"I have to say when we arrived at our hotel I honestly thought they had taken us to the wrong hotel, my initial reaction was disappointment as the lobby was not impressive. It's a very small complex but ironically this turned out to be the best. A very friendly environment and you didn't feel that you got lost in the system. Before booking I had considered the Ritz and really glad I choose to stay here. The Ritz is a huge complex with some of the rooms across the street and you had to walk a pedway to reach the beach. It was a bit overwhelming for me. Of coarse the Lobby at the Ritz was very impressive and the beach was very crowded in front of the hotel. I personally liked the small environment of this hotel. The service was amazing and our room was very spacious. All the suites have an ocean view but ours was partcularity spectacular. This vacation was my 20th tropical vacation and I have to say trumped all vacations in the past and I've alwasys stayed in 5 star resorts. We spent 2 weeks at this hotel and would definitely return. The pools were small and busy with young children, this is a family friendly resort so this did not come as a shock. I never once used the pools as the beaches were amazing, who would want to spend time at the pool. you can get that anywhere.
The servers came around the beach and offered us cold towels to cool us off. There was never a shortage of beach chairs all of which had a canopy that you could shelter yourself from the sun or flip them back to enjoy full sun.
Staff were extremely friendly and very eager to help with any questions we had regarding the island.
The Keurig coffee maker with several choices of coffees and teas in the lobby was great. We did have a coffee maker in our room that I used in the morning when I was too lazy to go to front desk to make a coffee. I loved that I had that choice.Over all I would definitely go back here."

"Great Place to stay. We did not have to reserve chairs, as with the limited amount of rooms, and abundant chairs on the beach and pool- we were always able to find chairs no matter what time of the day.
The service was excellent, and the Keurig coffee machine in the lobby is a Great Touch!
There is construction on a new condo next door, but not a big deal. The only negative, was a little bit of road noise in the Master Bedroom from the side of the hotel with the Ocean Facing rooms.
All in all, I would absolutely stay there again, as the beach in front of the hotel is amazing!"
