I had a staycation during the Victoria Day long weekend. The Radisson was a great choice although be prepared to encounter some noise. It's a family friendly hotel and there are also some party goers. They are renovating the hotel and so some floors seem unfinished. I was on the 2nd floor facing the waterfront which was an extra charge. It was a semi-good view but next time I would request to be on a higher floor in the same location since there was a tree facing my window. There's free wifi al... Read more

We were there for the weekend, if Toronto Island is having a rave or big dance party it can get noisy as lots of people park there and get rowdy after the party when they go pickup their car. Rooms are nice, bathrooms are too, front desk staff are helpful, complimentary water, pool was closed when we were there, kids were sad, parking is available for additional fee

The hotel is located on the harbor, with nice harbor views. My room was very clean, comfortable and updated, plus there was a small fridge. Friendly staff. Many restaurants nearby to choose from. Very walkable neighborhood. Full of activity. I would stay here again.

We arrived around three hours too early for check in but the lovely receptionist stored our bags while we acqainted ourselves with the area. Our room, although not overlooking the lake, had a great view of the CN Tower especially at night when it was lit up in various colours. The bed was huge and very comfortable though occasionally creaky. There was plenty of storage plus a reasonably sized empty fridge, perfect for chilling the bottles of water left by the housekeeper each day. The bathroom w... Read more

We chose this hotel for a couple of reasons, one being the location. We flew into Toronto Island in our own aircraft and did not want to hassle with a car. It was within 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel along the lake. We arrived a little after noon and surprisingly our room was available and we were allowed to check in immediately. The staff was very professional and attentive. The rooms were very nicely appointed and comfortable. I especially like the fact that the rooms have wood... Read more

We stay at this hotel every year for an event we go to. There is never a problem with the hotel and they have done a nice job of updating all of the rooms. Not the hotels problem, but there always seems to be construction going on nearby, usually on the road which can make it difficult to navigate through. Other than that everything is great.

This is not a particularly quiet or pleasant hotel. The redecorated rooms have hard fake wood floors, noisy, and uncomfortable noveau furniture. Prices are very high. Staff is very pleasant - they try heard - but don't have much to work with. You can do far better for less.

My stay was restful so close to the busy downtown. The Radisson's elegance gave it a touch of urbanity. Coffee after breakfast on the terrace on the 5th floor overlooking the Bay was the ultimate touch.

Strangely at first the lower room numbers are the better rooms. I had a premium suite on floor 3 because of the better views of the harbour and seafront. The room even had a telescope but it was broken. Pool small but OK with a bar and restaurant which were both surprisingly under used considering the size of the hotel. Possibly due to the prices and the many other eating and drinking places nearby. A beautiful location with walkways all along the front for miles. Excellent business suit... Read more

I encountered a problem with an offsite reservation clerk prior to arrival, but after that, everyone including the manager made up tenfold with their kindness and attention and great service. The hotel rooftop swimming pool and deck have amazing views, walkable to anywhere downtown. Call the lobby to find out how to go abouts parking, you have to drive around the hotel to access the parking ramp. Then go ahead and park (don't pay!) and go to check-in, they will register your car.

My wife and I recently spent a night at the Radisson Admiral Hotel Harbourfront in Toronto and were very impressed. The room we received was very spacious, modern and clean. The nice wooden flooring in the room was a very welcome change from carpeting that is still present in many hotels. They don't tell you, but you cannot use their parking with anything bigger than a small SUV. If you have a medium to large SUV you are screwed. The staff basically told us "Good luck" finding a space nearby as it was the same night as a Blue Jays game at the stadium a block away. Got gouged by the lot because of this. Staff really could not have cared less about our parking problem. Checked the website and no where could I find any limitations on parking.

We stayed for an anniversary, just the one night, but it was the perfect spot. The rooms (we were on the 5th floor) were newly renovated, laminate floors which is a nice change from the sketchy carpeting in most hotels. Hotel was very clean and quiet, and our room had a view of the harbour. Rooms have wood floors and tile in the bathroom with glass shower doors. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpfull. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Toronto.

Very central location on harbour front . Beautiful view, helpful staff and great assess ability to a lot of things. Think the rates a bit high but location is a positive factor. Clean, updated looking rooms.

