Great location for Vitacura and local high end shopping and restaurants. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Diego the Concierge was excellent in helping to arrange trips. Room was fine, pool a bit cold and not many sun beds. Attention to detail in room servicing needed as we didn't get a few items replaced. Otherwise, very nice, shame we didn't lounge access.

Fabulous hotel. The executive lounge had a wonderful view and provided very good evening reception with a variety of food and drink. If you are a Marriott gold or platinum member you could choose the breakfast in lounge or in restaurant. Outdoor Terrence and rooftop bar opening after 6 PM were charming. The only downside for me is its location far away from metro stop. I took 15 minutes to the nearest metro stop. A shopping center was across the avenue. The neighborhood was very safe and upscale... This is an ideal hotel with a friendly, knowledgeable staff eager to supply your needs. The rooftop bar is fun, with a pleasant view. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel; it is a very good value.

Stayed here in November, 2016. Hotel is very new, very nice, very modern and clearly has a lot going for it. It was not very busy when we were there, Pros: New and modern Excellent executive lounge - good food and wine Nice room, good views Good service, friendly staff Nice rooms Quiet part of town Cons - Not many Breakfast was good but not as good as some of the other Renaissance hotels I have stayed at. Location is only ok. Its a 20 minute walk to subway station. But Uber is really cheap, so... Read more

I am a Marriott member so I do stay in their hotel chain quite a bit. Comparing this to other Renaissance brand (Bangkok, Montreal, Shanghai, and others I have stayed at), this one is average at best. Marriott did what was expected - such as upgrading my room to an exec floor, helping me change rooms when the first one was too loud - but it fell just short when compared to the other Renaissance I have stayed at. Let's start with the good. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. ... Read more

The Renaissance Santiago Hotel is in a word, wonderful. No, awesome. No, perfect. You get the point. The staff is wonderful. Prior to arriving, we worked with Diego, to arrange trips for the week. When we walked in, Ambrosio was there to greet us with a warm smile. While we were in house, the staff was so helpful, they made it the home away from home. Alonso in the lounge was very friendly and a huge help in the morning. The location is perfect. You are right on the edge of Vitacura, Las Cond... Read more

Without a doubt, our five night stay at the Renaissance will stand out as one of our best hotel experiences anywhere. Of course, the newness of the hotel (and its contemporary design), a near lux room with outstanding Andes view, fantastic location in Las Condes (just down the street from one of the most upscale malls anywhere (over 300 stores), excellent facilities and dining, executive lounge are all fine attributes, but the attentiveness of the staff (from doormen to concierge), their willing... All the staff go out of there way to make my stay a pleasant one. A special thanks to Chris and Gabby for making me feel always at home. It's always a pleasure to dine or visit withe the bar staff. Housekeeping takes care of you needs fast and courteously. My only wish is that the hotel taxis would be a bit cheaper or better transportation to the Metro.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. From the front desk, to the rooms and amenities, to the restauarant and bars, everyone here is outstanding! I especially appreciate the help of the Concierge, Walter, for his many recommendations for dinner around the city. At the top of my list thought is the lead bartender downstairs, Chris, who knows me by name and offers "my usual" each time I'm there. He is a friendly, knowledgeable barkeep and the place just hums with him at the helm. Also M... Read more

My wife attended a multi-day conference held at the hotel. The Renaissance Hotels are owned by Marriott and because I have Gold Elite status, we stayed there as well. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have had the privilege of staying. The service was absolutely over the top, genuine and perhaps the best I have had anywhere. The service staff are called ??Navigators?? and could not have been more attentive and caring. They helped numerous times with my many requests and were always cour... Read more
