I stay at this hotel for work and last week I fell while out jogging and broke my wrist. The service I received from the staff went above and beyond anything I could expect, especially Lead Navigator David Tapia. They ensured medical treatment was coordinated, and David even accompanied me to the hospital, staying well after his shift. This treatment, on top of being a very nice hotel, is what makes the difference to me in a hotel. I will always stay at the Renaissance when I am in Santiago!

This is the third time I come. Excellent reception, great attention to details. Imagine, after arriving from London via Miami, a total of 24 h on the road .... My room was ready at 7 am at no extra charge. Good job! Also the 12 floor business restaurant is excellent and Monica does a great job to make sure all is ok, food, coffee, drinks. My overall rating is excellent, I will continue coming.

I stayed at the Renaissance Santiago Hotel on business on the week of May 16. The minute I walked into the hotel, I could experience the warmth, kind, polite and courteous customer service from the greeter outside of the hotel, to the lobby personnel. Sometimes it is the little things that make a hotel special and that goes for the showers at this hotel. Overhead water fall type with plenty of pressure and easy controls. Great location for this hotel being mere blocks from a great mall. The staff was great and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Very nice service and great hospitality from the front desk, bar and specially the ladies in the club launch in the 12 floor. We stayed at the Renaissance Santiago Hotel June 11-17, 2016 and enjoyed every moment. The room, staff, food and overall experience were all top notch. The amount of attention to detail and customer service was above our expectations. The two staff members who stood out the most during our stay were Moises and Alonso. Spent the weekend in Santiago on a business trip. This was my first stay at Renaissance Santiago. I have nothing but great things to say about the property. Very clean, very comfortable. Dining service and food quality for morning and evening meals was quite nice. Fariella ( I hope I spelled your name correctly) at reception upon checking was very helpful and informative. The hotel is brand new and common areas are beautiful. It is located in a fancy district full of restaurants and shops. Rooms are modern, good-sized and meticulously clean. From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. They made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were able to offer many suggestions for where we should visit and eat and were happy to make the reservations for us also. My Father and I stayed at the Renaissance in Santiago for a night. The trip was highlighted by the concierge (navigator) who attended to our every whim on extremely short notice. We arrived in the afternoon and immediately they were able to organize a tour for us to the Concho y Torre winery. Well appointed hotel, first tip is if you are getting a taxi from the airport just tell them to go to the Renaissance Hotel.. Don't mention the Marriott part in the title as locals don't seem to know this is a Marriott and chances are you will get dropped at one of the other two Marriott Hotels on the same street. Excellent hotel, service was good especially Guido at front desk-very helpful with my questions and request. Extended my checkout time to 3 pm since my flight was at 9 pm. They booked my stop and hop tour and also guide me to places to eat and shop. Very clean room and view was excellent overlooking the Andes mountain. I have to say that the hotel is good. Decoration is modern the room I had was big enough and comfortable. The location is good, well comunicated and in a region crowded wit good restaurants and bars. The only issue was that I arrived to Santiago after a 14 hours flight, it took me 1 hour to arrive to the hotel and when I got there I had to wait another hour because they didn't find my reservation. When you arrive EVERYONE welcomes you, really. Bellman, reception area staff, managers. Smiling, helpful, ready to go the extra mile .....like offering to have breakfast ready for our family at 5:15am so that we can eat before heading out on an early flight. I had an enjoyable 5-night stay in room 815. Location of the hotel in Vitacura was within walking distance to the Parque Arauco Mall. I was very happy with the service of the front desk and staff. They all spoke English and were very helpful. From the airport, it took about 30 minutes non-stop by shuttle to the hotel on a Friday morning. From the moment you check in until the moment you leave, you feel welcome at this hotel. 1st rate front desk staff. Friendly house-cleaning staff in the hallways. And personable wait-staff in the two bars and restaurants. There must be some great training going on at this property to have everyone this nice. Pros: - very modern and new - all staff were extremely helpful with amazing attention to detail - the view with breakfast from the level 12 lounge is unbeatable - the use of the luxurious business conference room beside the bar on level -1 was complementary and well serviced - all staff spoke some level of English Cons: - not the cheapest place in town - bed could have been more comfortable Will definitely be staying here on any future business trips to Santiago!

I had the pleasure of staying here with my son while I was traveling for business. With my PLAT PREM status, I was offered a nice suite with views of the city and snow capped mountains. The room was nice and the bathroom was huge. I had lounge access and there was free beer/wine and food throughout the day. Room service was priced well and offered quick service. I stayed here at least 4 times when I had to be in Las Condes from November 2015 to May 2016. By far the best hotel in that area. Everything was amazing: the decor, food, staff, service, location. The very best concierges!

Hotel is very nice, modern, well located (2 blocks away from the premium Parque Arauco Mall) and has a very special/caring staff. Not to talk about my room view of the Cordillera! We were on the 11th floor on a 2 queen bed room (unfortunately for one night only), which was very spacious with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. I took the red eye and arrived very early in the morning. It was way before check and was in no shape for business meetings scheduled for later in the day. The hotel staff arranged for a guest room where I could rest and shower. After my meetings, I return to find I had been upgraded to a wonderful suite! Although it was a short visit, I would both return and recommend to anyone!

