This hotel was just a walk to the local shopping centre and was spacious with lots of room. Good breakfast, too cold to try out the swimming pool but the rooms were spacious and wifi free. After a day sightseeing it was nice to relax in your room.

I stayed for 2 nights in September. Overall, it was a nice experience. Pluses: - Very good location - Staff are friendly and helpful. Minuses: - In addition to enthusism, Some of them at the Reception should improve English to the basic level to help. Again, they are very nice! - Facility is a bit old and you can smell smoke subtly.

We stayed here one night as part of our tour. It is very well located nearby to West Lake. The breakfast buffet was good. Lots of options and all fresh. The rooms were quite small and the bathroom was very small. Everything was clean and in good working order though. Compared to other 5 star hotels we've stayed in the room was certainly not as large or luxurious. I would rate the hotel more as a 4- 4.5 star value. It is good for a 1 night stay though.

Nice Hotel with correct rooms for 3 people. It is centrallly located close to touristic area, the west Lake surrounded by a shopping area with wonderful views at sunset. Very recommended buffet breakfast. Rooms confortable.

Location is great. 15 min walk to West Lake. The hotel is not new but itâ??s well maintained. The room is clean and has all necessary amenities, including some basic stationery. Very comfortable bed after a long and tiring journey. Bathroom is rather small but it is fine for us. Breakfast at the first floor from 7-9:30am offers wide variety of choices from western style to Chinese and Japanese style of cuisine. Overall it is great and recommended.

Standard hotel close to west lake. We visited the first weekend after the 2016 G20 so it was very busy with more local tourists than us Aussies. The room lighting is very dim but the bed very comfy. Bathroom adequate - shower over bath. Breakfast standard buffet catering to different nationalities.

The Hotel was close to the West Lake and to all shops and cafes. For a Five Star hotel It needs a upgrade. The carpets and walls need a upgrade and the rooms are small in size.Breakfast was a five star service with western style menu .
