Situated in the center of Shanghai, with good Lobby and the design is very modern. The room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is at the average level. If you need to stay in a good hotel. This will be one of your choices.

Spent 5 weeks here on a business trip - Location: situated at the outskirts of the jing an district but hotel was located near shanghai railway station (and metro) which was 7 mins away by foot. Get around by cabs using didichuxing anyway. Room: spacious room, with a slight walk in wardrobe. The bathroom was equally spacious and well stocked up with each passing day. Hotel amenities: sizeable gym with modern machines, quality (but never-changing) breakfast spreads, business centre/conferen... Read more

I have a interview in Shanghai US consulate so I booked this hotel. It's 25 minutes' walk which is very convenient. This hotel is also just 3 minutes from Shanghai train station. Hotel services are super great. No complains at all.

Right from Airport pick-up to check-out experience was top notch. I was received at the VIP check-in area, as my bell boy informed me that I have been upgraded. VIP check-in area is with 2 comfy sofa set and a very courteous staff helps you with the check-in. Room was very spacious with a separate bathing area (with bath tub), separate restroom (the best part, i will come back to this later) and a mini closet. The restroom was a separate small room and was fitted with all latest automatic washi... Read more

Stayed there for a business trip. Very conveniently located with business facilities on the other block. Near to train stations and easily known to taxi drivers. Highly recommended if you want luxury and be away from the busy town centre.

Located right outside Shanghai Train Station. Great rooms. Slightly let down by room service though. Food was vile. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean newish and well appointed. Excellent for business trips. Probably not so much for leisure since there are no real tourist areas nearby.

Superb hotel, from the moment you enter the lobby to the last minute of your stay. Restaurants and bars are amazingly well maintained, with a wide selection of food and drinks. The service reflects perfectly 5 star standards in all area of the hotel but especially from Mr. Pauluzzi and Breeze garden employees. Bravo

This hotel is too expensive for what it offers. Much better to stay at Holiday Inn across the street. It is a much better value. I am at Intercontinental now and paying too much for this room, room service, breakfast,, pretty much everything they offer here is over priced.

Everything about this hotel is lovely, from the flowers in the revolving door, the koi pond and live music in the lobby to the spacious bedrooms and fancy bathroom fixtures. Breakfast was amazing every day.

Wonderful luxury hotel in Shanghai. We were with a group and our room was very large and luxurious. The bath was very large and there was probably more storage than we have at home. This was probably the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in, with a very hard working staff. Great breakfast buffet, also.
