I got a good deal on a room here, I wouldn't recommend paying full dollar. I personally think it's a little outdated and for the same price you could get something newer. That being said, the staff were very kind to us and we had an enjoyable stay. Best part: The pool was open all night and we got to go for a midnight swim

Really good stay. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Only had appy and dessert in the restaurant but it was really good. Bar drinks were overpriced and had very little, if any, alcohol. Stick to wine or beer or your own in the room.

I have stay at Pinnacle Hotel Vancouver Harbourfront numerous times. On one occasion, I had an issue, but it was quickly resolved and exceeded my expectations. I will be back here for sure! I've been here for pleasure, conventions, etc. Always a great place, and a great location!

The hotel is in a great location for waterfront properties. The staff was quick on check in and check out so it was nice to not have to wait for a long period of time. As well the room was clean and everything was working which was great. We would def stay again.

We came for a quick one night getaway right before Christmas. Location is great, close to wonderful restaurants and the Vancouver Christmas market. Our room was great, we got a water view and highly recommend it. Will be going back.

They have a good location for the convention center. The staff are friendly . Now if elevators freak you out don't stay here. I was on one that went up to the top floor doors didn't open then back down stopping at a few floors again doors not opening. Repeated about 3 times pulled the stop button called from the emergency phone told they would send someone when they could. After five minutes we finally freed ourselves by forcing open the doors which wasn't safe. Also you could tell the room was... Read more

I booked a room with harbour view and the view was amazing. The room was big and clean, while a bit old. Front desk was nice and warm, and very kindly answering all my questions. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Good for the money spent. Prime location. Clean room. Ice staff at time of check in and upgraded our room to nicer ocean view. Building itself is old and hallways dark with walls painted dark red. Reception is nice. One lamp was broken but not big deal.
