Everything about this hotel is great, apart from a rather dark bedroom (only one bedside lamp and a tiny desk lamp)... but that's being picky. Small but very comfortable and just off of Yonge Street. We'll definitely stay again.

I had stayed here before years ago, and remembered there was a lot to like. The location is ideal, the rooms are large, and the service was extremely friendly. The location is still great, and the rooms are still big. But that's about all that is still going for it. The rooms were run down then as well, but no effort has been made to improve them. The service has also deteriorated to apathetic levels. Through a booking mishap, we ended up with a normal one bedroom suite one night, and a premiu... Read more

Good service, nice rooms, friendly people! Just wished for more parking options as my party was coming from out of town. The living space of the room (kitchen and tv area) was fairly cold most of the time.

The Executove Hotel Cosmopolitan gives one the feeling of Condo Living. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The suite was clean, modern, chic and bright. Lots of sunshine streamed into the suite through floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom also had large windows, a queen size bed and a flat screen tv. Crisp, white bed linens dressed the bed. The shower was large with a rain shower head as well as a hand held shower attachment. The hotel staff were very p... Read more

If you're looking for a simple (lumpy uncomfortable bed) place to stay with nothing fancy, this is a place to stay. Not worth the pricetag for the stay. Shower had no water pressure at all, was crazy trying to wash out hair. Kitchen was very under-stocked with dishes, pans, cutlery, etc. Had to keep asking housekeeping for items such as kettle, cutlery, plates, etc. The mini-fridge is really mini and filled with drinks and alcoholic beverages so plan on having little space for other extras.... My wife and I stayed here in August for two nights as a mini get away for our aniversary. The hotel itself is located. Just off of Young St within walking distance to many attractions such as St Lawrence market the waterfront and world class sporting venues and the CN tower. Young St also has its own mix of shops ,malls and great restaurants. The room itself really had obstructed views of the city as building that are taller are adjacent. The room was clean and quiet with mild signs of wear and... Read more

I was here a month ago and it was ok. The room was clean and the people at reception were nice and helpful. This time I'm pretty turned off. Those people weren't there anymore. This was a business trip and I brought my husband. It started with my late checkin. I contacted the hotel ahead of time, like I did a month before, and let them know that I was taking a late flight checking in after midnight. The reception was surprised that I was coming so late and asked if I was delayed. I had explaine... Read more

I stayed in a Tranquility Suite1 Bdr-Premium which was quite nice. The kitchen didn't have a ton of stuff in it, but I could call down to get more things to do cooking. The bed was comfortable enough, but not what I would consider super comfortable. The low points of my stay involved the sloppy housekeeping (rooms and corridors) and the annoyingly loud people down the hall who had a party going until the all hours. The staff were good, the hotel is very close to King TTC station, and the affilia... Read more
