This hotel is located in the Vitacura district, away from the bustling center of the city, but located within easy walking distance, through pleasant neighborhoods, of shopping and the very upscale Parque Arauco shopping mall (where one can access the hop on/ho off tour bus). The staff is very friendly, with several English speakers, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is better than average.

We arrived late at night to find a swanky-for-the-1960s hotel with an attentive reception desk and a profoundly diligent bellhop. They checked us right in and told us about the hotel’s amenities in the clearest, most patient Spanish we heard anywhere in Chile. The bedroom was clean and, for a city, fairly spacious. A very nice, clean boutique hotel (about 35 rooms) in a very nice section of Vitacura. On a main street close to local stores and restaurants as well as walking distance to Parque Arauco shopping complex. Lot of buses to choose from but not too near the subway. Nice building, good restaurant and bar as well as small garden. Even a nice business room off the main lobby. Rooms are on the small side but are clean and everything worked. Had all the things needed to make my stay comfortable, if a... Read more

If your looking for a bed/room that's clean and tidy this is a good hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English. The only things I didn't like is it didn't have a lift but staff helped with luggage. Very good breakfast and good location close to other restaurants and gym.

I have been in this hotel for 6 days and I must say that the food is excellent, beyond the ordinary. The entrees and food dishes are out of this world. I strongly recommend the merluza and salmon. The owner is basque so I can see where the excellence comes from. On a second note, the staff is incredibly friendly. I am not used to seeing the receptionists come and say goodbye to our entire group (same thing with the waitresses). The rooms are comfortable for its price (they are not huge but the... Read more
