The hotel is located in a historic building. They provide free continental breakfast, and the people there are very nice, friendly, and helpful. There's a parking space right next to the hotel (gated). You need to ask the front desk to open it for you. For the most part, you should walk around the Valparaiso area to get a real feel of the city. It has free wifi with strong and fast connection.

The view from the terrace at the hotel is mindblowing. Our room was large, but without aircondtioning. But we did not need it because it's an old cool building. But if you sleep with the windows open, it can be a bit noisy because cars ride up and down the street in low gear. It's trendy and close to the nicest cerrero's of the city.

If you don't mind staying a bit far from the restaurants and shops (a mere 15-20-minute walk, really), this is a great option in Valparaiso. The room, although simple, was very spacious and had a great bed and huge windows. The view from the bed was so stunning we slept every night with the curtains open so the moon would light up the room. Also the service is very friendly and helpful. A charming and good-value choice in Valparaiso.

I made a mistake and only reserved one night when I meant to reserve 2. No problem! Breakfast was nice with a patio option. Staff spoke English and were helpful with tours and taxis. We would return to this hotel if again in Valpo.

The hotel was perfect for our needs, Clean, bright, quiet (occasional traffic noise from vehicles negotiating the climb) with a lovely outside area where you could sit and admire the views out to sea. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was a bit of a climb up the hill to get home each day, but if you don't want to climb hills don't go to Valparaiso as there are 46 of them.

Hotel balcony has a great view of Valoaraiso. Location was great attractive locations, bars and restauranta and slso historical elevators just 1-2 block away. Continental breakfast is good. Staff has quite smileface. Hotel has private parking area. I strongly recommand that take glass of vine and take a seat on balcony and enjoy Valpariso breath taking views.

The hotel is located in a nice area, with a great view from the terrace. The quality o the breakfast was really good. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom a little bit small, but it was not a problem. I need to make an special mention to the girls at reception Cintia and Camila, were super friendly and Helpful. Camila recommended a great restaurant (Cinzano) for dinner and explained to us were to take a taxi to come back, and avoid climbing up the hill.

Stayed here just the one night, on our way to La Serena. The staff were super helpful, and overall, the Hotel itself is quite a cute little place to stay it. Beautiful old heritage building, with funky rooms and decor. The brekkie was great, as too the views from the balcony. Grab a glass of wine, sit back and watch the sunset, and the lights of Valparaiso come up! Thanks guys for a great stay :)
