Very welcoming staff and very well organised. Our suite was huge and comfortable. Our only issue was how hard the bed was which is a common complaint we have in all hotels. Location is a bit poor and the lobby design is a bit claustrophobic but otherwise a fantastic experience. Room was excellent and spacious. Restaurants were excellent. Suggestions for other amenities include loofah pads and better lighting control system

I used to stay at Four Seasons hotel, which is a great and outstanding hotel and was resilient of staying and changing of hotel, however the experience was really good. The hotel is warmth and friendly, very well located and with this little details that make you feel like in home. Something very important when you are far away from home. Really good for long stays.

Room : Clean, Nice, Luxury, Top of the line. One of the best rooms I ever been. Service : Great, Kind, Nice, Satisfying. Location : Perfect, linked to a luxury mall. Food : I only had some breads from the bakery, very very nice. Price : Little pricy but ok.
