The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The location is perfect right near the largest shopping center in Santiago and with a Metro station only a few blocks away. Staff was extremely helpful pointing out directions and things to do. Included breakfast was amazing and was the what I liked best. Dinner in the restaurant was good but not exceptional.

The hotel was very well organized and maintained. The staff was the best of any Hilton Hotel that I have ever stayed at. The location is easy to go to any lace in the city from, and the rooms are quite, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. I had a problem with my immigration paper from the airport, and the staff were very helpful in getting things straightened out with the Police (PDI), which made my departure easy. If they had not helped me, I would have had to deal with... Read more

I loved this hotel, felt very welcomed and the staff is quite friendly (complimentary delicious hot chocolate chip cookies upon arrival!). I got in on a very early flight and for no extra charge allowed me to do an early check in for a much needed rest. Very well located. I definitely would recommend.

Enjoyed the location. Just 3 blocks from a dozen 4 star restaurants, just 2 blocks from the largest mall in Santiago, located in the midst of beautiful architectural wonders, a short cab ride from 4 5 star restaurants, the government center, cultural center and the airport; just a great location. This Doubletree is head and shoulders above most Hilton's that I stay at (I stay at Hiltons every week, I am a life time Diamond member). The staff goes out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable ... Read more

We really enjoyed our stay in the Doubletree Santiago. Great location close to the Sky Costanera tower (easy to get to the centre via Metro or Uber), very professional, efficient and friendly staff, modern and comfortable rooms (especially the suites) with blackout curtains and the great Hilton beds and an extensive breakfast buffet that offers something for everyone.

I loved Doubletree it's great if you don't want to stay in the middle of the city. Vitacura is a beautiful part of Santiago and it has the new high rises and more modern part of chile. It's like we can see old part and new part with great new malls and shops. The staff are absolutely amazing 10/10 I remember all the staff like Christian at front of house and Paolina on the help desk!! It's a terrific place to stay.

If you come with a car, dont use this hotel: Arriving, while checking in, my car had stay over the walk side on the street. No valet parking. Taking back the car back every day, requires a process, that make me to think I´m working for the hotel and no the opposite. We took the room on 31-12, planning to stay for 5 nights. The room smelling badly. It is not serious, that a well reputed Trip Advisor hotel, deliver a room in such condition. Front desk always with a line of waiting passengers.

I stayed here for work for the first time. My usual hotel was booked up and so had to make other arrangements. The Doubletree was so good that I probably will make this my go to hotel for work in Santiago. The location was central, making it easy to get to my meetings quickly and easily. Accommodations were top notch, large rooms that are nicely decorated and laid out. We didn't eat in the hotel, but did have drinks at the bar, which was very nice. All in all, this was a great addition to ... Read more
