I booked this hotel for a recent business trip but was underwhelmed by the hotel. The room I had was very pleasant and situated on the 16th floor but despite this I was woken by the traffic noise evryday, very poor double glazing I suspect, if it was like this on the 16th floor I dread to think what it was like lower down The restauarant menu in the evening is very limited and breakfast is a real struggle, two days out of the four that I tried to get breakfast I couldn't get a table, when you do... The hotel has a restaurant, which serves fantastic food and drinks. Special thanks to Thomas from bell/concierge service for helping me find an awesome tour of Santiago in the little time I had to spend there!!!

Very nice hotel at a fare price, rooms are good, amenities also. For business. What O would like they to change is the egg in the breakfast included, I really do not like that "egg". Reception, drivers, bell boys are committed to customer. Location is close to some restaurants and a nice shopping mall.

The service in this hotel has been exceptional, in all ways. Front desk, breakfast staff, housekeeping were all great. Obviously well managed, all employees seemed to be enjoying themselves and it was contagious. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent for resturants and front desk staff will direct you. Quiet Neighborhood behind hotel has a couple of places that are local, whole area very safe.

They have been able to get us to our rooms quickly in almost every case, which is important as we almost always have scheduled meeting that afternoon. Also, the breakfast is very good.

If you want to get away for the weekend and are in Santiago, you should try the new DoubleTree. Although busy during the week, it slows down in the weekend and they have great rooms and service at a very economical price. If you book it during the weekend, pay the extra amount for the breakfast buffet and enjoy it. They were also flexible for an additional 2 hour delay in the check out. The people who work in the hotel are very kind and very accommodating and a special shout out to Luis at reception and the pretty woman who checks you in for breakfast. The room we got was a corner room and had a great view of "Sanhattan" and was modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The location is great - right near the Tobalaba metro stop and the huge shopping mall. Plenty of restaurants near by. The gym is small but perfectly fine and super clean.

I travel to Santiago regularly on business and always try to stay at the DoubleTree. I have stayed at other near by hotels when I've had to, but always return here. The staff is fantastic, always trying to help the guests, the rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent for my requirements (I can walk to our partner's office). I've already made my reservation for my stay next month.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had a Hilton property in any country. The staff from the front desk, restaurant, bar, cleaning, front door were all extremely helpful, friendly and gracious. Fredy was always greeting us with a friendly smile. Luis was extremely helpful from check in to check out and everything in between. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simply amazing! Great job Hilton! Thank you.

The room is nice (tough a little small), the bed, wifi and working table is perfect, I had an issue with the hot water for shower for 4 days but it was solved, as I stayed 11 nights there I'm able to see all, Buffet Breakfast is amazing, but not included in most of the rates, to pay separately is expensive USD23 , location for work is great and service is very good.

This is an excellent choice in Santiago. It is in a safe area, close to the mall and to a nice walking path by the river. You will find many good options of restaurants nearby, even though the restaurant at the hotel (and room service as a result) is cream of the crop. I ordered room service a few times and the gentlemen who brought the food were professional and quick. Breakfast was slightly overpriced but it offered good choices of local and international food. The front desk staff was friendl... Read more

It's not often that we write to congratulate a team who delivered exemplary service. The Santiago DoubleTree team however are deserved of commendation. From check-in to check-out, we were made to feel special by everyone of the staff. There were some that really stood out for special mention, including Marcello, a real star among stars. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable and happy one!

Great hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel looks really modern, with a great room and bathroom size. The furniture is pretty new and modern. It has a good quality restaurant and the service is pretty good. Great value for money. There a lot of restaurants in a walk distance.

The hotel is located in Las Condes area, which you can find lots of restaurantes to get proper dinner. Rooms are very spacious with nice amenities. Bathroom is equipped with basic amenities and even a robe. It feels a little noisy but not from the outside, it is more related to the AC/Heating system. Also looks like this hotel has high volume of guest as carpets are getting very dirty. Even those little details I would probably consider for future stays.

This hotel is in a great location. It is near some very good restaurants and within walking distance of the Costanera Center - the largest mall in south America. The rooms have an interesting layout... the TV is in the center and rotates to be viewed from the bed or 180 degrees to be viewed from the living area.

5/5 for this place because it is what it is, I like Doubletrees, this one is a modern and nice one. Decent Hhonors status recognition, they gave me a junior suite upgrade. This is clearly in a financial/commercial district and I went at a weekend, not only a weekend but holiday weekend. Most of Santiago looked dead driving through it and the area around the hotel was really quiet. That said, the Costanera Mall was rammed with shoppers. Not any obvious good eats and drinks nearby, compared to sa... Read more

This relatively new hotel is just a couple of blocks away from shopping (Costanera Center) and dining. It has very nice rooms - especially the ones on the HHonors floor - and an excellent breakfast buffet with everything you can think of. Service is excellent and staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out went smoothly without any delays. Everything worked perfectly.

From my arrival to my departure, and all my needs in between, the staff of the Doubletree went above and beyond to assist. Two great eateries in the hotel, awesome lounge/bar for a drink or just a quiet relaxing break. Location is great for seeing the sights of the city. If you need, the staff will get you whatever you need. Large rooms, lovely interior. Thanks to the staff for making my week great, and for lending me the tie that I forgot to pack. Salud!

As a dyed-in-the wool Hilton loyalist, I favor their brands whenever I travel. Over time, I had come to consider DoubleTree as a somewhat lesser version of their flagship namesake. Not so with this property. In fact, this particular DoubleTree is arguably the best managed hotel I have visited in the entire worldwide Hilton chain. The bilingual staff (the doormen, front desk, and restaurant) were more than helpful and courteous. They took the time to interact with us, remember our names, suggest... Read more

With my partner we have been in many different hotels in Santiago. This one is the best value for money. The staff courtesy is amazing. The "Make it right" policy is by far the best idea a hotel can apply. We love this hotel and the main reason is the friendly staff.

This hotel was very impressive. The front desk staff was attentive and helpful as was the restaurant staff. The hotel's location is also first rate, located very close to shopping, excellent restaurants and a beautiful park. I tend to be a creature of habit on business travel. I have Gold status with Hilton so have stayed in many. I have never stayed in a better Hilton than this, let alone best Doubletree Hilton! Hotel seems very new, staff are extremely helpful and friendly and recommended some great places to visit. Room was large, comfortable, big bed, great views. Really good location to visit the city from, very close to metro station only a short walk away. The staff truly go above and beyond to make this a great choice when visiting Santiago.

This was my first time staying at the Doubletree out of the country, and I'm not sure if it's representative, but if it is, Double Trees are quite nice outside of the US. The rooms are spacious and modern. There was a nice restaurant in the lobby, as well as a separate bar and lounge area. The staff was exceedingly friendly.

This small to medium sized hotel had welcoming and understanding staff. I and colleagues appreciated the warm cookies! Staff accompanied us to make sure we got to where we needed to go. On the downside my hot water was not working when I arrived and endured two days of lukewarm water but they eventually fixed it. We also appreciated that they were very well organized and helpful in obtaining transportation to move around.
