Located in a prime location of Beijing and also one of the highest building. The usual Park Hyatt style. Nice indoor pool. Lobby on 63/F. Although not new hotel but still well maintained. Seems short of staff, no porter service upon arrival.

Outstanding hotel! We just spent five nights here and had a wonderful time. The calm and modern surroundings were a welcome change from the noise and crowds of Beijing. Our room had an amazing view of the city and included all the amenities including daily fresh fruit. The hotel staff was stellar; we are especially appreciative of Doris, Santo and Candy for all of their help during our stay.

The Park Hyatt is central located, quality of rooms is exceptional and well equipped. Views from higher floor rooms and the restaurant on 66F are exceptional. Staff is very caring and helpful. On the downside, in-room dining options are limited and food taste is above average.

Great bathroom, free standing sink area, spacious walking closet, toto toilet and nespresso coffee maker. Don't miss breakfast buffet

Although the weather was not ideal in Beijing, my husband and I had great experience staying in Park Hyatt Beijing. Staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. We had small issue of looking baby swimming diapers and Ms Cheng who works at the reception helped us to search on the Internet and ordered the diapers. Staffs from restaurants were very kind to us too. Ms Cheung Bing was very thoughtful of preparing the baby high chair and baby meal set for my son who is 14 months old. We would ... Read more

This is a large, modern hotel occupying the top floors of a skyscraper in the middle of the business district in Beijing. Bizarrely, reception is on the top floor with the rooms underneath, so you have to take the elevator to check-in. The lady at reception was lovely, I was escorted to my room and given a personal tour of all the features of my 'standard' room. Again, the design is almost back to front, you wall in through the bathroom area to the bedroom at the rear. Its difficult to do the r... Read more

The service we received at the Park Hyatt was great, but the room really sold it for me. I was lucky enough to get a corner room, so that was cool. But the room layout itself was really nice. Huge workspace with plenty of electrical outlets, an interesting "island" vanity and minibar setup, an enormous bathroom and large closet. The only downside was, as I remarked to a colleague, I've never been in a room with so many drawers that were already full of stuff! I like to put my folded clothes in d... Read more

I stay at the Park Hyatt Beijing for 5 days and the stay was very nice. The concierge service is very good. The service at the hotel is impeccable. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel needs to train the staff with the spoken English as it gets very difficult to speak to some of the staff who try very hard to get things done for the guests.

Generally I love this hotel chain. Beautiful Space, Attentive Service & Care, Clean & Fresh Rooms, however ..... It took 15 min to sort how to manoeuvre the lighting options in the room and to get the bloody blinds open. No directions - indeed, the panels were hidden behind some silly dark-brown plexiglass panels. When one is a tad claustrophobic searching for any option available to lift blackout shades and open blinds is unnecessary. Plus, with a July heatwave in Beijing, the aircon butto... Read more

This is one of the newer Park Hyatt properties. It resembles other urban Park Hyatt hotels (such as Park Hyatt Tokyo) with the location on upper floors of a centrally located high rise. As you would expect from a hotel of this level, the rooms are modern and well designed, and overall service level is very good. I was little disappointed by the breakfast restaurant (China Grill), where service seemed a little chaotic. Also, the hotel would benefit from more character - the way it looks now is ve... Read more

Amazing hotel with outstanding views over a modern east part of the central city.15 minutes drive to the forbidden city. Contemporary design, with good taste. Reception on floor 63,dining and living rooms above that level, also with a nice contemporary athmosphere. Very well designed and equiped rooms. Excellent service, considering China standards.

Checking in on the 63rd floor was a weird introduction to the hotel, but everything about the place works brilliantly. The rooms are stunning -- huge bed, large desk, fantastic shower -- and the service throughout the hotel is first class. The gymnasium overlooks Beijing and is well stocked and air conditioned, with the pool next door also boasting great views of the city. Terrific restaurant and bar also have skyline views, which are spectacular at night. Downside is the cost of breakfast, ... Read more

The dressing area is on the opposite side of the tub and shower, through which you have to pass whenever you walk in. Decor is minimalist, ish.
