This location is really great! Walkable to everywhere and close to all the Yaletown shops and restaurants. Lots to do and see in the neighborhood. Rooms were very nice, staff was superior and breakfast was pretty good. You get a little bit of most of Vancouver from here. We really enjoyed our stay here. Again, the superior staff sets this Hampton Inn apart.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions by ourselves and with others, and have found it to be a hidden gem. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, and you can't beat the location. Close to all amenities, tons of good restaurants, sports venues, Robson Street, and a cute little ferry ride to Granville Island. We generally ask for a view of BC Place - 7 th Floor or so and its cool to watch the street goings on in the evening and the... Read more

I found this hotel to be very conveniently located for what we wanted to do in Vancouver. The staff members were very helpful and informative. Our room was very nice and clean. It's a smaller hotel, so was convenient for getting in and out. Don't expect room service or restaurants on-site; however, everything you may need is within blocks of the hotel. The central shopping districts are a little walk away, but easily doable.

Stayed in King suite 8th floor. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast is served on 3rd floor. Coffee was fresh and ready at 6 a.m. As well as their regular items. Staff was very helpful with directions and print outs. There is a full size refrigerator. We did the 630 a.m. morning runs with the Hotel Blu. Great way to see more of Vancouver early and meet others who enjoy early exercise.

The Vancouver Hampton Inn is exactly the service and convience I expect and get from all Hamptons. It was $31 dollars from airport by taxi. The staff was great, they were friendly and organized with arranging the shuttle to cruise ship pier. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a free breakfast to start the day.

We stayed 2 nights in this Hilton property prior to an Alaska cruise (May 25-27, 2016). The location was great for exploring the town on foot. A variety of restaurants were in walking distance. Keep in mind that this is a large city and the property is located in a busy section of the city which also means the views are of the busy city not overlooking water or the beach. We were thrilled to find out they were running a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port. We picked the time we wanted to sh... Read more

Stayed there three nights before our cruise. Room was ready upon arrival. Located on 12 floor corner room with jetted tub and corner rooms with fantastic view of the city. Easy walking distance to restaurants, IGA grocery, and a McDonalds close by. Excellent breakfast and nice decor throughout. Would stay there again if in Vancouver. Their shuttle will take you to most places for FREE including the cruise port when we left. This is a gem of a place.

This was a good hotel choice for two nights and one full day in Vancouver before a cruise. It's very convenient to Gastown, Robson Street shops, and restaurants. This is your typical Hampton Inn with a great location in Vancouver. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful, top notch service, clean and recently remodeled. The only complaint is with all Hamptons I have stayed in, towel quality stinks. How can you charge $250+ a night and give guests incredibly thin cruddy towels. Like I said same type towel quality in all the Hamptons I have stayed in.

My family (w/2 young kids) stayed in a 1-bed suite. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is getting dated. The A/C in our bedroom did not work and was not fixed during the stay. The hotel should have more elevators, be ready to wait 5 minutes during the morning rush. Location was good, a 5-10 min walk to several interesting areas. Excellent location, with many restaurants & pubs within walking distance. Check-in was painless. Room was nice & very clean. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Parking is provided, at an extra cost, of course, as in any big city. The bar was very nice (I didn't try the food). I'd stay here again.

Excellent! My choice of hotel in Vancouver, always! The staff are friendly and so helpful. The lobby is a fantastic waiting spot - they have coffee, tea and lemon water available. Breakfast to go is extremely helpful when one is in a rush. I have yet to try the fitness room, but perhaps next time, I hear it's fabulous!

Because I travel 40-50 nights per year, and Hilton properties are my preferred hotels, I didn't think twice when the Hilton app suggested this location. I found it old, worn and in desperate need of updating renovations. It further suffered in comparison to the Hilron in Toronto were I stayed only three nights before - at a lower per night rate!

This was our first hotel stay in Canada as part of the Rocky Mountaineer tour. We stayed an extra night pre tour so that we could take a look around Vancouver. We got a taxi from the airport which was efficient and cheap enough. Check in was efficient and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevator and as I am a poor sleeper asked if this could be changed. We were then given a lovely junior suite which was ideal.