Wonderful room. Professional service from check in to check out. Food was great, room was nice, bed super comfy. The concierge lounge had wonderful food. Very worth it for the price. In the heart of downtown and the view was terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel debuted two years ago and it still looks new. A beautiful hotel near one of Santiago's busiest commercial districts, this hotel is great for anyone visiting Santiago on business or vacation. The service was excellent, the morning breakfast was included and delicious (lots of variety), and staff was responsive and courteous.

The Renaissance is two years new, located perfectly for business, shopping and night life and looks like a five star resort. My modern loft style room had an amazing view of the Andes. However, it's the friendly, dedicated staff that helps to set the Renaissance apart from a standard hotel. A special thank you to Andrea, Alexis, Gabriella (both of them), Julio, Francisco, Ambrosio and Mitchel. I highly suggest the Renaissance for your next stay in Santiago Chile.

An absolutely great hotel with a great architecture, the service and hospitality received during our stayed was very charming as well as professional. The room are nice, not to big, but very well decorated and attractive, a good bed and pillows. The bathroom is very comfortable with a great shower. Hotel restaurants are generally not ambitious, but good hotels, like the Marriott Renaissance in Santiago at least have a high quality international kitchen. This is an excellent well maintained hotel. All staff are very friendly helpful and speak good English. Wifi is good. Breakfast, which was included in my rate, was good and there is a good range of food on offer. For a hotel, the gym is excellent - with good quality cardio, weights and a trx. Note, however, this is a bit out of the way from the nearest metro station and other than a large mall there is nothing much around the local neighbourhood.

This is a great hotel for business or pleasure. I have stayed here numerous times for business and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My coworkers often meet in lobby area for snacks/wine and they bring us plates and napkins with smiles on their faces. The rooms were always clean. We had access to the executive lounge and the food (breakfast and dinner) was always great. We spent a week touring Chile and had originally booked two nights at this hotel, with the rest to book as we go and ended up coming back towards the end of our trip because the staff was beyond amazing. We were in Chile for 8 days and were booked to stay at the Renaissance the first two nights. We ended up booking another 4 nights because of the amazing experience we had. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They helped guide us around the city as well as the wine regions around Santiago. They also reserved multiple dinners for us and made sure we were taken care of. The location is also great! This is our first choice in hotels in Santiago.

Before I typed the review, I checked how many hotel nights I've stayed at various Marriott's is year....180+. This, by far, has been the nicest complete package. Excellent! The staff is very helpful, alway make you feel very welcome! Rooms are modern and spacious with very nice clean modern bathroom! The restaurant downstairs serves a great lunch buffet with plenty to choose from and the bar adjacent is very nice too. Small pool but very nice gym and sauna. The hotel was an experience of luxury and amazing service. My husband had reserved a junior suite for my birthday. It was lovely with a veiw of the Andes. Sadly there was major road work going on in front of the hotel, but I could not hear any of the noise, in fact it was one of the quietist rooms I have experienced. Everyone greeted me and wished me a happy birthday. It was very special. The restaurant was one of the best we experienced on our entire trip.

This hotel is very good and that wont be a surprise to anyone because is the Renaissance standard. On the other hand what was totally first class was the service by the lobby team - of course all the politeness and diligence you expect for a hotel of this category, but they add the small details that are not in the book. From the minute you pull up in front of the hotel, you are treated royally. The atmosphere is warm and friendly yet still respectful. Rooms were stylish and spacious and my only complaint was that I was totally unable to switch off the air-con. Or rather, to make it stay off. We held two training events in the hotel - one in May and the latest in September. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. The meeting space meet our needs perfectly as we had approximately 30 attendees. The food and coffee service was very good and the event staff is outstanding and very helpful. The front desk and concierge bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. It is a first class hotel with superb customer service.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; they made us feel like home. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasteful. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. The only thing is that it's about a 20 minute walk to the closest metro station, and it's outside the center of Santiago. Nevertheless, this is the high end part of the city so everything is pretty nice around the hotel.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel and the facilities. Every person, whether they spoke English or not, made sure my family and I had everything we needed. Ambrosio was especially helpful and a pleasure to see every day. Spa was excellent as was the gym and onsite parking. I very much enjoyed the hotel and the service was outstanding until I did not receive my wake up call on the final day at 530am. My policy is a mandatory 1 point demerit for such an oversight even though I always have a backup and woke myself. This is something hotels should just not miss. Staff were all wonderful and helpful, loved the rain shower and very comfortable bed with high quality linen and duvet, also very quiet, no traffic noises. Really enjoyed our stay, decor throughout hotel is great, huge section of wood as table in bar is pretty funky. Bit cool for a dip in the pool, but looked smooth!

I have visited the Renaissance Hotel in Santiago several times and each time my stay is five stars. Great hotel, great location, and even greater staff. They r polite, courteous, and always receptive to guest's needs. We went because a family wedding at the hotel. It is expensive and quality is not as one could expected. Others hotels offer much better quality with less cost, so there is no point to pay more. Bath with air extractor out of order, door man never open the door for you, no assistant for luggage. Failry good breakfast. There is NO free parking available for guest. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. From the front desk, to the rooms and amenities, to the restauarant and bars, everyone here is outstanding! I especially appreciate the help of the Concierge, Walter, for his many recommendations for dinner around the city. All the staff go out of there way to make my stay a pleasant one. A special thanks to Chris and Gabby for making me feel always at home. It's always a pleasure to dine or visit withe the bar staff. Housekeeping takes care of you needs fast and courteously. My only wish is that the hotel taxis would be a bit cheaper or better transportation to the Metro.
