I was at the Westin Toronto for 2 nights during the week (Tues~Thurs) on business. I was originally given a room on the 17th floor. This particular room however did not get any WIFI reception. When I called to have my room moved, I was told the only room I could move to was on the 3rd floor. I was there on business, therefore, working, and needed internet access so I had to make the move; needless to say the room I found on the 3rd floor was similar to what I would find at a Hampton Inn and no ... When I have meetings in West Toronto, The Westin Prince is my hotel of Choice. From the staff to the rooms to the services offered: consistently top shelf! Constructive criticism: the exercise room needs to be larger with more equipment. Exercise is an important part of societies daily regimen. I did improvise and walked the halls for 30 minutes. Don't hesitate: book today!

Typical Westin Quality but was sort of in the middle of nowhere. Rooms spacious and clean. Stayed here because I had to go to function nearby and was handy to freeway into town. Had some shops/restaurants across road if you did not want to spend the high prices on hotel meals so a couple of options to choose from. Attached Japaneses restaurant was excellent!!!

Family of 3 stayed for 4 days. We picked the Westin at this location because it was a middle point on all our destinations in Toronto. Close to highways. Service was excellent, our room was spacious and clean. Lobby spacious and beautiful. Internet corner for those who wanted to use a computer, and free Wi-Fii for everyone. Pools clean, our daughter loved it. Breakfast variety was good, only meal we ate at the hotel, we were gone most of the day. If you wanted a good meal the best place to go is... Read more

Don't expect the westin is the same as the harbor front one, other than that, it is a quite decent 4 start hotel with everything you need. One down side I will say is the parking is $12 per night, which is not very common for a hotel located in suburb. The service is great, the room is clean with extra space, the location is good and it is quiet too. Will return and recommend to others.

The hotel personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean and so comfortable. Our early arrival and check-in was "no problem" which allowed us to get a good start on our day. The room was quiet. The hotel lobby bar had a nice assortment of tasty luncheon items. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend the Westin Prince Hotel.

A reservation made for me, and under my name was not found in the computer. It had also just happened to another guest just before me. I got a room however, and it was a nice king room. The hotel is a comfortable space for stays and meetings. Elevators were slow in the morning. Recommended.

We were going to a BlueJay game and Carrie Underwood concert and picked this hotel rather than expensive downtown hotels and we made the right choice. The staff are extremely welcoming and efficient and our room on the 16th floor was well appointed and very clean. We drove to the Subway a few blocks away and parked for $5:00 and we downtown very quickly. Great choice of restaurants in the area. I don't know why I didn't research more. We stayed here for one night, and I'm glad it was just one night. The hotel is pretty far from Toronto City (20 min drive) and in the middle of nowhere. Nothing wrong with the hotel, it's your typical Westin, super clean, nice rooms, great sleep, friendly service. It's just the location, you can't go anywhere without a car, there's a strip mall across the street where you can get 5 Guys, starbucks, etc. First of all, I called the day of (we booked our... We stayed here on the night of our wedding before flying out on our honeymoon. I checked in before our wedding and I intended on just checking in and dropping our luggage off quickly. The bell person approached me as soon as I got out of the car and offered to take my luggage right to the room. The check in desk personnel were equally friendly and helpful and quickly checked me in. The room was beautiful and clean. The location is convenient and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had our wedding at Prince Hotel four years ago. It was excellent. We had fantastic appetizers, dinner and drinks. We love the clean lines of the hotel and its ambience. We go there every year to celebrate our anniversary. But I must say, we were very disappointed on Saturday when we went there. The menu is very limited and did not change in five years. I recently attended a business dinner here in one of the meeting rooms. I had never been to this location before, and at first glance, the outside of the building is quite dated. Yes this is an older building, and yes there were replacing the carpets on our floor, but it doesn't take away from a great staff, great bar and restaurant. It's a given to come back the next time we are in Toronto, close to downtown without being to close, and the pool area gives you the feeling of being in the woods. Doorman seemed like he didn't know what to do with himself, and didn't greet us (not that it's a big deal) but the people at the front desk were courteous and efficient, checked us in in minutes. I always choose Westin Prince when I stay in Toronto. Situated on a beautiful park, it is quiet and a perfect place to come "home" to after busy days of meetings. Great rates for the Westin experience. Good size room and a fantastic bed. The restaurant has a wonderful menu of really healthy delicious food and lots of variety. The soups and artisan salads are amazing. The service is what really makes it work for me. Everyone makes you feel welcome and well attended. Highly recommend

