This was our 2nd stay here. Even though we arrived early in the day we were able to check in and get our room. The reception desk was very friendly and professional. It was a chilly grey day, so after a quick trip to a hair salon our party met in the hotel bar/restaurant area. One of the bartenders remembered us from our being there 2 years ago! (Think maybe we stayed too long in the bar?? Nah.) Happy hour is every day from 3p-6p, Every day! Bar food was great. Good buzz in the place - ... Read more

This lovely hotel was our base for the 4 nights we stayed in Vancouver before embarking on our Travelmarvel Winter Wonderland coach tour in December. The staff are all so very helpful and super friendly. Our room was spacious with a huge panoramic window where we could lie/lounge and watch the snow falling. Bathroom was larger than normal and the bed was super comfortable with top class linen. The location of this hotel was perfect for us and even though we used the Hop On Hop Off Bus for tw... I got a basic king room with a city view. The room was not the typical "box" layout with a nice large full wall window which made it feel much more high end. The bathroom was very clean with shower and separate tub. The in room robe = awesome happiness. Hotel weight room and pool were well above average. The location of the hotel is right next to the convention center and an easy walk to Stanley Park, the sports arenas, or most anything in downtown really. Parking was a little high but with ... After a 7 hour delay out of Vegas and waking up early for the flight my wife and I were shattered. The very lovely Vicky at reception noticed and looked after us very well with upgrading us to a harbour view room which put a smile on our face ???. This is our 3rd stay at Marriott Pinnacle in Vancouver and from the concierge and reception staff to the room itself with a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and great views we will be back yet again.

We spent 2 nights here, between touring the Icefields Parkway, and taking a cruise to Alaska. Excellent location, close to everything. Food in the restaurant was excellent, and our room was spacious with a roof terrace. We had to make our own way from the hotel to the Cruise port, but it was about a 10 minute walk! The Coal Harbour area is lovely, and the shuttles to all of the attractions are quick walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.

What a delightful experience. From the moment of pulling up to the door to the time we left, our every whim was anticipated. The restaurant was especially fine, service and food. We are looking for any excuse to return.

Stayed there over the weekend with my family. Nice pool with sauna (compared to other places in North America). The staff is very friendly. The lounge is closed during the weekend for the dinner hours, but the breakfast in the morning there was very good and you can get a nice view of the water area north of Vancouver downtown.

I had the opportunity to stay at this lovely hotel a little before Christmas. We had a little difficulty finding hotel as directions on website were not up to date. Fortunately, we finally arrived before 7:00pm and had a smooth check-in. Sweet, front desk gentleman upgraded us to a beautiful, upper, corner suite view of downtown (due to us getting lost). It was nice to be greeted with warm, ginger-snap cookies, candy canes, and hot, apple-cider. The lobby was decorated beautifully with a blue Ch... Read more
