After our long search of something nice, I was able to stumble upon this dream come true. I am up here with a colleague for business training, when booking I wasn't sure what to expect as its not a normal hotel you hear about. I was amazing! I had wonderful service from the receptionist Michelle, who helped out with our only 1 bed situation and there are 2 of us. I booked this hotel through a third party provider and there was an issue with the booking. However, I spoke to Michelle, who was absolutely amazing and levied me with excellent customer service and assured me that after a long 5 drive, my family and I will have a comfortable and enjoyable room and experience. After speaking with her, I am looking forward to our trip! I'll definitely review the hotel again!

I've been put up in this hotel for a few months for business training and it has been like a mini vacation. No cooking, no cleaning, excellent and friendly service. Free popcorn. Relaxed atmosphere. Our receptionist Michelle has been totally amazing. She assisted us with all our needs. Do not mind being here at all for extended periods of time

This hotel was great for the following reasons: 1. Awesome staff, especially Princess who walked is through how to get to the hotel not just once but twice (we didn't have data or gps service). Her and her fellow staff members then gave us a run down of recommended sites/attractions to see. 2. Hotel was clean and spacious! The added bonus of the mini kitchen was awesome! Did I mention the tub has whirlpool jets? 3. Cleaning staff was very sweet. 4. Free parking/safe area 5. Near Canada's wonde... Read more

Clean and fairly large hotel room. The area the hotel is in seems industrial. I wouldn't have wanted to stay more then two nights here on my vacation but it seems very appropriate place to stay for long term working people as the room had a small kitchen that included plates, glasses, and cutlery.

Michelle and Princess at the front desk were as warm and wonderful as the reviews promised. We arrived too early for check-in; there was no standard room available, so we were promptly upgraded to a suite. The room was excellent, featuring full amenities, great bed, best-ever pillows. Since we were in TO for a ball game, it was great to hear Michelleā??s informative take on the outcome of the Jays vs. Texas bench-clearing brawl that had taken place the day before. Basic kitchen amenities which I did not use; there are 2 stove top elements, a rarity which is good. Bed was comfy, bathroom was roomy and the towels were not too bad. The staff were so helpfull and accomodating, Michelle always asked how the patient was . We didn't want to drive in TO and took a taxi everywhere, they have a flat rate with City Taxi which worked well for us. It was easy to get to from the 400, thanks to the gentleman who took our reservation and graciously explained, in detail, how t... Read more

The rooms were extremely comfortable, but what made this hotel great was the staff. Everyone is very courteous and willing to go the extra distance to make sure your stay with them is nothing short of spectacular. The hotel manager Adam was always available when needed for our group events, and made sure the conference room was set up just the way we needed it.

The service offered by Adam, Julie and the team is consistently first class. The breakfast is not quite what it used to be, and it wasn't that fantastic before, but I cannot complain about the staff, accommodation, service, or cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel on the basis of cost, quality, and Adam's leadership.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and bathroom, decent food, easy drive to Toronto Pearson Airport. I found a vacant golf course just around the corner. It was really great for walking with my dog

I was preparing for a mediocre stay considering the type of facility. I was more than pleasantly surprised all around. From the staff to the room, the additional services, the proximity to major highways, my stay for the week could not have been more pleasant anywhere. The rooms are extremely large and comfortable with the convenience of the kitchenette to allow a bit more of a home / apartment experience. For those that are working hard all day the ability to come back to a warm meal / sna... Read more

Up: Rooms are big and equipped with 2 Tv screens. You get a kitchen and a sitting area inside your room/mini-suite Down: A smelly lobby - they must remove this w e i r d waterfall at the entrance and make sure it smells better. The elevator - old and not ventilated and smelly- broke down twice when i was there. Overall the hotel (not exactly a hotel) is good. Nice staff. I have booked this "hotel" via Hotwire - a blind choice that was a real mistake especially if you need to be at downtown To... Read more
