Great spot. Lovely hotel. Would stay here again. Convenient to everything. Beds so comfy. Spotlessly clean. I would like to see fresh milk in the fridge. we were on a tour and breakfast was a little chaotic. Perhaps as a sole traveller it would be better.

I held a business event at the hotel. The room rates, for the 40 rooms, was very good. the location was excellent as golf was part of the event. The golf course is very close allowing hotel guests to walk to the course. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful.

My wife, friends and I had an excellent stay here, despite it being a holiday weekend. From our check-in to departures all was very good to excellent. It is well-located right near the restaurants, lifts, and gondola. Their restaurant is very good and our junior suite outstanding. The front desk staff, valets, and servers were all friendly and helpful. One tip - try the desserts and cheese plate at their Cinnamon Bear Restaurant. We went there twice just for them. We recently stayed at the Hilton Whistler for the last weekend of the snow season. First of all, the location is excellent. I booked this hotel because of the location on the map, but not having ever been to Whistler before I was extremely surprised to see how close it actually was! The hotel backs right onto the Whistler Village and restaurant and shops and readily accessible. The Blackcomb Gondola is literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel... however as it was so late in the season we could o... Read more

This was a great location, however the price does not reflect the quality. Other then the value it is a nice place to stay. It is located right in the heart of all the action. Breakfast was good but again very expensive. Packing cost more per day than my rental car did, however to valet the car was only an extra 4 dollars.

Stayed two nights here as part of a tour. The rooms are somewhat dated and include a kitchenette if you require such a thing (we didn't). The place looks like it's had some minor updates to the rooms (bathroom floor/beds) but not much else in maybe ten years, bathtub looked at least that old. Soundproofing was terrible. Could hear every noise from the hallway, which was a real joy the second night when a bachelor party was staying on our floor and woke everyone up going back and forth between 1-... Read more

Good location with helpful and courteous staff. We stayed in a suite in the north tower which had a kitchenette etc. The room like the hotel is a bit dated (small 37 in tv with limited connectivity) and parking is expensive ($30/day self & $35/day valet). Sadly the wifi was down the whole time we were there which really took the experience down a few notches. Went to Whistler for a guys weekend trip and had an excellent experience staying at the Hilton. The rooms were clean and a good size. The Valet Parking is only $4 more per night and with the parking right below the check in area, worth it. the service levels for the staff is great, and the hotel has a small Pub and Restaurant within the building. Also the pub has free pool, if you are not fighting the locals to get on the tables.

We stayed 3 nights this week. I prepaid for a Glacier Suite two months ago and asked specifically for a quiet room at the end of the corridor away from lifts. I emailed asking for this as well as it is in my preferences. Upon check in I was told that other guests had my quiet room and that this hotel did not do upgrades! Instead my room (552) was one room away from the elevator. I was told no other rooms were available. I suspect as I prepaid and the Hilton had taken my money a couple of month... Read more

Took advantage of a Hilton BC Rate offer to go down memory lane at Whistler and what a wonderful time we had. Hubby and I used to frequent Whistler regularly many moons ago, our last visit was around 15 years ago. We used to visit Whistler when almost everyone knew each other and it was a lot smaller and a very friendly place. It is busier but still a wonderfully friendly and beautiful place. What a lovely time we had and it all began with a warm welcome at the Hilton check-in desk. Our ... Read more

We found the location great but the spa room we had not so great. Cleanliness was an issue with drained floors and furniture and dirty bathrobe. The staff was nice and pleasant. Beautiful hotel - comfortable, spacious, centrally located, helpful and pleasant staff - we enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet and had a great view. Appreciated how centrally located it was - Village stroll outside the door and near both mountains. Staff was particularly pleasant, going out of their way to be helpful and give information. Service in the restaurant both morning and evening was very good, as was the meals we had.

We checked in yesterday and are staying for the next 4 days. The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly, great location, everything we'd hoped for. Here's the catch: After you check in they ask if you want valet parking for $36/night or self park for $32/night. That's an increase of 25% on our hotel bill. They do suggest parking 10 minutes away for less but no guarantees. After driving all day, it was pouring rain we decided there wasn't much choice since our car had golf clubs a... Read more

Great location - in the heart of the village. Service was poor from the moment we tried to check in; we stood waiting while front desk staff chatted amongst themselves casually. The room was not clean once we got inside; garbage was left behind from previous guests. I was hoping for a Hilton experience, as the hotel came highly recommended. We paid a lot of money for the room, and expected to feel like valued guests. Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very disappointed. The room was sparse, to say the least. The only décor in the entire room was a pair of small paintings hung side-by-side on the entryway wall. The rest of the room was absolutely barren. Décor may not make the bed any softer, but it does give a homey feel to the room. With nothing whatsoever to cheer the place up--no other artwork, no objects, nothing--the room had a very sterile feel to it.
