This is the only hotel at SCL and people may not have a choice. This hotel is below the standards of a Holiday Inn Brand. Key card was not working and room numbers are confusing between the wings. The bathroom (shower only) is disgusting as the tiles have stains. Guests stay at this hotel because they are tired and need a layover for next day flight. The hotel does not help. It took me about one hour to check in, go to the right wing to find my room and resolve the key card issue. I arrived at ... Read more

It is comfortable , and convenient after a long flight. They have very spacious rooms . Great breakfast hot and cold item buffet. Be sure to book ahead fills up fast. Next to personal parking lot too. Because it is Holiday Inn, you are assured great service.

We had an early flight the next day so opted to stay at the Holiday Inn at Santaigo Airport overnight. It was a comfortable room and we received good service. There was a problem when the hot water stopped working, but we eventually overcame that and were able to bathe. We dined in the in house Chilean restaurant- and had a very good barbeque with excellent wine for a reasonable price. We were keen to have a swim in the pool but were required to buy a bathing cap each in order to do so, so gave ... Read more

This hotel, like most holiday inn express hotels I've stayed is very good and reliable. Decent breakfast, super fast wifi, well designed, clean comfortable rooms in good condition. Everything you need for business including free printing. Great place to stay if you have early flight next morning.

This Holiday Inn is just accross the road from the airport building - you can't get any closer to the airport! The location is such a bonus because Santiago airport is quite far from the city and the taxis are rather expensive. It's chaotic at the airport arrival with all the taxi drivers wanting your business and they will rip you off whenever they get a chance. Therefore it feels really good to walk out of the airport and straight into the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The room spotle... Read more

I was generally quite impressed with the fit out of the property. There are some great individual elements, though don't ever forget your keycard, you would be stranded without it. After a long flight stuff around, the airline presented me with some food vouchers and it would have been amazing to use these as a room service option, but no, you have to eat downstairs. Having to eat 3meals here with the length of the over lay, the vegetarian options are very limited, which is a shame as the balan... Read more

Checked into this hotel because of the need to depart at 2am morning flight. Excellent locations, friendly service with most staff speaking good English. The room I was given was facing away from the terminal building and despite part of the room still facing the runway, there was no sound at all of any take off and landing. Very good sleep and sound proofing. Room is large and bright and nicely layout. Will be good to have a water heater jug instead of just a coffee maker. 2 bottles of compl... Read more

My wife and I spent two nights here between flights. One was in late April 2016 and the other ten days later in May 2016. We were going to and from Easter Island, and our flight from the States did not match up exactly, thus we needed lodging for a night. First, a comment about the location. It could not be better. You collect your luggage, walk out the front door of the terminal and it is right there. You don't even have to walk one hundred yards. No taxi, no shuttle, no bus and no worri... Read more

We have been in and out of this hotel a number of times over a few years. Apart from easy location regardless of time of arrival it is incredibly comfortable and well managed. Given they have a monopoly for accomodation they go to a lot of trouble to provide good service and thoughtful things such as comfortable lounge while you wait to go to airport for your flight. It is only since I have been using other airport hotels in South America such as Lima that also have a monopoly that I appreciate ... Read more

Very convenient, good food and nice rooms - ideal for a night transiting through Santiago Airport. Unfortunately pool wasn't in operation which was a bit of a disappointment. We enjoyed a really nice dinner and found that staff were very friendly!

Nicer than any Holiday Inn I have seen. Price is slightly on the higher end, but still competitive for an airport hotel. Front desk staff was great, Had to store bags as flight came in early morning, they kept bags in secure room for no extra charge till check in time. Hotel is attached to the airport, short walk to international and domestic terminals. Very Clean and Modern, Newish building. Free WIFI, good connection speed.

Stayed here one night to take an early flight the following morning. The staff was very friendly, food at the bar was fantastic, room was clean and nice. Best part of staying here, it was directly across the way from the airport.

The HI at the airport is a regular stay during trips to Santiago. A crosswalk away from the airport terminal, its quite convenient. The hotel and its rooms are quite nice, but more important to me is customer service. This hotel excels in this area, especially Elizabeth Silva who works in reception. It is great to arrive to a familiar face who recalls your name and takes an extra effort to ensure your stay is a positive experience. I will continue to return! Thanks!!

I stayed here many times when I spend few hours in chile and need a good base for a shower, some food and sometimes a quick nap after a long trip. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Better option in those cases than staying at the city Just cross the street in front of the airport and you are there. Not a typical airport hotel. It has clean and fresh rooms, it is quiet and the food is decent.

I stayed here twice. This is the perfect place if you want to rest near (almost inside) the airport. The staff is friendly, the rooms is huge, nice and clean. The restaurant is excellent. Delicious food and good price!!! I suggest this place even if you want to take a nap and rest some hours between connections.

I stayed there only one day (stopover), and the hotel can be reached very easy (walking distance from the terminal). The staff is very friendly and (mostly) English speaking. There is a nice bar and lot's space and chill out. I experienced trouble paying with my (Dutch) MasterCard and MaestroCards, so make sure you have a back-up plan to pay the restaurant or bar (cash or maybe VISA?).

