executive Suite like last time but still they gave me a bigger room and the explanation was polite and reasonable. I really like their breakfast buffet (B1F Ginger) so in addition to the complimentary 2 breakfasts, I paid for extra person so my family could enjoy it as well. 20% off as platinum member, pretty good deal.

With the Accor Card, I got upgraded to a suite for less than 100$ per night, so I will not complain. The hotel is very nice, located in a huge building, with an excellent Japanese restaurant on the50th floor. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, staff helpful. Breakfast adequate, shops and a small entertainment district (a bit too quiet) within walking distance.

So the Location of this hotel is quit cool, As always the pullman hotels gives you a nice overview of the city. How ever the room was not very clean, they forgotten to put water in the room, The waiting time for the taxis was crazy it was faster to go in the street and get one, then to ask the hotel. When i wanted to go out in the night i asked the staff to recommend me a place were i could talk to my client and still have a drink they sent me to a big nightclub with loud music, Don't get me w... Actually. Still in the hotel now. The room is 24 degrees and cannot sleep. The air-conditioning in this building is old and centralised so there is nothing they can do to cool the room. You can set the air-conditioning to 15 degrees but again this will not help. The staff not helpful at all. So if you're looking for air, I'd say click on a different hotel. .

This hotel on the basics is fine. But it is 35 degrees outside and the building is central aircon meaning though the air conditioning says it works. The room remains 24 degrees no matter how hard you try. I called for maintenance and the manager and they say there is nothing they can do. So please keep that in mind if you too need a good night sleep.

The level of service offered at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway is exceptional. The hotel location is great for the traveller wanting to get a taste of Shanghai, however there is no need to leave the hotel - it has everything. Food choices are amax=zing, the rooms are beautiful, the view from the Executive lounge incredible. The motel limosines are excellent and Edward the concierge is most helpful.

Picked this hotel because they have had an excellent offer on a small apartment suite, meaning bedroom and small living room. The hotel itself is a bit squezzed in between the buildings next door but luckily the driver did know the entrance. Very modern building, guess around 7 years old. Spacious lobby. We arrived around 9pm, the service desk was still well staffed, hardly any time to wait to check in. I have had 2 bookings, the first night a colleagues stayed in a separate room. No issue to co... Seems that Accor feel they can buy hotels and put a brand on them and all will go well. This is my opinion anyway and I expect they have a different view. The hotel was OK but I expect a more satisfying experience. Perhaps I'm too demanding. It was just OK, certainly not a bad experience but not particularly a great one either.

The Pullman is a good hotel and is a very nice stay. Stay on a high floor (the same in all of China) to avoid the street noise. Try to get a room facing the Bund. The french concession is close was well as some very cool places to eat and drink. The restaurants are fair to midland. If you can get the executive floor included that is a great idea. Excellent location, very modern and well kept hotel. Service is good and staff speak good English.
