Riviera Hotel features tour/ticket assistance, laundry facilities, and currency exchange. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Guest parking is available for a surcharge. Additional property amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Extended parking privileges may be offered to guests after check-out (surcharge). This is a smoke-free property. A total renovation of this property was completed in February 2013.

Guestrooms.
41 guestrooms at Riviera Hotel feature iPod docking stations and laptop-compatible safes. Balconies offer city, partial ocean, or mountain views. Beds come with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and premium bedding. In addition to separate living rooms, these individually furnished and decorated rooms include double sofa beds and desks. Kitchens include full-sized refrigerators/freezers, microwaves, separate dining areas, and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms feature separate bathtubs and showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Wireless Internet access is complimentary. In addition to complimentary newspapers and safes, guestrooms offer direct-dial phones with voice mail, as well as free local calls (restrictions may apply). LCD televisions are available in guestrooms. Rooms also include ceiling fans, windows that open, electronic check-out, and irons/ironing boards. Guests may request a turndown service, extra towels/bedding, and wake-up calls. Housekeeping is available daily.

Notifications and Fees:

• Up to 2 children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms may be available, subject to availability. Guests can request connecting/adjoining rooms by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Self parking fee: CAD 15.00 per night with in/out privileges (a different rate applies for extended parking)
