Close to downtown, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Room amenities included kitchenette, comfortable bed with fresh white linens, wifi at no extra charge, walk-in shower rather than tub. I would choose this hotel again.

I was bringing my daughter to Toronto to attend a show at the Sony Centre. I wanted to pick a hotel close by so that we could walk and not have to worry about parking at the venue. I had booked the hotel well in advance for the two of us and it was the only one that I could find that did not have a cancellation fee. My youngest daughter decided to come with us at the last minute so when we got to the hotel, we discovered that our room had only one bed. We called down to the desk and they adv... Read more

Good hotel located relatively centrally in downtown and very close to a subway stop. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but the excellent Wildfire restaurant is located on the ground floor for dinner and lunch. My deluxe room was clean, and complete with cutlery and crockery for two, plus an adequate kitchenette if you want to self-cater. (A block or 2 away from a Metro supermarket.) The room also offers a washer and dryer in the room. Unfortunately, the room was in need of some love, with... Read more

Hotel is 27 stories with 5 suites per floor. It is just off Yonge Street, 1 block south of King Street. Easy access to the King Street subway station and street car. We had a room facing south, over the street. Street noise was not an issue, although there was a constant humming coming from somewhere. The rooms are modern. This means clean lines, low furniture, functual. If you have hip/knee problems, you may have issues getting down into and out of the bed and couch. We loved having the ... Read more

While the hotel in right downtown in the heart of everything, they do not have good signage to show the hotel from the street. They are on a side street, with no obvious parking close by. They do have valet but you have to find someplace to put your vehicle and then go in and tell them you need valet service at $40 a pop. Front desk is very small, but the service is lovely and they go out of their way to make up for any our case the parking issue! We had a great room and alt... Read more

Was OK, neighbours had the same empty dirty plates, etc outside their room for our entire stay. The bed sheets had some suspicious stains, other than that, was good. Spa was nice, but nothing special. Would i stay there again, maybe only cause the balcony, the hubby smokes... but not otherwise.

We couldn't enjoy our stay more. The location is very convenient, apartments spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly nice, Jonathan helped to organise a suprise for our mom which was amazing and she absolutely loved it!

My husband and I took a couple of days off to have a week-end in Toronto. This hotel is incredible! Very well located (approx. 10-15 mins walk from CN Tower). The check-in was very fast and at the check-out, the personnel agreed to keep my bag until my flight at 6:00 pm. The room was big and verry convinient. We had a washing maching and a dryer in our room. So it was really nice and practical. The personnel is very sweet

Hotel itself is great. Convenient location, clean rooms (more like a studio apartment - you get a little kitchen with laundry facilities, which was really helpful), and on the whole, friendly and welcoming staff. I guess our stay here was let down by one member of staff on reception. Upon checking in, there were two members of staff at the desk. One man proceeded to check us in, whilst the other was watching something on his laptop and laughing to himself. Seemed a bit odd whilst guests were st... Read more

A great find 5 minutes' walk from Union Station: the amenities of a suite, a small kitchenette, efficiently, organized into a small space. There is no living room, but that isn't a big problem if you don't plan to entertain.

I'm always surprised by how unreliable this property is. I stay quite often since it's an approved business hotel for company I work for and I travel often to Toronto. Though the location is great, and the rooms well appointed for the most part, service is generally unreliable. They added a loyalty program a few months back when new management took over. Since, they have no clue who returning clients are. When checking in again after several recent stays, you are a total stranger to them. ... Read more

I checked in late at about midnight and checked out early. Counter staff both at night and in the morning were professional and efficient. Room itself was clean and quite spacious. Great bath products. Fridge, and stove in the room. Small balcony. Many different channels on tv. I was on 7th floor and did find the street noise a little loud.

My husband and I recently stayed here with 2 other couples and could not say enough about this executive suite hotel. The rooms are we'll appointed, spacious and modern. Each room was complete with a kitchenette and all the comforts of home. The staff was extraordinary...Very professional, friendly and went out of their way to help. Family of 4 stayed here for a weekend. Hotel is in a great location close to arenas and hockey hall of fame. Front desk staff (Fernando) was excellent. Even got us in a room upon early arrival. Although there was room service at the room next to us left there for over a day the room was clean and newly decorated. My big issue with the room (and reason for a 3 rating) the room was supposed to be for 4 people. The pull out couch was no bigger than a single. There was no way my 16 and 13 year o... Read more

My parents, who are in their mid-seventies, were in Toronto last week to attend some Blue Jay games. Their travel agent recommended the Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan and I'm so glad she did! My parents flew in late from BC and checked in after 11pm, but the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I'd like to personally thank Carlito, who went above and beyond his job, assisting me many times over the phone as I tried to get ahold of my parents to make sure they had arrived safe back at th... This is first time I have stayed at such a place and I must say it was a nice visit. Fairly priced compared to the typical hotel chains. Apartment was big with nice size living room and kitchen, large bedroom and bath. Included washer and dryer, full cooking facilities. Would be great if you had small family or if visiting for longer business trip. Good location but no breakfast serving, other than bagel sent up to room. Very pleasant stay BUT if you order cab to go to airport, do not let the... Read more

I stayed in the hotel this past September during the World Cup of Hockey. My friend and I booked this hotel through Priceline, and were expecting 2 queen or double beds. Unfortunately, the hotel only has 1 bed in any of their rooms, and would not provide a cot. Hotel only has queen beds to offer their guests. The beds are also very unconformable - like sleeping on a futon. We are two large men, and 1 queen bed would not be a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Thus, we paid an extra $60 to ... Read more

We stayed here as a couple in Sept 2015, easy to find from the railway station. Surprised that there was a washing machine in the kitchen, (which was welcome) and a coffee machine. We wer'nt interested in getting breakfast any way its so central there is plenty of choice outside. Very nice, well furnished , comfy bed, good price.

our company is going to deal with this hotel in the future. The service vent all the way down to non-cooperative. Every time during this year I'm having small issues while checking in and usually with a lot of frustration I'm able to manage this not this time. So we are not going to deal with this hotel anymore. Especially there are plenty around. Thank you.

Friendly service steps away from the Financial District. The suite was well appointed and had all the comforts of home including in-room laundry. The common area was very spacious with a nice kitchenette that had a microwave, small range cooker, dishwasher, and double compact refrigerators. Bathroom was tidy with a spacious glass shower. The bedroom was cozy with a soft bedding and duvet. The suite was so nice that I was sad that I was only staying one night. The only downside was the constructi... Read more

This was the only place I could find to stay in downtown Toronto. Modern veneer over dated infrastructure. Tiny room, not as clean as I expect (sink didn't drain, kitchenette floor had a sticky spot). This is not a normal hotel so service staff, while helpful and polite, seem overwhelmed.

This apartment hotel is ideally located, you can walk easily to the Harbourfront, Shopping and Theatre District and even the Distillery district. There is a well stocked supermarket close by, along with St Lawrence Market. The concierge was very helpful in checking in. Condo-like suites and the central location make for great value in downtown TO. I came here as it was less expensive for this particular trip than Holiday Inn, where I usually stay, and I wanted to try a suite-style hotel. The rooms are a great setup for work travel, with a small kitchen (incl. dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave etc.), separate sleeping area and a large desk. I had the opportunity to use both the spa (SpaZen) and restaurant (Wildfire) and enjoyed both. The spa was a surprisingly... Read more
