Good clean room, a few minute drive to casino, king bed was very good, whirlpool tub, microwave, fridge, tv, wifi, etc all worked great. Staff was friendly, easy check in and check out. Exactly what we expected and paid for.

Quaint little hotel, very quiet and the service here is very good. Room was large but dated but still comfortable .. the bed was super comfy. . Coffee machine in room, and if you need more capsules they will bring them up to you . Not a bad small breakfast included , All in all not a bad spot for the price close to downtown and the river and casino. The only fault was the poor WIFI connection. Will stay again .. if this review is helpful please give a thumbs up ..Thanks

This hotel is a good option for casino goers, and close to the tunnel. It could use some updating in the main areas, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Several places are within walking distance to grab a snack or bite to eat. The area itself is not too upscale, but this hotel chain always does a great job.

Crossed the river to watch the Lions play on Thanksgiving Day. The location was great and we discovered a whole new area heading down Wyandotte Street - Walkerville and Rivertown! You can walk to the casino and Ouellette St. It's all suites and the room was great! Plus plenty of free parking.

Very nice mid-range hotel. The location is very convenient and seemed safe. Very close to the Detroit-Windsor tunnel, near Caesars Windsor casino and the riverwalk. Lots of neighborhood stores and restaurants are very close, and it's a short drive if you want something like a chain restaurant or a big shopping center. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The lobby has lemon water (a water cooler with lemon slices floating in it), coffee and tea available 24 hours, and also a tray of apples ... Read more

Booked a room in this hotel last minute while visiting Detroit. This was our second time in this hotel after previous stay in 2014. The hotel exceeded our expectation in terms of cleanliness, comfort and friendliness of the staff. We liked the standard breakfast buffet that included hot omelet, coffee, selection of juices, the waffle making machine etc. The location was in older part of the city: safe and very close to the casino and the river side walk. The only negative was unpleasant/stale ... Read more

I stayed here after business in Michigan as a base of operations for visiting Point Pelee National Park (about an hours drive east). The first night was paid for by my employer, the 2nd night I stayed on my Choice Privileges Points. Of the several Choice properties in Windsor the reward level (10k points) was considerably better (lower) and the accomodations were fine. As other reviewers noted its a bit dated and the neighborhood is kind of meh, looks to be an abandoned house right across the s... Read more

Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was acceptably clean but showing signs of age: the carpet had a strip that was repaired with a rubberized product that feels strange to step on, there was staining on the ceiling and the giant green Jacuzzi was dripping water all night. (Yes, the room had a giant green hot tub in the corner... it me me laugh.) Breakfast was hilarious as the "eggs" were simply presented as a giant brick 'o egg (see picture). I went for the waffles which were fine. C... Read more

This hotel was nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly and rooms perfectly fit the descriptions. This hotel is on the edge of a sketchy neighborhood, but only by a block. It is a short walk to everything from here. Where you catch the tunnel bus is about 1km and Oulette street restaurants & bars are less than that. Your stay even comes with a breakfast that includes sausage, eggs, yogurt, waffles & fresh fruit.
