I was on the seventh floor of this hotel. A vent into the room rumbled loudly all night long on the first night of my stay. I was late check in and tired so I went to bed quickly. I'd hoped the fan was perhaps something that was on as a result of the bathroom light. That it would shut off after a short time. It was also cold so I turned the heat up a few degrees and went to bed. The fan rumbled through the room all night long and the heat never went up. The following morning, after a nasty r... Read more

we just came back from Vancouver and we had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms are nice, modern and clean, beds are also good. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. In walking distance to the shops, restaurants and to the waterfront.

A really bad experience the hotel is not even a 2 star hotel .. rooms are nos clean enough , bathrooms are so SMALL .. but the worst part where the 2 rats in the room running from one side to other. Besides the elevator not working and not not frie day staff.. A really BAD choice for Vancouver .. there is a Sheraton just across the street ..

A room with two queen beds were booked. Rooms were very nice and clean. The room had a small balcony and a/c & heater. Our toilet had a small leak and kept running water. Closing the door during the night fixed that issue. It was also weird that the sink for the washroom was separate from the toilet and tub. Our room was in a weird location. To access our room we had to go up to the 2nd floor, follow the hall ways and take an elevator down to get to our floor. So there was a lot of up's and ... Read more

As the title says, it's average. I stayed with my father for one night just as a place to stat for the night. The beds were comfy and nice, the toilets were clean and well presented. The service at the hotel was good and they were very helpful. They also had an adapter in the room. The hotel was basic and what was expected but it is defiantly a good hotel to have a nice bed and stay one or two nights.

I love the feel of this place!! The elevators are really small though! The rooms are clean and updated. The pool was okay.... no hot tub. We stay here so that we can go to the hockey games. It is a good walking distance to the arena but it is a decent price for downtown Vancouver. The parking is $25 a stay but is secured. The fellow behind the desk went out his way to help us with parking...way cool!! Always feel comfortable and safe. There was a noise issue at 4 am .....there was a par... Read more

Booked this hotel through airmiles as it was one of the choices that did not eat up a large amount of points. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The hotel is older but they have worked hard to keep the rooms up to date and aesthetically pleasing. All staff members were very friendly. We found everything to be clean and were overall happy with our stay. A few of the downfalls were the elevator. It may be worth the hotel to take out the two tiny elevators and expand to just one la... Read more

1 night stay, double chargement from the man named MASA in the front desk! Force me to make another other and refused to cancel my primary order! Marked my primary order as no show! Even I still stay in this hotel now! I stayed in one room but should pay double! By the way, MASA is a really rude man who serve in front desk.

This is a return to this motel. As I have commented previously, the location is just fantastic. It is close to bus routes and close to restaurants and only a few blocks away from the shopping centers. The staff are very polite and very knowledgeable of the attractions to go and see and nothing is too hard for them to do. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view was north direction. The sunrises were just amazing. The room was very well appointed with tea and coffee facilities, fridge, iron and iron... Read more

We stayed in Vancouver for 5 days. Overall I have no complaints about this hotel. We got a great price per room on Hotwire. King room with large couch. Very comfortable. My only complaints are the same as pretty much every hotel: horrible pillows, weird room lighting, not the best shower. Bonus: the pool is open 24 hours. It's also heated to 85 degrees which is nice. Great location walking distance to a lot of Vancouver sites.
