When our previous accommodation fell through we found this hotel online and it was a treat. The beds were comfortable, the buffet breakfast was fun, where you could make your own pancakes, and choices, but the best was the beautiful, golden beach and the lovely pool and spa.

Hotel is perfect. Beautiful water. Great location. Would definitely recommend. Great price for hotel. Island is very expensive. Six pack of beer can cost you from $15-20 US. This it at the beer & wine store cheaper then buying at hotel. Hotel does have happy hour which is a plus. Stayed May 9-14 and weather was perfect.

Stayed here for a week. It was our second time to Cayman, this time without kids. We didn't stay on seven mile last time so it was our goal this time. We were so glad we picked this place. It is steps from the beach and walking distance to a lot of places. The staff were all overly helpful, and the breakfast was great. The room was great with a comfy bed, and was always cleaned in good time while we were out and about. We stayed on the beach most of the time. The beach walls were great. ... Read more

We arrived at the Comfort Suites to celebrate a friend's birthday and was greeted by Rosedel (Shawna) who fixed a room issue and allowed us to get on with our RELAXATION. Stingers restaurant; which was outside near the pool, was okay. I have an issue with my food not being served HOT, so although the flavor was good ... yea; the drinks were really good though. Our room was super comfy with more amenities than we required but became helpful at a hotel that wasn't all inclusive and without room s... Read more

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and everyone in our group was more than pleased with this hotel. We had a two bedroom suite with a small kitchenette. The bedrooms and baths were clean and certainly did not have that "worn out" appearance. The beds were very comfortable and our son slept on the pullout sofa bed without complaint. Our group when not at the beach spent a fair amount of time swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Stingers, which is a bar/restaurant poolside certai... Read more

There is a man made Reef there and you can snorkel right off the beach and see all kinds of beautiful fish. There were schools of fish swimming around us. It was great. Nice beach chairs there too. Stayed here one night while experiencing Grand Cayman for first time on my way to the Brac. Great price, amenities and location. So many hotels on seven mile beach are pricey, and stuck in between all those is this gem. The pool and pool bar/restaurant was much nicer than I expected. Beach access was a short walk and nice chairs were available on beach. Hot breakfast in mornings was great way to get ready for a day of fun in sun.

I stayed here 2nd wknd in June and had a very comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the overall hotel was very clean and peaceful. I honestly cannot find one negative thing to say about this hotel. It was strategically located on the beach (1 minute walk), the pool area was cool, the front desk staff was very pleasant, 12 minute drive to airport (depending on traffic) complaints

It's right in the thick of things on seven mile beach and the walk to the beach was 1 minute (yes we timed it). Free hot breakfast was a very nice touch for three teenagers. We were all five able to stay in one room and slept comfortably. The staff were very friendly. The pool was small, but enough for us and was surrounded by palm trees and a decent restaurant. For the money, this was terrific. The room had good storage and a fridge and microwave and toaster. We will come back!

This hotel had clean rooms with a mini fridge and a microwave but no dishes to heat anything up in. They gave you nice towels to use for the beach at the hotel or to use to take to another beach. The breakfast was free and typical for a comfort suites hotel. The beach is a short walk along side the Marriott. The beach had these really cool pods to snorkel around and see fish and sea urchins.

I have been to Grand Cayman multiple times and I've never stayed at Comfort Suites. Ideally I wanted to stay at the Marriott next door, since I stayed there before. Since we were staying for 10 days 9 nights, I had to find a reasonably priced hotel. To my surprise, I had the same service, amenities and more at the Comfort. Great location and value for the price. A very short walk to the beautiful beach. Stingers restaurant onsite is reasonable priced. Room nice, only complaint was not having any hot water at the end of the day when you want to shower and get ready to go,out for dinner. I REALLY dislike not having hot water. Stayed 3 nights - no hot water any night. Also - no FREE safe. They want $100 deposit for safe key and a daily charge for safe. A safe should be free.

I stayed at this hotel for a family reunion . The room and bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable. This room came with a sitting area and kitchenette stocked with utensils. The kitchenette was an added benefit. The hotel breakfast was included and very nice. The hotel is a 1 minute walk to the beach. If you wish to go to Georgetown, the public bus stops in front of the hotel and there is a free shuttle to the Turtle Farm. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very friendly.

Very clean, staff was great and the only con was the hot water was absent all but 1 day out of 5. Even though the hot water was not available it was alright being it was warm and humid outside and it didn't feel bad. I would come back.

