Stayed one night on a quick turnaround of flights and was disappointed in many things. Room was 59 degrees when I arrived and took half an hour to warm the place up. It was freezing outside but i would have expected the room to be set at a warmer temp. The linens were really rough and the bed cover was so dated with a very grand mother like floral pattern. Tried to change my shuttle time to airport and was told the 11 seater bus was full so I just took a taxi instead. Would have expected more fr... Read more

We stayed at this hotel during a stopover from Vancouver, BC to Bogota, Columbia. We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Front desk staff were efficient and the hotel was clean. The rooms were standard sized, but well equipped. You could see that renovations had been done to modernize the property. We had dinner in the attached restaurant. Not fancy, but the pizza was good. Next morning the shuttle dropped us back at the airport.

Stayed one night at Four Points Sheraton so that we can catch an early flight out of Toronto. The room was clean and staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers shuttle service to the airport. You can leave your car at the hotel for a reasonable daily cost.

We had trouble opening the front door to start but once we entered our hotel room we immediately noticed how small the room was. Even though it had a king sized bed as we had requested, the pillows were very soft. We've been so spoiled by the size of the rooms on our Caribbean vacations, it was like a phone booth by comparison! The room was clean but had a very small bathroom so we had to coordinate our showering and makeup application. Of course once the shower is being used you couldn't see ... Read more

Hotel was good, no real issues, the hotel is getting a bit tired. The rooms are ok, starting to show its age, but it was cleaned and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was average, not as good as other SPG hotels.

My wife and I stayed at the Four Points/Sheraton for one night while we were in the area. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, unfortunately I forgot his name. The lobby of the hotel was very nice and was very welcoming. The room was pretty outdated, but we weren't staying there for the room. The bed was comfortable, but we were unlucky enough to stay on the night that the power went out about 8-10 times for a few minutes each time from roughly 1:00am - 6:00am. Every time the power... This is my preferred hotel when overnighting at YYZ airport. The staff are always very helpful and proactive. Arnoldo at the front desk is one of the best! Thank you for always being so kind and efficient!!

This hotel is very close to the airport - less than 5 minutes via shuttle. Staff was accommodating and the on site restaurant was decent. Book your shuttle time when you check in especially if you have an early morning flight. Also, I wish I had read the tips and requested a room away from the elevators. They are noisy and go all night long. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Great sheets and bed.

Was excited to stay at Sheraton, they usually have great reputation. Had to call to find out about shuttle service and then got lost finding the pick up location as the airport is large and confusing without proper signage to say you need to go one floor below ground level in a specific set of elevator. Shuttle is a Sprinter van so limited space for passengers and luggage, comes around every 30 minutes at 10 or 20 past the hour. Check-in went well, no one to help with luggage so use the cart t...
