70 air-conditioned guestrooms at Evolution feature fireplaces and MP3 docking stations. All accommodations have balconies. All rooms include separate dining areas and are furnished with queen sofa beds. At this 3.5-star condominium resort, accommodations include kitchens with stovetops, microwaves, refrigerators, and dishwashers. Bathrooms feature separate bathtubs and showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. In addition to complimentary weekday newspapers, guestrooms offer phones with voice mail, as well as free local calls (restrictions may apply). Flat-panel televisions have cable channels and DVD players. Rooms also include CD players, washers/dryers, and coffee/tea makers. Housekeeping is available daily.