Second, the room. With a name like Westin, you would figure things would be better kept. Alarm, radio, didn't work. At just over 6' tall, the shower was very cramped. We were there on June 30th and July 1st and were pleasantly surprised. We bid on Priceline and paid only US $70! The average price is Can. $ 179! It felt like we were in the middle of a rainforest and didn't feel like in the middle of the concrete city of Toronto. We come from a small city in Ontario and love Toronto and everything it has to offer but at the end of the day, we love to crash in and relax in a comfortable hotel. We returned a year after our previous visit to find a much improved hotel. Our room was clean, updated and everything worked. Service at check-in, front door and the room was excellent. Stayed just one night for business. The front desk staff was very very friendly. The room was large. But it wasn't as clean as it could be. The remote even felt sticky. The tv wasn't plugged in - which I figured out after trying for a while with the remote. Had to dig around in some wires behind the set and behind the cabinet. Then after showering in the morning realized there was no hair dryer in the room. They sent one up relatively quickly but still. Ordered dinner from room service and it... Read more

This hotel is handy if you need access to the 401 or Don Valley Parkway. It is one of the very few hotels in the area. I made the four night reservation for two adjoining rooms a month prior to our stay. The best they could do upon check in was two second floor rooms with 20 rooms between them. The beds are comfortable as are the pillows. The rooms were otherwise dated. Our king bed room had one chair for reading that was old and uncomfortable. The bathrooms have been updated. The hotel has a ni... Read more

A nice hotel and a helping staff. Close to big malls. Transportation to downtown is easy. Neighborhood is great. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The concierge is very helpful. Really the hotel and location are a plus over many locations. They have a quite lobby that is serving good cocktails. Green area around the hotel is also soothing. The food outlets around are not to miss

I have always had a good stay at this hotel. This time, I bumped into the always-happy Matthew who works in the lobby. He moved from another Westin property, where I previously met him, to this one. What a pleasent surprise! Another point for this location!

The worst thing is returning to your room after a busy night out and you're tired and all you want to do is fall into bed and ... your key does not work because your fabulous Roots phone case has demagnetized it. And your extra key also does not work even though it was nowhere near said Roots case. So you haul your tired bum back down to the lobby and stand in a huge line (at 10pm) because the front desk is understaffed. And you wait and you wait and finally 20 minutes later you get a new key. ... Read more

I visited the hotel in April and despite such a strong brand and cost of room it did little to match expectations. On booking the hotel informed they were full despite the fact I was able to book my room on booking.com: no explanation from the hotel about this. During the stay wifi was intermittent and I spent 25 mins waiting for support before finally hanging up. Workmen had evidently been in the room during my stay and left screws and filter for a vent open - clearly no need to finish a job st... Read more

We attended two weddings at this location, each was a different experience. The first wedding we stayed overnight, the room was clean and the service was great! The second time we attended a wedding, the hall was very warm. It seemed they had turned the a/c low, and the guests were sweating, including the groom himself! The starter soups were tasty, but the main courses were not exceptional. I would recommend this hotel for its central and convenient location, as it is easily accessible for gues... Read more

The Westin Prince is conveniently located. Downtown is a half hour drive. The northern suburbs are likewise close, Our family party north of Markham made this hotel an ideal spot. Once known as the Inn on the Park, the hotel has a pleasant outdoor pool, tennis court, and park for walking. I hear the main restaurant is highly regarded, although we did not eat there. The view from our 21st floor room was fantastic.