I stayed at the Holiday Inn for 2 nights, at the start and end of my trip to Chile, and I thought it was a great hotel. It couldn't be closer to the airport, the staff were very helpful and the rooms spacious and clean. They had a bar and restaurant, again with very friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is excellent - just across the road from the terminal. It takes a walk of about 30 seconds to get from the terminal to the hotel. Our two-bed room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful. We had some sandwiches at the hotel restaurant and they were quite good (with polite service). Free wifi. We had to check out before 5 a.m. and were surprised with some free fruit and cookies in the hotel lobby. All in all - everything once can wish for in an airport hot... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel on arrival in Santiago just about every year for the past three years as it is so relaxing to be able to just cross the street from arrival, meet with Santiago-based contacts, and then stay one night without having to move before heading South! The restaurant is quite good and the personnel are very helpful. I have yet to try the sauna and pool but they look very inviting.

With an early morning flight, I decided to stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is directly opposite the airport so it is very convenient. The staff were excellent. I found them to be well drilled and organised. I was made to feel very welcome. The front desk organised a driver for me with a minimum of fuss. The hotel is very modern with clean and smart finishings. My room was polished and well fitted. The shower was excellent. The hotel restaurant served high quality meals. Overall I would ... Read more

After a wonderful holiday we're on our way home and needed an easy stopover in Santiago. Special thanks to front desk staff for running a dropped credit card across the road and finding us in the departure line. Great service with a smile. Mucho gracias!

Our tour group had an early morning flight and our overnight stay at the Holiday Inn Santiago Airport Hotel was very convenient since the hotel was only a few minutes walk across the road from the airport. We had an unfortunate incident while staying in Chile ( be very careful in Valparaiso ) and we needed a replacement passport. The staff here were kind, thoughtful, professional and gave us good rates when considering our dilemma. Be sure to try their Pisco Sours at the bar they are the best in the land

Given that I had to take an early morning flight from Santiago, I stayed at this ideal and very convenient hotel located just in front of the airport terminal. I liked everything in this place, from the helpful and polite staff to the room's comfort, modernity, amenities and cleanliness. It was actually the best (and most expensive) hotel I stayed in during my journey in Chile, so I definitely recommend it to everybody. I'm attaching some pictures so that you can see it how it is.

The good: The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. This is room (223) had one of the largest hotel bathrooms I've seen in South America yet. The reception staff spoke English reasonably well. The bad: I found the staff unfriendly, but I realize that's a subjective experience. The ugly: the food was horribly overpriced for the terrible product they served. For example, I got the "fettuccine alfredo" for about $8700 (so around $17CAN or $13USD I think). It was a small portion of boring ... Read more

I arrived on a late flight and was hoping to spend a comfortable night in the hotel before catching the connecting flight in the morning. The check-in process for some unknown reason took nearly 10 minutes. In parallel another check-in desk had managed to handle 3 customers. We stayed here twice in between flights. The hotel is directly across the road from the airport- no need for a taxi. The pool and spa are a perfect way to relax after a long flight. The bar and restaurant have a decent selection on the menu, but as expected, more expensive than in downtown Santiago.

I spent two nights there, on my way into and out of the country. It is perfect for transit, opposite the terminal and not too far from downtown. There is less risk of overcharge by taxis from the airport. As from the city, now you have Uber. I spent a good part of my departure day at the hotel (flight leaving at 9p). The wifi is reliable, shower strong.

Great option for who is looking for a stay next the airport. Service Staff was brilliant, room very confortable with big and soft beds, shower with perfect pressure. Everything was perfectly clean. They also provide a small breakfest for who is checking out early (before the official breakfest time). The price covers its convenience and confort but in some cases could be less expansive then taking a taxi to Santiago.

It is a beautiful and easy hotel, I stayed one night between my connection from Santiago to Calama. The hotel is inside of the airport with a walking distance, you can rest a little bit longer if you don't have many hours in Santiago. The hotel offers a good restaurant as well. If you are staying in Santiago for vacations I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is VERY convenient, literally across the road from arrivals exit. Reception desk staff were fine and the room was totally acceptable with good space BUT the WIFI is worse than atrocious. It is among the worst I have experienced anywhere and I used the two access points. It took 35 minutes just to open TripAdvisor as an example.

Had a nights stop over before going to Rio. Location is very good just walk out of the airport and you're there. Front counter staff are polite and professional, security is swipe card access, wifi is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable although the air conditioner is a little loud but it does the job. The wet areas are ok, there is a safety deposit box in the room but no fridge. All in all a nice place to have a quick stop over.

The Holiday Inn is good if you are connecting at SCL. Otherwise, like most airport hotels, not a good location if you want to see the city. The hotel itself is not bad with good facilities. Restaurant, bar, pool, gym. Enough to keep you occupied while you wait for your flight. The rooms was pretty good and it was good value. Plus, you walk straight out of the terminal and it's right there. The other airport hotels at SCL are not within walking distance and you would have to get a shuttle. Nice... Read more

This hotel is just opposite the international airport. I appreciated a lot it's large soundproof, very comfortable rooms. Meals are served but they didn??t seem cheap. The bus stop to the city centre is between the hotel and the airport entrance. Stop at bus terminal Pajaritos and take the tube (direction Los Dominicos) to reach the city centre.
