Extremely new property so all the finishes and spaces are really nice & new. Nice large room with a fridge and microwave station separate from the bedroom. Desk is in the living room area with a cool sliding glass into the bedroom. The toilet and sink are separated by the closet from the shower and another sink. Seems a perfect set up for families. Shower has a surprise feature that shoots jets of water out on your torso. Reading lights on the wall above the bed really make it easy to read or do... Read more

We booked two nights here. Arrived to a spacious king suite which was all very clean and updated. On top free breakfast, free wifi and free parking. Close enough to downtown to make this a great choice for anyone not wanting to pay $40-60 for parking downtown.

I stay here frequently. The staff at the front are tops in the business. Always very friendly and helpful. I once arrived around 7:00pm and was hungry for pizza. They pointed me to a fab local place. I arrived there and the lights were off......but to my surprise someone came to the door and asked if I was the guy staying at Springhill Suites? I found out that they realized the place was closing and called ahead to let them know I was coming. That's going the extra mile for your guests. ... Read more

Loved this hotel. Second time we have stayed here. Checked on a Friday night, hotel was very busy. Desk staff was very friendly and they gave us an upgrade to our room which was very appreciated. Breakfast was very good. My husband used the gym and he said it was good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall was good.but the room layout was ugly. So they have two separate washrooms. One is a toilet which is the problem because it's too small and it's located in front of the beds..with an almost see throw sliding door.. basically there is no privecy. .seriously!! I don't want to hear my son and daughter while they are in the bathroom.. so heads up everybody.

Check-in was very fast and efficient. The room was very nice and clean. Having a separate toilet enclosure was nice as there were three of us in the room. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and replenished regularly. I wish we could have stayed longer! The only very minor criticisms I have are that there was only one sheet in the room for the sofa bed so we had to ask for another one, and instead of bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion, we had three bottles of conditioner (fir... This hotel was a great option for us who went to a wedding nearby in Kleinburg. Very easy to get to. Lot's of parking nearby. very central to many attractions! Room was very large! We had a corner suite which came with a jacuzzi tub. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms. My husband commented that he really enjoyed the shower. The seating area was very large with a bar fridge. Bed was very comfortable. For some reason though we could not get our room very cool. I was very warm all night ... Read more

I have never experienced a more welcoming check in. Rooms were spacious and clean, good TV, pool and fitness area were good, breakfast was awesome. We spend a lot of time travelling for hockey, and this hotel tops our list for our family, but would be our pick to stay as a couple also. Good restaurants and activities close by, and easy to access. Every aspect of our stay was pleasant.

We stayed here a year ago and when we were going back to Vaughan again, there wasn't any question of where we would stay. The rooms are fantastic and spacious and having the two bathrooms is handy. The breakfast buffet is tasty and has something for everyone. Plus, it's close to all kinds of shopping and amenities.

This hotel was very nice, as was the room. But, I was there for business and worked a lot of hours to find out this place did not have room service. It may sound trivial, but after arriving at the hotel due to extensive delays. I get up to my room and couldn't find a menu. To then find out that I can order and go downstairs to pick it up. The menu was limited, and the food was ok. Not knowing the area at 9 pm at night, forced my choices. If you don't care about the so/so food and no room s... Read more

I recently stayed here as a member of a large tour group. I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The staff was pleasant and were quick to offer suggestions and help and the rooms were excellent. The ladies who worked the front desk were amazing. Kayla (I think that's her name) especially...she was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and most importantly, patient, having to deal with so many people in our group and so many different demands. I'm a Marriott fan And usually stay with their chain. The room was clean and updated as would be expected with that chain. the pool was small. Our family of four likes SpringHill Suites since you have the mini kitchen area with microwave fridge and couch. The location was great for a trip to Canada's Wonderland or Vaughan Mills. It is also near a Walmart and shopping plaza so there were lots of easy food choices around after an exhausting trip to the park.

Recently spent a weekend at this hotel. This appears to be a new hotel. The decor and design of the room was fantastic- modern, plenty of outlets, separate toilet and shower. The WIFI was fast, easy to access offered no problem. They offered a full hot breakfast with the price of the room. Unlike most of the breakfasts in similar hotels, this was superior. The breakfast room was packed; the hotel appeared to be fully booked but there was a local event. The service was great but the room cleanin... Read more

Stayed here the weekend of June 24th for Canada's Wonderland. This hotel is fantastic. It's very close to the park and many other attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The buffet breakfast every morning was quite tasty, it would have been nice if there had been a bit more variety, maybe some bacon and waffles, but overall very good. Booked our hotel stay through hotels.com we were satisfied with the hotel - although the pool could not fit the amount of people in it, and the whirlpool was full of bubbles and green on the sides - we stayed. After a night of swimming we went to lay down in our beds and noticed bugs. They looked like fleas, so I googled it and sure enough bed bugs :S The manager of the hotel was very upset that I had called hotels.com instead of going to him directly but then when I asked about a refund, he s... This hotel is a very good choice for people visiting Canada's Wonderland. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. The lobby is very nice, has a lounge and a bar. The rooms are very large and quiet, although the hotel is close to highway 400. We had 2 adjoining rooms, each with 2 queen beds and a sofa. One room had a shower, the other had a tub. Both had a little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave and one room also had an office area with a desk. Great for big families. Breakfast included.

I stayed here for one night after a wedding and so unfortunately I barely had any time to enjoy the room. I thought the room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was great. The mini bar service was downstairs in the reception area, which was a slight inconvenience since I arrived late at night, but not really a big deal. Breakfast was enjoyable. If I had the chance I would probably stay here again.

This was my first time at Springhill Suites. Overall I would recommend this chain and given it a 4 rating on this hotel, except for the condition of our room and front desk service (not check in) downgraded it. If you're sharing the room, please be aware that there are design issues which might make sleeping or privacy difficult. Walking in, I am struck by the lobby's cheerful yet calming decor in "spring" green and neutral shades of brown. Check in at front desk was fast and the clerk was cou... Read more

We chose this hotel for it's price and location near Canada's Wonderland, although we were unable to get a room with 2 queen beds 2 months in advance (had to go with a king and pullout sofa. The hotel ended up selling out so no chance of queen beds and even though we booked 2 rooms, they couldn't get us closer to each other than opposite ends of the same floor - fyi, in case you're booking as family that needs 2 rooms). This hotel is about 20 minutes north of Toronto and it is very reasonably priced. It's in an area with many things to do including the Collusus cinema complex, Canada's Wonderland and Reptilia! The rooms are quiet and have great beds, a fridge and a microwave. The only thing that isn't great is the breakfast which could include more fresh dishes. Service was great and the local restaurant / lounge makes it even more attractive after the long day of driving. Just one comment - when the hotel was completely booked (over the long weekend), it feels like two elevators are not enough to accommodate all the people - the wait was pretty long from time to time.
