First of all, Radisson Hotels has been always my go-to hotels when I'm traveling for business or leisure. Iâ??ve got a custom to the high level of quality and service they provide at any location. However, this location was unique. It started with a additional parking fee $14/night that I wasnâ??t aware of when I booked the room! And as expected, the hotel mgmt. team were able to wave half of the charges for me . Thank you. Then I got to my room, which was located at corner of build on 10th floo... Read more

I had one night to stay in Toronto between two long haul flights, I chose the Radisson because of international reputation. I was a bit scared when I saw the state of the entrance - the front lobby is closed for renovations, and the make-shift reception is, well, make-shift. The corridor I stayed on was cluttered with boxes of new TV screens. So my apprehension grew - I was afraid I had landed in the middle of a building site and I was afraid I would not sleep. But the room was FANTASTIC, separa... Read more

We only had the pleasure of staying here the 1 night before our flight home. I have stayed at a few hotels in The Pearson area and this one I would recommend easily. Yes they are under renovation in the lobby but the rooms certainly made up for that. There are restaurants within walking distance and one on sight. We chose to eat outside as I wanted to be able to walk around. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location (close to the airport, many restaurants just outside the front door, easy to find a parking spot, close to main highways, renovations are great and good value for the price for a hotel in Toronto. Very clean and staff are friendly. I have stayed there many times over the past 10 years.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Radisson. The room was spacious with amenities :fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board & iron(much appreciated) and hairdryer. I stayed in a king suite and the bed was perfect, firm and comfortable mattress. The Front Desk staff were professional and friendly and check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Checking in this hotel with the hotel lobby still under renovation. Floor was covered by plywood from entrance to reception counter. At least one lift was reserved for renovation work (late afternoon) so it created a bottleneck when guests rushed to the only lifts after collecting keys. Electrical cables were exposed. Smell was apparent after freshly completed work. The best was the new beds. They were firm and comfortable. Additional TV inside bedroom. Full review is better done after renovati... Read more

The Radisson is in the midst of a makeover. Some of the floors are still under construction, but our suite was very clean, and spacious. The were only a couple of things I noticed. With such a modern trendy upgrade, they did not bother to fill in the chipped enamel on the tub, and they had some sheets on the bed that needed to be trashed. The first night we had nice linen. Our second night the bottom sheet was thin with lots of polyester 'pills'. It looked like the mattress cover. I'm no " p... Read more

The hotel is very clean and modern and undergoing an extensive renovation. I think this is something they should have mentioned when i booked the reservation, especially since i booked directly with the hotel. I was led to believe that all the rooms were suites with a separate bedroom and living room. However when we checked in, of the 7 rooms we booked, only two had separate rooms. The rooms were quite large, but they were also somewhat sparse (as part of the clean/modern look). With all that e... Read more

The hotel is poorly furnished without limited chairs, tables, closets and dressers. I only see 4 walls with empty spaces. The internet connection is so poor that it was disconnected all the time. The elevators are dated and I need to wait for the second round to get in one EVERYTIME ! This is what I get by paying a Business Class level room, so ripped off ! I would never stay in this one !

Not only does the staff have no compassion, empathy or manners (I couldnâ??t get one word in they kept talking over us), they were completely willing to leave us stranded outside the hotel after an over 4 hour drive from Ottawa to Toronto (we left to arrive at 1 am because an employee had told us that if we can make it after this time we would only be charged for one day), if this was not the case, we could have come a lot earlier and enjoyed the hotel that day/night, rather than not making use ... Great hotel for an overnight stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful. My booking was reserved for a wrong day by hoteltonight, but the staff corrected the mistake and gave me a free breakfast for my patience. The room was great, loved it! By annoyance I paid for parking first at 5PM but it only last 12 hours, so I was forced to get up at 4:30am to pay for it again as you can only do it in 12 hour increments. We have stayed a number of times at this hotel and now that renovations are almost complete, it makes for a more comfortable stay. The Fox Bistro, hotel's on site restaurant is very good. There are other restaurants that are within walking distance. The Convention Centre is next door which makes the hotel a convenient place to stay. It has an airport shuttle service. This is a convenient airport location however there were some significant oversights here. Recently renovated - but it shows some serious wear and tear, in addition for some reason there was a faint smell or weed in my room. Medical card or not someone in my room previously or someone in an adjoining room had been smoking. I complained down to the front desk and they noted it but did not do anything to make up for it. There were also some housecleaning errors and things that were missed that... Read more

What a great stay! Absolutely beautifully furnished and decorated interior of the lobby and a lovely, modern and airy King suite. The staff was so incredibly warm and helpful during my relatively late arrival. If they are any indication of the hospitality levels of Toronto, I am booking my next trip ASAP! Points deducted only for the slowness of the shuttle and the unappealing exterior of the bistro.

High end Hotel. Rooms were clean, convenient to airport, reliable shuttle. Booked through travelzoo incorrectly. The $99 stay became $174. The extra charge for parking was not explained to me and am dissatisfied with this. Have notified the hotel and am waiting for their reply

Hotel is convenient location, efficient reception personnel took me through registration in record time with welcoming friendly manner. Breakfast was not included but they pointed out the restaurant available on site or, if I preferred, Tim's was next door. The WiFi was fast and easy to log on to.
