They have patched and attached so much to the television that you have to reset several times to get it to switch from analog to digital. However, we were in Vancouver, so other than trying to get the weather forecast, who needs TV?

If you are going on a cruise this hotel is a easy walk to the ship, if it is not raining. If it is raining it's a $6 trip by taxi. Clean, quiet, easily accessible to bus system on Granville Rd to the island.

Pinnacle hotel is a well appointed mid range hotel in Vancouver. The staff were friendly, the rooms were great and the food in the restaurant was good. Check in and out at peak times was a bit slow, but otherwise my overall experience was good and I would recommend others to stay there.

I was in Vancouver last week for a cruise line industry convention and chose to stay at the Pinnacle. What a lovely hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the location was great - very close to the Convention Center and the cruise port.

We stayed at the Pinnacle Harborfront for 2 nights before our cruise. People say to get a room on one of the upper floors, but the front desk said that our room on the 4th floor had a great view. It did! We looked out and watched the seaplanes, cruise liners, etc. and enjoyed every minute of it. This hotel is walkable to the cruise liner docks if you are boarding a ship. We also took the metro from the airport, which is about a 20 minute ride, and walked with our luggage a couple blocks to ... Read more

I frequent this hotel often. The beds are comfortable and views are amazing. I don't like the fact that there is no basic cable to watch, you have to rent something in order to use the tv. That being said they do have connections for laptops etc to connect to the tv and they have free wifi so you can always stream your own movies. The staff are friendly and it is in a great location.

This Hotel was close to the Cruise ship port , that is why I picked it. My room had a City view and was really nice. I had breakfast in the restaurant and it was good. You are so close to everything Downtown Vancouver has to offer. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in great location. The car service offered by hotel is very good and very appreciated! One not so good comment is that the housekeeping service could be improved. Came back one day after leaving at 11 a.m and found room not made up. Returned around 4 p.m.

Top dollar for a poorly maintained, shabby hotel with minimal service and bad food. Neither the TV or phone worked in our room. Housekeeping was inferior. Lobby was not well maintained. Dying flowers in the main lobby set the tone for our stay.

Great view, excellent location, wonderful staff rooms very noisy, request rooms far from elevators. The noise continues 24-hours a day. Bonus gifts at check-in terrific. Be sure to request harbour view with rooms above the 11th floor to get a view.

A nice big Hotel in an excellent location but I was disappointed with my room. There was a big stain on the sofa and even when the air con was off there was a noise from a fan in the ceiling.? I asked to change rooms but there were non available with an accessible shower. I think the rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade. After complaing I was refunded for a breakfast I had taken in my room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the courtesy car was an excellent idea which I used twice.

After reading reviews regarding the lift noise I decided to pay the extra for a harbour front room presuming they would be in a good part of the hotel. No so we were kept awake all night by the swoosh of the lifts and after a 15 hour flight from Australia and knowing we were rising early for a trip to Vancouver Island we were looking forward to a good nights sleep. The next morning in the lift there were other people who had been kept awake also on our floor by the lifts. We were to exhaus... Read more

We had great service at the Pinnacle Harbourview. I especially like the fruit-water near the front desk. The location is fantastic for proximity to Canada Place, a view of the harbor, and nearby Stanley Park. I would stay here again. Great place to view Canada Day fireworks.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pinacle Hotel Vancouver Harbourfront. Very convenient for business and easy for leisure. The hop on hop off bus stops in front of the hotel and close to shopping and restaurants. I had an event at the Fairmont Rim only 2 minutes walk from them.

As soon as you walk in you would think you are walking into a 5* hotel. The lobby is lovely and the check in process was a breeze. I walk to the elevator and when I get in I may have walked into a time machine. The elevator, depending on your interpretation is either dated or charmingly old. I had a harbour view and the view is breath taking, mountains and water, perfect. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only problem is that the carpet and bathroom are a little dated. ... Read more

We arrived at the Pinnacle at 930am. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and said our room was ready! We were thrilled as our flight was so very early. Our room had a great view of the harbor and we were happy that the window opened for fresh air. In the evening we went down to the restaurant and they had a great happy hour menu and an amazing Kale salad. Again, the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only reason I didn't give it 5 was because it needs som... Read more

I have no complains, the staff was very kind, the hotel is very well located (there is a hop on hop off in front of the hotel, it is very near Robson street and we can go easily walking to Stanley Park). The room was very comfortable and silent. I have a wonderful time in Vancouver!

The location is great with amazing views if you take the harbor facing rooms. On a clear day you can see Grouse Mountain and the sea planes land and takeoff. Its proximity to Canada Place, Stanley Park and GasTown is a major plus. The hotel rates are average for Vancouver. A big plus is an extremely friendly staff. Vancouver itself such a friendly place, but the hotel staff goes above and beyond.

This hotel is situated in the best location of downtown Vancouver. It is located within steps from the beautiful harbor front, Granville street as well as Gastown. We had a harbor view which was stunning! Getting around was easy and quick due to the excellent location of the hotel and we barely spent any time in cabs. In regards to the room, it was very clean and the hotel lobby and staff were also very accommodating. The lobby always had a mini water station beside the bar which was also refres... Read more

We stayed here for a couple of days before setting off on a cruise to Alaska. It is very centrally located and it would easily be possible to walk to the cruise terminal at Canada Place, though we didn't because it was raining! This is a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here for three nights. Hotel and restaurant and bar superb. Room very comfortable with good facilities and wifi. Restaurant had good menu choice for evening meals and breakfast. Would recommend. Only downside there was a graduation ceremony in the evening and about 50-60 parents were very noisy in the bar having pre-dinner drinks. As the restaurant and bar was open plan it didn't make for a quiet enjoyable dining experience. We asked to be moved outside on the patio and this was done.... Read more

I stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront from June 29th to July 2nd with my family. The location was great. Only a block from the beautiful harbor, with all the sea planes and mountains. Near Stanley Park, Canada Place, Robson street and walk-able to most downtown shops. The staff was excellent, nice bonus the hotel offers free bicycle's, however better get them early since they go fast. Very courteous staffs hat go the extra mile. Payment terms is friendly. Close proximity to all you need in terms of eatery, shopping, sight seeing, currency exchange, metro etc. You get complimentary bicycle for movement at no cost. A little snag is the menu which can be made to be more continental.

Good room, great view of the harbor, friendly staff and good food. Opted for a club room floor thinking there was a "Club" to enjoy the view and a relaxing drink. Unfortunately, due to what I was told was "slow usage" the closed it. Instead they now give you a voucher for an appetizer and a bar drink at their ground floor restaurant. Disappointed

Hotel was comfortable with a lively ground floor bar and eating area which doubled for breakfast buffet in the morning. Excellent location especially prior to or after a cruise as it is close to the cruise terminal. Handy for getting to shopping and tourist areas including Canada Place and Gastown. Stayed only one night so did not use all the hotels facilities, but the situation of this hotel makes it a good option for visitors to Vancouver.

This was our first visit to Vancouver and we stayed 3 nights at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront, the location was excellent and within close walking distance to Stanley Park. The hotel has bikes that you can borrow which was great for biking in Stanley Park. We ate a few times in the restaurant at the hotel and found the food to be very reasonable priced as well as good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful in offering sites to visit during our stay.

We got the corner suite with a harbour view. It was so nice to be able to see the harbour from a high floor because when it's gloomy and rainy you can't see anything street level.Breakfast, snack, drinks and some types of wine are included when you're on the executive floor. This is close to alot of restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, nice and beds are comfortable. Great stay.
