Walked in at about 11 am on a Sunday for brunch, and there was plenty of seating. The waiter brought us our coffee right away and then quietly told as that if we ordered quickly he could put us in front of the party of 10 also eating brunch so we wouldn't have to wait (major points for this!) we got our food quickly and it was absolutely delicious. The apple waffles were divine. How to keep it cheap : the food was inexpensive and good. It's the mimosas and specialty drinks that carry the high ... Read more

It is very well located in downtown Toronto, close to some nice coffee shops and restaurants and to the shopping district. However, it is recommended only if you DO not intent to spent time in the hotel. Rooms are extremely small (compared only to Japanese ones), although nice and cosy. There is no lobby or other rest area to speak of. Do ask a room at the lower possible floor since there is no elevator!!!!

The Beverley Hotel is a modern, boutique hotel located close to theatres, restaurants and bars in downtown Toronto! The rooms are extremely small limiting your ability to use the room other than for sleeping or showering! The sink in our room was directly across from the bed. The double bed was almost as wide as the room. The television hung from the ceiling over the bed. There was a window in our room which looked out to a metal staircase. The elevator was not operating which made it challengin... Read more

Slept well in the comfortable bed. Quiet and comfy. loved the spa robe. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee but they need a new coffeemaker. The little restaurant serves delicious, innovative fare.

My fiancé and I just stayed here for a second time this past weekend. Long story short we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Toronto. Its a total genuine experience in every aspect. When we arrived in our room they already had jazz playing softly on the speakers-awesome. The front desk staff along with the restaurant staff is very kind, helpful and professional. The hotel has an upscale but also casual feel. The location is central to all of the cool areas of the city and easy to get there ... Read more

I just love staying at this place, the rooms may be small, but everything is conveniently setup and clean. The roof top patio is wonderful in the summer and the breakfast at the downstairs restaurant is a great way to start the day.

This hotel is tiny however perfectly formed. Rooms are minuscule however they are done out to a top spec and tbh you only need somewhere clean and comfy to shower and sleep. Deffo recommend and it's right in the heart of the city. Convenience store opposite and surrounded by coffee shops eateries and retail outlets.

I arrived at the hotel, which is very conveniently located just West of University Avenue on Queen Street West. I got to the front desk and checked in. They provided me with a water bottle and my key with the wifi code immediately. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was descent. Small with a window that does not let light into the unit. The room was very clean. Overall the price for this room I found to be expensive. It cost $210 for the room plus an additional $100 incidental d... Read more

The hotel is located in the entertainment district, loaded with pubs, restaraunts and clubs. The room was very small. The hotel is 6 stories tall and the elevator has been out of order (per the staff) for 4 months! We had to walk up/down 5 flights of stairs every time we left the room. The staff was not particularly helpful. The TV is mounted on the ceiling and we were having trouble getting it to move into a position we could view the screen. Calls to the front desk went to voicemail and were n... Read more

The location is great, close to many restaurants, bars, shops, and public transportation options. The room was clean and modern. As other reviewers have said, it was very small - perfect for just me, but you'd have to REALLY like being close to someone to share that room. You can also see into the bathroom from the room even when the door is shut. Again, fine for just me, but if I were sharing I would be uncomfortable with the lack of privacy. Free bottled water and coffee was very convenient. I... Read more
