Although check-in wasn't until the afternoon, we arrived from our cruise ship mid morning. Staff at Reception were SO helpful and found us a King room on the 16th floor overlooking the harbor that we could immediately access. Thank you. When in Vancouver next we will stay again!

First let me state that it is my fault. I did not check my confirmation email and booked at a rate that wasn't advertised on the internet. Leaves a bad taste anyway. The motel could use updating the rooms. Furniture and carpet was ragged and worn. Fragrance permeates the halls in lieu of carpet cleaning.

Our room was beautiful! A little small, but nicely decorated and such a nice view of the water. Very convenient for walking to the aquarium and good restaurants! The breakfast though was overpriced for so so food. The staff was kind and helpful!

I spent almost a month researching hotels for a fun one night trip with my best friend and I kept thinking about the same one over and over, The Pinnacle. So that's what I chose! And I'm soooo glad I did. We arrived a few hours before the room was ready so the front desk took our bags for us and let us hang out in the pool, which was super fun! When the room was ready we went up and were blown away by the balcony views and all the amenities. I didn't have my dogs with me but noticed they are pet... Read more

We were there for a large conference, core to our Marine Business, so we had people staying both at this Hotel and the Pinnacle Marriott, which is over the road. The Marriott Pinnacle is managed by you know who and the Pinnacle Harbourfront has been taken over by Pinnacle themselves. The Harbourfront definitely has the advantage of the views. If you are a smart traveler you always get breakfast included, but of the two, frankly, go next door to the Marriott. We were in the lucky positiong of... Read more

I landed at this hotels there was a shortage of available rooms in Vancouver. This hotel is overprices for what it offers. The room was small however kept very clean. Overall, the hotel is a bit dated. However, the pleasant and efficient staff more than made up for the lack of refinement. The pool has a lot of chlorine in it. I could smell it on my skin even after I took 2 showers! I didn't use the fitness equipment, as the hotel is very close to the seawall, and you can walk or run for miles!

We have always had our family reunion a in someone'special home town, but that is exhausting so we decided everyone should be an out-of-town guest. The Pinnacle not only set up a special dinner for all 30 of us one night, but was so gracious about allowing us to move their tables and chairs every morning as one by one we hit the dining room and ate -or not- and planned our day. The location of the hotel was perfect for someone wanting to spend a couple days exploring Vancouver. It's close to the subway system as well as the water-bus to get to North Vancouver. It's right by the waterfront so you can enjoy breathtaking scenic views. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, I stuffed myself on the waffles and maple syrup for sure. This hotel was mediocre in every way except the price. Buyer beware: I found five separate line items in my bill which ran the total up substantially. I am accustomed to tipping for prompt room service, but be aware that the hotel automatically adds both a "service charge" and a gratuity. All things considered, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

I had a gift of a complementary room for one night (won at a Christmas party), and finally decided to use it. I am so glad I did. The location was great, couldn't be beat. We checked in with two large dogs, not a problem. The pet fee was a little steep, $30 per dog, and they didn't have any pet treats or food dishes for them, as any other hotel that I stayed at, did. But aside from that, the stay and the service was great!

We booked a "one bedroom suite" as per description on their website. In reality, the room was an overpriced "deluxe king" at most, it's just a bigger room with a sitting area. There is no "separate bedroom". There is no kitchenette as there should be in a suite, it had a refrigerator and a coffee-maker. That's it. This room also didn't have a nice view, unless you find joy in looking over rooftops and office buildings. We had a corner room with a sneak-peak of the harbor between the buildings on... Read more

This is a very nice hotel on the street and by the harbor. The reception area is 1 floor higher than the ground floor with great view of the harbor and the city skyline. We did not arrive until 1 am and there was no food or drink available after traveling for 12 hours. We also had to pay extra for the second night, and that was not explained to us before hand. We wanted to have a glass of wine and dinner; however, there was nothing available. We would not have spent that much money to just sleep if we had known this. I would like to request a partial refund of our first night.

Wonderful hotel, my husband and I had a last minute deal and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The Pinnacle is located a two blocks away from Harbour Green Park. This park has access to a pedestrian trail that we followed as far out as the Vancouver Convention Center, along which are plenty of restaurants, bike rentals and seaplanes. The hotel itself has underground parking, for a fee. There is a concierge who can organize limo or car services for you if you did not drive on-site... Read more

We had a great stay at the Pinnacle Harbourfront Vancouver, location is excellent and within walking distance to everything. 10 Min walk to Canada Place, local groceries, food, etc, not even 5 Min Walk, Harbour is within 15 min walk and shops 10-12 min walk. Walk, walk, walk everywhere. Hop on Hop off bus across the road. Gym and Pool open 24 hours, which was fantastic, beds were extremely comfortable although only doubles but great sleep. Room had everything you need and great shower.

The wedding was booked on the 4th floor terrace just outside the gym. beautiful patio, too bad there was a tacky sun lounger out there while the ceremony was taking place! Other than that we went up to the splnning restaurant area for the wedding reception. love these restaurants. its now just catered for events. we had a great time and the staff was fantastic.

We stayed @ the Pinnacle during a conference and found the location perfect with 'back' entrance leading straight to the West Convention Center building. Our room was spacious and although we were on the city 'side' we had a glimpse of the harbor from our 7th floor balcony. We had a great rate for a downtown hotel. If you stay here, be sure to take in a P2B breakfast.

When planning our Vancouver visit, i wanted a hotel that had a great view of the harbor and also had a indoor pool. I looked for rooms at the Fairmont Pacific Rim and the Fairmont Waterfront but those were atrociously priced at about $500 to $600 a night. At around $300 a night, this was an excellent alternative to the Fairmonts without having to give up on the location or the services.
