The moment you stepped into the lobby the aroma from the flowers was overwhelmingly delicious!!! The decor was lovely and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Our room was beautiful although it didn't have the best view. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want and everything we ate was delicious. We dined at the Chinese restaurant in the hotel twice and we had great meals and wonderful service both times. We were informed at check-in that facebook and gmail were blocked in... Read more

Absolutely loved this hotel! From the spectacular flower arrangements at the lobby (smell was divine!), mix of modern and traditional decor, attentive service, down to the attention to detail at the restaurant (we had our very own tea server!); everything was what you would expect at a Four Seasons hotel. The food at the Chinese restaurant and the Opus lounge was top notch; definitely try the "siu loong pau" or pork dumplings, the jasmine tea was the best we've ever tasted and the service was ... Four Seasons quality for sure. Find food elsewhere, the restaurants were grossly over priced for the quality. Linguini with a tiny piece of lobster was $80 and pasta was over cooked! Massage was $300 and not outstanding and considering the cost of labour in China. We've travelled much of Asia and this felt like Four Seasons was taking advantage. Stayed at Peninsula in Shanghai, it was better quality albeit expensive.

The Four Seasons Beijing was a outstanding stay for me, especially after a few days in provincial China where the hotel facilities were rather limited and staff could not speak any English. Four Seasons team met me at the airline gate, assisted with luggage then transported me via limo to hotel. My room had been upgraded which was brilliant, among the best hotel rooms I've experienced. Late meal at the Italian in-house restaurant was truly excellent. All in all I would have loved to stay longer ... Read more

Comparing with our previous experiences (other 5* hotels) this was far better than any other competitor. The service and the room was top notch and the staff speaks English. We stayed here for three nights, and from check-in, to breakfast, to afternoon tea, to the workout facility, the attention to detail and personal service was impeccable. Breakfast was over-the-top in terms of amount and quality of food, and if you want to workout to burn those calories, the gym is huge (they provide sneakers if you need them), the pool is Olympic caliber, and the TVs in the gym and rooms have at least a dozen English-speaking channels (including HBO). From the pick up at Beijing Capital Airport to arrival at the property it is very clear that Four Seasons has the kind of attention to detail that its global recognition deserves. The property is ideally located making for a relatively fast arrival and departure to the airport on what can usually be very busy highways. I love the room - big, very comfortable, zen decor, huge bathroom. They put in some thoughtful designs like having 2 USB charging outlets on each side of bed. I like the little gestures like providing some tea and cookies at turndown that are supposed to help you sleep, or leaving a welcome back card for repeat customers. Customer service is as expected for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast buffet has a big selection. I'll definitely come back again.

Very nice, I guess, but a long way from the principle sites of Beijing. Restaurants overpriced. Decor is really over the top compared to most high end Four Seasons. The six course menu was designed to impress by the three head chefs of the hotel's main dining venues: ... Read more

4Seasons perfection...! Service, attention, kindness. The chief concierge Peter Tang makes you feel safe and provides all the help needed in your endeavors... The rooms are spacious and the quintessence of luxury. The breakfast, a mixture of Chinese and continental offerings is just amazing. The perfect place to stay in Beijing...!

We did enjoy our stay at Four Seasons Beijing, which is one of our favorite hotels in China. The flowers in the lobby and every public areas are so beautiful and fragrant that made us feel very energetic. It was very kind that Delia recommended us to expericence tea ceremony on the 6th floor and get total relaxed after the oriental massage.

Great facilities to make a very comfortable trip for me and easy access to different places in the city. The in-house dining experience is good, especially for the Italian restaurant that is very authentic.

Although I travel almost half my time, I have never written a hotel review until today. I really want to encourage anyone who can to experience the wonderful hospitality of this fabulous hotel. Of course the hotel itself is stunning, and all of the facilities top notch ( it is a Four Seasons, after all). What really makes this hotel special is the caliber of service that comes naturally from every single person working at this hotel. When you walk in the door, you immediately feel at home...quit... I travel extensively and never write reviews. I wanted, however, to make sure that anyone planning a trip to Beijing knows how special this hotel is. It's not just that the hotel is so thoughtfully designed with a wonderful sense of place. What really makes The Four Seasons Beijing extraordinary is how every guest is made to feel like they are arriving home from the moment they enter. The service, attention to detail, and genuine concern for each guest is amazing. I breathed a sigh of happiness ... Read more

I stayed three nights at this hotel and it was perfection. The lobby is welcoming with beautiful flower arrangements that Four Seasons is known for. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. It's the service that really makes this hotel stand out. I received some of the best service I have seen during my travels. This hotel has a club floor which I highly recommend. While up there, be sure and ask for Jessica Zhang who is the Senior Assistant Executive Club Manager. Sh... Read more

Stayed 3 nights in this luxury hotel. The room was spacious and very well appointed as was the bathroom. Great view over the city of Beijing. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner in their Chinese venue was excellent as well. Service was impeccable. We couldn't get the internet to work on our phones and within minutes they had an I.T. person to our room to solve the problem. Had an excellent stay.

When travelling in China, one gets used to overlooking flaws in hotel services as just being part of the China experience. This hotel is the opposite. There are none of these flaws and you genuinely feel like you are in a well run top tier luxury hotel that could be anywhere in the world. Pros: - Excellent staff service everywhere from front desk to front door to the bar - Staff command of English excels beyond those of all other Beijing hotels I have stayed in - Rooms are beautiful and feel lu... I was stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing the last week with my friend. It was an unforgettable journey. The executive lounge has breathtaking night view of Beijing day and night and event outdoor terrace on the 26th floor. Staff here are always friendly and did assist us a lot for our first trip in Beijing.

This was a family vacation and our first visit to China - we expected great accommodations at a Four Seasons and were not disappointed. The lobby, the rooms the food were world class. But the real impression came from a staff that could not have done enough for my family. They took personal attention from the moment we walked in the door to our departure. Marcus stood out as a tribute to the property. Highest kudos to the Four Seasons Beijing !

My husband and I stayed at Four Seasons in Beijing from 10/22-10/26 for 4 nights. The service we had received during our stay was nothing short of impeccable. We travel at least 2-3 times a year internationally. This time, we have been to 5 different cities throughout Asia, and this Four Seasons Hotel has one of the best services we had received in recent years. Everyone we have encountered was sincere and efficient. -The person I especially want to commend was the Executive Chef, Jackson Wu. ... Read more

The hotel provided us with very good service. We had a few miscommunications about additional services early on however they were eventually rectified. The hotel did strive to provide the services required in a timely manner according to what was required. Overall our experience was positive.

I stayed at this hotel while participating in a trade mission to China. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel and everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The lobby was stunning with plenty of marble and fresh flowers. The rooms very very nice but were getting marked up a bit and may soon be ready for a bit of a refresh. The food was very good but pricey. Breakfast was especially pricey. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. They offered lots of help... Read more

It is our home away from home and Andrew De Brito and his team makes us feel so welcome and special. Everybody from Jessica at the Executive Lounge to Victor Yan adds to this wonderful experience. Then there's Vishal Sanadhya, the Food and Beverage manager who always impresses us with his attention to detail and attentiveness.
