This property is the best on palm beach and the staff will not disappoint you. The change to the Hilton seems to have not taken away from the value Raddison had. The rooms need updating but we were told the major upgrade will take place in July. We did have a issue with DePalm tours on our transfer to to hotel. They were late to pick us up and some guests chose a taxi since it is longer on departures. I would recommend checking on pickup times. We will be back.

This hotel is all about location. You are right across the street from awesome restaurants and great party locations at Senior Frog's. We traveled with our family. Let me begin with the plus: 1. Beautiful Beach 2. Clean Rooms 3.+ if you are a Hilton Gold Member: 2 Continental breakfasts per room at Gilligan's restaurant on site. 4. Exotic Birds on site and interact with 11-12pm 5. Happy hour 4-6 daily on beach. 6. Live Entertainment at Gilligan's during 4-6 and Mira Solo at 730 - 930 daily. 7. C... Read more

This property is in a good location. Across the street from bars and restaurants. Vendors selling souvenirs and stores nearby. The property is very green and lush. The beach is nice and clean. It's more on the quiet side, but great for relaxing. The rooms are okay. Very small, but clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. I ate at several restaurants on the property. We go to Aruba almost every year and many times we stayed at this property formerly belonging to Radisson. The social and pool areas are still very nice. But we were not satisfied with the rooms' setup and cleanliness. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. They gave us a normal room with 2 regular beds. We were so cramped the first night and the music from the bar was so loud (we were close to the bar area) that we requested a change. They gently gave us a Junior Suite which was Ok space wis... Lovely resort. Fantastic staff. Will be stunning once Hilton begins the renovation this summer and transforms it. The facility is attractive and well-kept, though not new. Plans to renovate the entire resort are scheduled for July, 2016 and it looks to be a great upgrade!

Just returned from 12 days at the Hilton. It is not the best hotel on Palm Beach, but it has by far the best beach, the best pool grounds, and the best people from the beach staff, bar staff and many others. Loved Winnie, Gabriel and the others at the beach bar. Good drinks, nice nachos etc. The hotel exterior has been painted and new and better beach chairs have been added. Several of the beach showers ceased working for a few days. The hotel rooms are very dated, but upgrades in proces... Read more

Enjoyable stay at the resort but wanted to give a special plug to Rosemarie, who looked after our room with extra care. First day we came back to our room and she had gone the extra mile to make sure we felt welcomed and looked after. We said hello and had a really nice exchange, a very friendly face of the Hilton. Gave a real Aruban flavour to our stay. Thank you Rosemarie

Didn't know what to expect coming to the Hilton for the first time. We are currently day 3/10 staying in the Palm Beach Club at the Hilton (Floor 8). I'm very impressed with the entire setup of the club from the free breakfasts made to order, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with appetizers all in the club lounge. There are 17 rooms on the floor and each room also gets a front row beach palapa. The concierge on the floor, and service members ( Mathilde, Afroze and Nazly) are all fantastic an... Read more

Perfect location - lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, around the area. Stunning beach with 145 Palapas and several hundred beach lounge chairs for patrons. Reserve a Palapa starting at 4 pm for the next day or you won't get a plce pon the beach - stick to the right hand side because on cruise days, the beach front fills up with umbrellas and rental chairs. beautiful grounds, pools, pool side bar - good value. I work hard all year and stay loyal to Hilton so that I can enjoy these benefits at Hilton when I go on vacation. First I'll start by saying my overall experience was positive. Half of my issues could be blamed on my travel agent rather than the hotel itself. The hotel sits on a very nice property, coy ponds, little streams and bridges, lush foliage. But keep in mind that this property is newly acquired by Hilton and is in need of major renovation. This hotel and the grounds are beautiful. I have to say though, I actually liked the color scheme of the buildings before Hilton took over and made everything more drab, austere and non-Caribbean by painting all of the property's buildings a plain shade of whitish beige. Also, the very nice open lobby area tends to be very stark and boring now that Hilton is operating the place. They need to liven things up with some color. It was hands down the best poker room on the island. Chris runs a great poker room. There is 1-2 NL or 2-5 NL cash games and a great tournament. You won't be disappointed by playing here. The hotel is in a beautifull location with a nice swimming pool, and a nice location on the boulevard. Service leves were below expectation for us with most of the staff walking around with a constant growl on their faces and providing a minimum of service. A few hard working and friendly staff in beach restaurant, pool area, security, porter, compensated the very poor level of the other staff. Beware of the shade: you will have a constant challenge of finding some shadow for your family. Eith... Read more

This was our first time to Aruba. I will say that I did not find the island to be so "happy" and we have been to many Caribbean islands. That said, I would actually give the Hilton 3.5 stars instead of the given 3. The beach is beautiful although very crowded. I do think that the situation with the outside vendors setting their umbrellas and chairs up on the beach in front of the Hilton truly takes away from some of the charm of the beach. While we were there, one pool was closed for a reno... Read more

This hotel is nicely located and the beach is awesome. The papantla experience online worked great (not sure why people where lined up but surfing their phones when you could do it all in your phone). The room was nice and spacious - semi updated, but very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. My only complaint is the painfully slow WiFi - but, it kinda forces you to disconnect a bit, which is good. I also wish there was a club lounge, but there's so much to do on the property that th... We are presently staying at this hotel. This hotel is a beautiful piece of property that is currently undergoing renovations. Check in was a nightmare. Since staying at the Club Level we were unaware that we did not have to stand in the "standard" check in line. We waited for over 25 minutes to be told we needed to check in on the 8th floor. It was a 3rd floor garden room facing the pool and the Aruba tower. From the on site wedding planner to the highest echelons of hotel management everyone worked to insure that the event was flawless. My wife and I used Hilton points to stay here for a week beginning 10-7. We were unaware of all the construction going on at this facility. It will be a nice property when it is all completed, but they should have notified us that all this was going on. We would have stayed somewhere entirely different. If you like to rest during the day, forget it. The sound of jack hammers, digging, heavy machinery starts at 8 am every morning and goes on all day. The beach property is ok, with a palapa reserv... We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive when we requested service. Some construction was annoying but did not ruin our stay. We spent many hours at the beautiful pool. We enjoyed the daily free cocktail delivered by Giovanni. Beach was very clean and well maintained and use of Palopas was nice. Our suite provided us with a Palapa for the week which was nice so we didn't have to stand in line every day to rent one.

Just about every year, we visit Aruba. Forever, we've been staying at the Radisson. Last year (or so) the Hilton chain bought out the hotel. We were lucky enough to miss the recent Hurricane which although did not actually strike Aruba, has had an effect on the island. We weren't lucky enough to miss the Hilton renovations though, but I have to hand it to this hotel, the impact on us has been minimal. The grounds and beach are beautiful. There is much construction going on presently which was quite loud. Two doors down from ours there was hammering, power tools, etc., which we immediately insisted on a new room. They could not accommodate a new room for two days. This was mildly infuriating. Noisy construction in pool area. Despite this, we had a fantastic time. Spent our time at the beach (which is stunning and away from the noise). Gilligans Beach Bar and Grill had good food and gre...