We wanted to be on the beach, but it was as if we were. Short beautiful path to the beach..seriously, just steps. Comfort suites very clean, staff so nice and always giving a smile. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and stayed in room 425. Nice view of ocean and pool, so perfect! We are Marriott Members and just couldn't see paying the huge difference in price. Restaurants right across the street. Peppers was nice, great food, and loved the atmosphere. We will stay at Comfort Suit... Read more

Just returned from 6 days in a Queen room w/sofa & kitchenette and would definitely book this hotel again. Room was spacious for the 2 of us and the way we vacation in Cayman (which is very active spending little time in/around our hotel regardless of where we stay). Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful day and night regardless of how you were dressed (us usually in very casual or beach for the day attire). Fabulous breakfast from 7-10 each morning from scrambled eggs to waffles to cerea... Read more

Stayed for one week in September, weather fabulous. Absolutely beautiful Island, caymanian people so friendly. We had looked at booking a more luxurious hotel but decided to go for the comfort suites and and use the additional cash to spend on the Island - I am glad we did, Comfort Suites are great value on a very expensive Island, rooms are large and clean, beds comfortable, free breakfast is good (although I didnt get why they use plastic plates/cutlery)?, nice pool area, great bar on site - ... Was in cayman visiting friends and enjoying the scuba diving last week ( 23/sept - 30/sept) and we booked into this establishment . The apartments were pretty central not being in the center of george town or at the end of 7 mile beach . The staff at reception were really pleasant and cheerfull as well as professional too . The rooms were clean and tidy and eveything worked including the microwave and fridge . The aircon was new and was on 24 hours a day and even though major hotel building work... Read more

This is the place to stay for quite relaxation near one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, did not bother you in any way from enjoying your vacation. There is a restaurant on the premises that offers various food and drink at a reasonable price. The bartender/hostess, Tanya, is very friendly and down to earth. The beach is a short walk away and is very calm waters with a chance to see "Dory" and her friends in an underwater coral envir... I am staying at this hotel and is under full renovation, so all the common areas are affected making uncomfortable to be there. For example, breakfast Is offered in room 106, literally, in one of the rooms! There Is noise, dust and paint odors all over the ground floor. The only aspect I really love Is the access to the Seven mile beach, since there are seats just by the sea. Lovely! The staff Is very friendly and make their best to make you feel welcome but the surroundings do not help at all.... Read more

Short taxi or bus ride to town. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return and anticipate the renovations will make this hotel even nicer.

This visit was just a day visit for us. We were on a cruise with a friend who had stayed here before. The staff was sooooo nice, they remembered our friend and treated us like royalty. We just ate at the restaurant there. I think it is called Stingers and used the beach access for a few hours. All of the food was super fresh and very tasty. Definitely order the conch fritters, calamari, and coconut shrimp. My fish and chips were also delicious. The girls who had burgers said they were some of t... Read more

The staff at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. We corresponded like we were friends reuniting. They provided suggestions on where to go for shopping and sightseeing as well as the best times. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a good assortment of breakfast items; you even had the option of having an omelette made to order. Although it's not beach front property, it's a 45 second walk to the beach, which is beautiful. I would definitely stay at the Com... Read more

Enjoyed a four night vacation here with my wife. All areas of the hotel are clean and well kept. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Shamar at the front desk. Breakfast is included and is delightful. Pool area is beautifully landscaped, and the pool bar/restaurant has reasonable prices. The beach is only a short stroll from the pool, where sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for free. Only head-scratcher is regarding room safes: there is a $2.50/day charge ... Read more

I stayed at the Comfort Suites for 4 night on a work trip. This hotel is a very clean hotel, and is undergoing some renovations. During my stay they were finishing up the dinning area. This hotel has direct access to Seven Mile Beach, which is a pristine beach. I look forward to hopefully returning one day, and bringing my family.

Do you want? the price when we stayed was less per night than I usually pay while traveling via car in the Mountain States. The room was meticuloulsy clean. And roomy. Seven Mile beach is just out the door and down the path. Stinger's and Coconut Joe's were a great place to eat. Friendly staff. It has been awhile since I have been, but when I return to the Grand Cayman I will stay at the Comfort Suites.

The price may be right, but you get what you pay for. This place caters primarily to tourists. The business traveler is of minimal interest to them. Extremely loud, window rattling rock music during the evenings for their drunk party guests. Very, very unpleasant. Will find a quieter place next time and urge all professionals visiting Cayman to do the same..
