My wife and 23 and 19 year old girls spent about 9 nights at this fantastic property the first week of December which is located in an upscale and safe neighborhood within walking distance to a beautiful park, fine mall, with excellent shopping and food (Tanta's/Franks Sandwiches) choices. We took 2 rooms and both have mountain views, comfortable beds and modern amenities including bathrooms. They lost my reservation (which, thankfully, I had a copy of the email confirmation they sent) and afte... Read more

What a fantastic hotel! Modern, filled with fascinating artwork, and interesting cuisine in the restaurants (Japanese/Chilean fusion?? You need to try it!). The staff were nothing short of amazing - I wish I could remember the names of everyone who served us because everyone went out of their way to be helpful and they all deserve to be commended - but I do have to specifically thank the concierge Walter, who is a model for how helpful and informative a concierge can be. This hotel is a bit off ... Read more

The Renaissance is a modern hotel, clean, welcoming staff, nice room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, decent gym, good service, close to high end shopping mall and many restaurants. I'd stay there again.

This hotel by itself is perfect, I cannot find any issue. It is modern, new, clean and stylish. The rooms are large, the lobby has a very stylish design, the swimming pool is excellent with the sun beds around it while you can order food and drink. The hotel is also within a short walk to a large shopping mall which is also full of restaurants and cafes. The only thing you need to know is that it is a bit away from Bella Vista and the city centre but not that far, you can get there in 10 minutes... Read more

Business here at the Renaissance Santiago is purely pleasure! My associates and myself are treated with the utmost respect. The staff here are most attentive to our needs. This being my very first business trip here has been one I will never forget. I highly recommend Renaissance Santiago, most especially if it is your first business trip abroad to Santiago Chile! Reservations are easily made and the staff here are very professional, most supportive and respectful of your privacy.

As my trip was a business one, I expected to be not far from airport (around 25 minutes excluding rush time) and be in a pleasant and peaceful room. I got all those items satisfied. Besides, breakfast is good enough with a very good variety of items to choose. Room service is quite good and prices are not that high. You can try restaurants nearby (Parque Arauco has a bunch of them) as well as the hotel restaurant. I tried Parque Arauco options, no regrets.

During a trip together, belated honeymoon, we stayed in several places but our favorite in Santiago was the Renaissance Hotel and the wonderful restaurant there. It's called Catae and they describe themselves as a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian and Chilean . The attention there was first-rate, the wine list and offerings and pairing suggestions were very well thought out. The service and presentation was amazing. The restaurant was decorated in the way difficult to describe but the truly captur... Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Rennasaince Santiago overnight on our way to a cruise out of Valparaiso, Chile. The people at the hotel were extremely helpful. They upgraded our room without a request. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. We wanted a light bite in the bar and the food we had was delicious - try the cheeseburger - the beef is great. Service was outstanding very attentive, Ignacio our server was very personable. He also directed us to local attractions and transportation that m... Read more

Couldn't be happier with this hotel. Arrived early and although mid morning they offered us a room. We decided to wait for a room on a higher floor. The concierge and especially Ambrosio were extremely friendly and helpful. Pisco sours on the terrace in the evening were refreshing. Rooms were clean and large by European standards.

Great location for Vitacura and local high end shopping and restaurants. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Diego the Concierge was excellent in helping to arrange trips. Room was fine, pool a bit cold and not many sun beds. Attention to detail in room servicing needed as we didn't get a few items replaced. Otherwise, very nice, shame we didn't lounge access.
