For sure a good hotel, also for business purposes. Several restaurants in hotel with multiple food choices, also Western. Standard rooms are average size with good bed and bathroom. 15 minuten away from Tianmin square by taxi. Friendly personel although do not speak too much English, which should improve.

I am staying till April 14th and I shocked about the amazing high class service in this hotel. Very luxury Restaurants, very good tea bar with privet room with a good environment for your meeting. I like the decoration design for my room 2039. I highly recommend this luxury hotel to all of you.

The standard rooms are pretty average for the price which was reasonable. Some of the newer chains may offer better value for money though. The 5 star rating is down to the services on offer. There are plenty of dining options to choose from. However they are very expensive. The luxury rooms on the upper floors are very nice. Although not everything in the room worked. Some floors seem to have a problem with air quality with fumes from the road outside circulated through the AC.

This hotell is in a high class for a resonable price. It has all the facilities you need and a lot of good restaurants. Nearby there are also some good restaurants and bars. It is a lot of different room categories. I stayed at Kunlun Club which had really big and luxurius rooms. The front desk was profesional and the consierge help us with trips, taxis (cheap), city cars, restaurants eq. The Sky bar was spectacular. The breakfast buffet was really good. Food for everyone - why not eat sushi for... Read more

Gavin Song has been very helpful in assisting me upon my arrival. Room reservation was mistakenly made for the wrong date and no one knew how to help other than Gavin, the Assistant Manager at the desk. He spent time patiently helping me with my check-in. The rest of the ladies at the desk are just for show...I would have check out to another hotel if not for Gavin's help. He is truly an asset to your hotel!

I have been at this hotel for more that 3 times because of its closeness to the diplomatic enclave. It has 5 star facilities but 0 star front desk managers. I stayed for 3 nights this time round and the personnel service at the front desk was poor. It's about time they get some English speaking people there.

This hotel, which was the first international hotel in Beijing, built still under Mao's regime, is well located in the business district Chaoyang, just over the street from the Kempinski. At truly reasonable prices within this category, the Kunlun hotel stands out with rooms, containing a business corner, a living room in addition to the bed room, all spacious, intelligently furbished and well maintained. Aside that the Kunlun provides all facilities a travel may need, two outstanding items a... Read more

Very luxurious rooms, Extremely comfortable beds and a nice, modern bathrooms. What threw me off was almost a complete lack of interest of the front desk staff. My check in took ages (so did check out and I had a very early flight to catch!). The staff didn't seem very motivated to answer my questions about the logistics of my check out and the airport transfer. Not really what you'd expect from a luxury business type hotel. Apart from that however Kunlun is a good hotel, and is not very expe... Read more
