I love staying in Vancouver and going shopping, to concerts, sporting events etc. I've stayed at a number of different hotels while being in Vancouver, and I wouldn't rate this one as high as I thought it would be. Our room was small, and the bathroom was VERY small. The positives for us were: in terms of location, it's in a good spot, close to everything without being in the middle of it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a starbucks downstairs, and starbucks coffee in the ro... Read more

Picked the Sheraton for our long weekend in Vancouver. The location is great: within walking distance from shopping and (very good) food on Robson street, from the City Center Canada Line station (for trains taking you to/from the international airport in about 20 minutes) and from the ferry dock to go to Granville island. We love walking so we walked from the hotel to Stanley Park (along the Seawall, which offered great views)) and even to Gastown and Chinatown. The city is not that big. If yo... Read more

This is my second time staying at the wall centre. Unfortunately this second stay was disappointing. Checking in was quite lack lustre as the person staffing the front desk didn't even provide a welcome, she simply barked out orders for my credit card and photo ID. I passed it off as the fact she was having a bad day. It turns out I was staying in the south tower. I attempted to enter the lobby, only to get stuck in the revolving doors (according to the door man, they had been malfunctioni... Read more

We stayed in this hotel after returning to Vancouver after a cruise. The hotel was part of the package we had paid for - so we had not selected it from others. We disembarked from our cruise earlier than expected and as a result arrived at the hotel much earlier than planned. Our intention was to leave our cases so we could explore the city, but the person on reception advised that, as we were early the rooms assigned to us were not ready but she would find us others. Which she did. A very nice ... Read more

Location was good. The room which was newly renovated appeared to be a portion of one large room pre-renovation. Has to squeeze by wall to get to the other side of the bed. Bathroom was very small and the shape of the room as odd and awkward. Not worth the cost of the room.

This is a very nice Sheraton but what makes it special is Phillipe, the Concierge. Even before we arrived he made tour arrangements and dinner reservations. He made our stay in Vancouver wonderful! At the end he helped us find a box to mail some souvenirs home. Phillipe turns this large and busy hotel like a boutique hotel! Our only complaint about our stay was the Internet charges. Complicated and difficult and the idea of paying for high speed internet in today's world is ridiculous!

We had an awesome stay here! First of all, I was able to check in early - around 10 AM which made my day so much better. I really appreciate it when hotels let me do that. Our room was on a high floor and what a great view we had! The curved floor to ceiling windows were awesome, the view really panoramic. It felt luxurious lying in bed staring out at the city below us. The location is great - we walked to the gas lamp quarter and it was lovely. The shuttle to Canada Place was great - ... Read more

We spent 3 nights in the Sheraton to start our summer holiday as a family of 5. While the rooms are comfy and have an excellent view and the location in the city center is optimal for getting around on foot, the hotel otherwise is quite average. The parking with $33/day is also rather on the pricey side.

We were visiting the Vancouver area for the first time and booked this hotel because they had 2 room Suits. Which in theory works great for a family with 3 kids and grandma tagging along. The Suit was worse than having 2 inter connectable rooms some cheap motels have. There was a lot of wasted space in the form of a 20 foot long hallway. The rooms themselves were pretty tight. If the hallway space was in the rooms or had a better layout it would have been much better. I was told Canadians are su... Read more

Needless to say, the location is so central that it is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. However, for the fees that we paid, I was expecting the hotel to be a bit more upscale. I was glad that I read the review before booking and I booked the north tower. South tower had really bad front desk service. Front desk was small and despite a line up, there were only one staff manning the front desk. North Tower had a couple of front desk staff and the service was faster.

Stayed here for a couple of days in September 2016. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (my flight was early and my room was ready). The facilities and restaurant were excellent. The location was not right downtown, but only a 15 minute walk away. The water taxis to Granville were also a 15 minute walk down the hill. Plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Stayed in a King room in the South Tower. Quiet and well appointed.

I was told by one the front desk staff that all rooms, in both towers, had been completely remodeled. I was very surprised to see that the rooms were entirely carpeted and looked old fashioned. I don't understand why some hotels insist on putting carpets in rooms. It's not hygienic and bad for allergies. Other than the weird blue high-pile carpet everywhere, the hallways smelled like marijuana because a guest on the same floor was enjoying himself/herself a little too much - this was consistent... The bathroom is modern and clean. There is high speed paid WIFI, but, I found that the free WIFI works well for e-mail and basic work. The desk/work area is good, and has lots of plugs. We walked on a sunny fall day to Stanley Park and the aquarium. It was a whole day excursion. Property is split into North and South tower and we were in the South tow... Read more

We stayed for 1 night before going on a cruise. The hotel is very conveniently located and they have a free shuttle every half hour to Canada Place which was a huge bonus for us.. Our room was nice and clean, and had everything we needed. The restaurant food was good and service was good, however we felt that all the staff were a bit 'condescending' and not particularly friendly.

Booked Hotwire and Stayed at the Sheraton for three nights. Got a great price and was very happy with the Sheraton. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very large. The staff working were very helpful - especially the guys working the valet parking! The location is easy walking distance to everything. There is also free wi-fi. The normal price for the hotel is very high so I Would only stay there again if I got a good deal.

A 3 night final stop in our tour of BC. Excellent position for the hop on/off tours and easy walking distance to Canada Place and the major shopping areas. Quite an extensive building which we did not have the time to explore at all. Plenty of lifts so never too long to wait. Helpful desk staff. Beds very comfy with lots of pillows. We had a couple of rather uncomfortable chairs - very upright backs which did not have a lot of padding. The lack of a kettle was speedily rectified for which w... Read more

The Sheraton Wall Centre is a gem in Downtown Vancouver, BC. The staff are very friendly and the rooms have stunning views of the city and water. Close to all downtown activities! We were treated very well and the room was very cozy and accommodating. Gillian at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Say hi to her when you arrive. She is fantastic!

My co-worker and I recently stayed here for a conference but, to be honest, whenever me and my husband visit Vancouver this is our go-to hotel! We are never disappointed when we stay here. The beds are super comfortable. The staff are always helpful. We have everything we need. The location is perfect. Right downtown on Burrard and a walking distance to everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel without a doubt.

We were recently at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center attending a conference. The hotel was chosen by the conference organizers and not by us. Our room was in the South Tower and we had a junior suite on the 26th floor club level and use of the club lounge. The South Tower lobby is very unimposing and very small, of the 4 elevators only 3 worked causing a long queue of people out into the lobby. There is no restaurant or bar in this section only a Starbucks on the ground floor. You have to wa... Read more

Love our room on the 25th floor. The room with has lots of natural light, the bathroom is good, however, other than a small closet, there's almost no storage. The only other complaint is that the shower leaks around the beautiful glass door. A real shame but nothing is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights in December. I used to work in Vancouver so I know the town fairly well. I will admit upfront that I don't love Sheraton hotels. They are too middle of the road for me. The room was quiet, the bed was great, and I got a good sleep. So if that is what you want from a hotel you will get it here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was small but very clean and well maintained. I certainly have no complaints and would stay there again. There was on occasion a lengthy wait for the elevators. It does not seem that there are enough to service the number of rooms. I didn't eat at the hotel except at the conference facilities but there are lots of options within a short walking distance. There is also lots of shopping close by.

We stayed here for a conference. The Hotel is located right on the business district of Vancouver. Close to great restaurants and shopping - walking distance. The views are incredible, floor to ceiling glass. Their fitness room is divided into 3 separate rooms, very small. Big pool and two hot tubs. Did not like the bar lounge or their restaurant. The staff in the bar lounge and restaurant were slow on service.
