Friendly girl at checkin. Could not park our SUV with our roof box in hotel parkade(cannot fit). Had to park in another parkade a distance away, disappointed. To get to our room 301 was very odd. You go outside, then through the spa area and then take stairs or elevator. Our rooms phone was broken when we arrived, they fixed that. The main bedroom window did not shut, very loud at night with village noise. Bathtub could not be filled easily as lever broken, only shower worked, again disappointe... Read more

Booked two rooms back in February for this lodge. Like I mentioned before the place is nice, clean, location is great. We did get to hear the loud people in the middle of the night but didn't really bother us. What bother us was the service at the front desk. As we checked in the agent informed us of a $250 deposit needed per room. This came as a surprise to us. Nowhere in our reservation or on the TripAdvisor or Tingo websites did we see anything about a deposit. When we informed the agent abou... Read more

Stayed in a Lofted Studio, very spacious! Two of us stayed here, only thing really lacking space wise was ski lockers for our gear. Had a huge coat closet and a weird cabinet in the kitchen that could hold 2 people (should have used that for the skis ;-) Kitchen only had one big 12" skillet/pan and the non-stick was coming off, eggs in the morning stuck every time even with plenty of bacon grease and butter. Knives were not sharp at all. I received a great deal on the room through Traveloci... Read more

We had stayed here back when it was a Holiday Inn several years ago. Got a great deal through the Whistler Blackcomb lodging people and spent a week here during the WSSF in April and had a great time. We got a deluxe studio and it was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to had dinner in a couple of nights, but primarily used it for breakfast before skiing. Washer and dryer being in suite was great and helpful to stay on top of soggy ski stuff. Bed was super comfo... Read more

Location is perfect and the facilities and cleanliness of the room are great. The room had a tiny window and was very hot and stuffy. The reception staff were very strange and unhelpful, they were always on the phone on personal calls or nowhere to be seen when we needed to access the storage room for snowboards. I understand why they don't want boards in rooms but to wait sometimes 15 minutes or more to get it opened or to put a board in was frustrating, especially when you only have a few days... Read more

, Right in the middle of everything. Had a delux studio which was fab, had everything we needed. Wish we had a few more days here as there was so much to do. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Good walking trails all around.

We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The location is great, you are right in the middle of the village. The room was large with a full kitchen, which was nice for saving some $$ and cooking dinner one night. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cocktail and watching people walk by.

We stayed for 8 days & we had a wonderful time staying at the Whistler Peak Lodge. It was in a great location within easy walking distance to the mountain & right in the middle of the village. The room was much larger than we were expecting for our family of 4. It had a great storage cupboard/room for all of our snow gear which was a nice surprise. The only downside to our room was the window view & that was because of our vicinity of our room nothing else - next time if we were to stay agai... Read more

We stayed there from July 26th to 29th just before the B.C day, long weekend. The studio for three of us was just what we expected. Kitchen was adequate with all necessities. Beds were comfortable. Outside temperature was 30C and free standing air-condition couldn??t keep indoor temperature pleasant. I noticed that the fireplace pilot light was on, which radiated temperature, I shut off the valve and it made a difference. The next day we expected room service, after phoning the front desk they ... Read more

If you want a weekend filled with perposturous accusations and BLOOD STAINED sheets in not 1 but 2 out of 3 rooms, come for a stay at whistler peaks lodge! Check in was swift and dandy, but as soon as nightfall hit, things took a turn for the worst. When one of the women in my party went to climb into bed after a fun and well deserved night out, she noticed the sheets were stained with blood. ( she didnt take a picture , but i have attached two from the second room that ALSO had stained sheets.)... Read more

My husband and I stayed there with some friends for a weekend in August. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very spacious! Our room had a queen bed, a Murphy bed, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom had a deep jetted tub. The room came with an Air conditioner, which I would recommend using because you can hear all sorts of noise with the window open. We did see a spa or fitness centre with a hot tub, however it was very s... Read more

Spent 10 nights in Whistler at the Whistler Peak Lodge as part of a BC mountain bike tour. The WPL was the perfect spot for us in Whistler Village. Centrally located the WPL provides easy access to all the amenities available in Whistler village. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the Fitzsimmons Chair or the Whistler Gondola. The room was clean and had a nice little kitchenette. Not the fanciest of places but perfect for our needs.

Great location in the Village. Easy walk around the village, close to all shops, grocery stores, gondola's and restaurants. Kitchenette was great. Underground parking cost is extra, or free public parking across the street.

This is not a hotel, it used to be a Holiday Inn but the rooms are now privately owned condos, therefore all of the rooms are different. We had two adjoining rooms but for example, mine had a lovely upholstered chair but my friend did not. Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen but we didn't use them because there were so many restaurants and cafes within a minute or two away. The frig had an ice cube tray. There is a Reception Desk with a small lobby but no other typical hotel services like ... Read more

Bed was very comfortable. Easy access to the village. Super quiet rooms. The room had an added A/C unit which did nothing to cool the room. It was too hot at night. Housekeeping is every 4th day which was not a problem at all. If we needed extra towels, they were readily available. We would stay here again.

I'm not submitting a review about the hotel as a whole, I'm just offering my opinion of the room we booked. At first, we booked a standard studio, but decided to upgrade to a deluxe studio with den when our son decided he wanted to join us. Although the location of the hotel is good, and I have no knowledge on the higher end room types, my opinion is based solely on the room we booked. The online description and photos paint a much better picture than what we walked into. I can describe it in on... Read more

My husband and I went here for an anniversary get away for four nights. We loved the location, right in the heart of town. The room was exactly what we wanted. We had an awesome view in the heart of downtown. Great people watching from our private balcony. We loved the kitchenette that was in the full kitchen. These rooms also came with in room washer and dryers which we definitely utilized. Overall great stay. I would recommend that the hotel offer paper towels or more kitchen towels. I would d... We came here for a couple night ski escape. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We were happily surprised with a full kitchen in the suite (even though we booked the lowest room class). We cooked in the room one night and saved the cost of dining out, which was nice. The hotel is in the heart of the village with easy access to village stroll and all the restaurants along there. We'll be returning for sure.

The room was clean and comfortable. First night it was really noisy. We were near the entry to D wing and the doors opening and closing over and over woke us many times in the night. I would ask for a room no where near the door next time. The next night we slept great. I guess it was fewer people that second night. It can be confusing to find the rooms in D wing, having to go through the hot tub room to get to your wing, but front desk helped us out. It's in the middle of the village so loca... Read more

While the staff there tried very hard to accommodate the building construction is paper thin walls. Don't stay there if you want to sleep. There is much noise from the street and neighboring rooms. We were on the 6th floor. It's not quiet until 3 am. Parties all over the streets noise was loud. We stayed the 23-25 a weekend.

A great little hotel in the heart of Whistler. Staff were lovely and the location couldn't be more central. Price can't be beat! Beds are comfortable, linens and towels are crisp clean hotel white.
