All and all it was great for this event, the only thing would be the elevators, having no stairs to use from floor 2 to 3, made it a little congested at the elevators at times, but it was expected! Some feared that they would stop working which I think one or two were acting up a bit. Very comfortable and the water kept coming which was great, Thanks!

We stayed here in December. The hotel is very nice, conveniently located to the waterfront and downtown Vancouver. We only booked one night, then had to move to another hotel. The difference in beds was like night and day. Although comfortable, they weren't very firm and the room wasn't as large. I think there is better out there for the money.

The hotel is reasonably priced considering its excellent location near the Vancouver waterfront, There is walking distance access to several first rate restaurants, great shopping and a variety of entertainment options. The venue has a nice bar and pretty fair eatery. A real plus at the Pinnacle is the first rate staff. They provide FIVE STAR service at every turn.

Staffs are very helpful & friendly. Room is clean, has comfortable beds, and superb view of harbourfront from our room. I could sleep really well. Good breakfast buffet and the valet parking is very convenient and prompt.

My husband and I stayed here over the weekend and had a great time. We live in Vancouver so it's not often we take advantage of hotels in the city, but I'm very glad that we did as the newly renovated hotel was very nice. The staff are very friendly, gave us an early check-in as well as a late check-out with no charge... The room was clean and spacious - we had a two room suite so we could host some friends and it was a bonus to have a second washroom for them to use. Would definitely recommend ... Read more

Suggest a higher up harbourview room. Were in room 1723 and did get some elevator noise but not to bothersome. Happy hour 3 - 6 . Parking was a breeze but if you get parking included don't lose your ticket like we did. Overall a good experience.

We were treating with a very welcoming front desk staff and that continued with everyone else who worked there. It definitely seemed as though all the staff were grateful that you had chosen to stay at their hotel.

We had a great stay here! Affordable pricing with top notch hotel service. They have a wonderful restaurant in the hotel with a great happy hour and even better service. Received some helpful tips from our bartender as well as from the door man who told us of a lovely local noodle house while also lending us an umbrella. Hotel is walking diatance from nearly everything you could want to do. Definitely recommend.

This hotel used to be the Renaissance Hotel before it was sold to the Pinnacle group of hotels. I can see why it was sold though . . . there are signs of wear and tear and it is barely making the 4-star mark. The fitness centre needs updating as you can see the hotel's age in the equipment they carry. The location is awesome though, and for the price of the stay - probably hard to beat. If you aren't used to staying at luxury hotels, it's hard to know what you're actually missing - but just cro... Read more