I choose this hotel as it was minutes away from the departure point of the tall ship. Finding where the parking was for the hotel proved to be a bit of a challenge. Construction in the area did not help any. The check in process was very smooth as we had booked ahead. The rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a lovely large shower---none of this having barely enough room to turn around. I could see the top of the CN Tower from the room. We were only min... Read more

View of CN Tower from our room. Comfy beds. Fast and excellent check-in service. Rooftop pool is amazing. It was like being at a resort. It will be our new go-to hotel in Toronto for sure. Walking distance to so many attractions too.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, while we were visiting Toronto for several days. The only negative point was noise from other rooms (doors opening and closing) and from the ice machine. The location is really nice though and the hotel facilities (internet connecation, Starbucks Coffee in-house) were all pretty convenient.

our first trip to Canada and the start of a 16 day tour, we booked this hotel due to it's location and we were not disappointed. it's really nice not to be in a super high rise hotel in a middle of the city. overlooking the lake gave a nice airy feel to the area. We did arrive on a blue jays game weekend, along with approx 50,000 others so it was a little busy (and blue! i.e. the team colours) The hotel rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. a huge walk in shower had replaced what i am s... This is a great hotel to stay at. It has a wonderful location at Harborfront. Easy access to transportation and downtown attractions. The rooms are bright, modern amenities and great views from all sides. The staff are knowledgeable and most pleasant. Would definitely make it my "go to" hotel when in Toronto.

My husband and I along with our friends and their 2 kids spent the long week end of Labour day at the Radisson Admiral Waterfront and we loved it. We had a connecting room so the kids can move around easily. We were in the heart of down town close to the CN Tower, Ripley's aquarium which u absolutely have to see and steps from restaurants and the water. Starbucks is right in the lobby so u can enjoy a good coffee before u hit the day and Tim Horton is only in the back of the hotel to pickup your... Read more

This is a very conveniently located harbour side hotel, clean, friendly and ticked almost every box for a family of 5 from the UK. The "kids" are late teens so fairly self contained in their own room. WiFi was free and plentiful. The rooms were a decent size and we were given adjoining rooms for our convenience. The staff at the Waterfront restaurant and bar were helpful and jolly and the front desk team were also very happy to help with our various requests for help. Parking in the basemen... Read more

My husband and I stayed here for a one night getaway. The staff were very kind and the hotel itself was very nice. The only thing we didn't like was the fact our room was right by the elevators, so after our long day of sightseeing it was hard to fall asleep when we could hear all the people getting on and off the elevators (but the once we fell asleep it was all fine and dandy.. the beds are huge and very comfy) and we were in a room without a balcony which would have been a nice place to relax... Traveling to Toronto to see my beloved Red Sox. This property is only a couple blocks for the ballpark, the Rogers Center. Lots of activity with walkers, joggers and bicyclists all day long. Parking was only $21 for the day you check in until 6PM the next day. Simple too, just pull in the garage, attendant will direct you to second lower level and register your car when you check in. No ticket to display and you drive right out when you leave, no ticket or voucher to misplace.

Stayed 3 nights. Excellent location on the harbour front near bars & restaurants and just 10 mins walk from CN Tower. We found reception staff friendly and efficient and our room was spacious and comfortable. There's a Starbucks in reception and taxi rank outside which was convenient. Also the bus tours pass by if you choose to explore the city that way. Would not hesitate stay here again.

I was visiting Toronto on the weekend and needed some help, I stopped in several places to try to get help with something and no one could guide me in the right direction. I seen the Radisson and I stopped there for help and the staff helped me with no hesitation. I will definitely stay there if and when I ever stay in Toronto again. I'd like to thank the staff at the desk that helped me Sunday afternoon. You made our day..

We stayed here 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. The staff is one of the best I have ever encountered. The rooms were clean and the bed was sooo comfortable. First I would like to explain about parking. We drove past the building because there is no good indication of where the parking entrance is and it is one way on the side you do park on. If you think of the building as a clock and north being 12 o'clock the parking garage entrance is at 3 o'clock. You have to take the street on the wes... Read more

This Radisson is a very clean and modern hotel. It is in a great location close to the harbor so you can walk to the ferry if you want to take a little trip to the Toronto Islands or walk to the CN Tower or the baseball stadium. The staff is extremely helpful and will answer any questions you may have about things to do or places to eat in the area and always want to make sure you are taken care of. We got a free room upgrade without even asking.

The hotel has a very good location close to the beautifully designed and newly built waterfront of Lake Ontario and not far from the railway station Union Station. It has a swimming pool on the roof just close to the restaurant. Good breakfast with excellent personnel. All the personnel in the hotel was very nice and service minded.

However that been said I would personally not recommend this hotel due to the poor service and cleanliness of the room I got....Now it might not be all the same but for I cannot recommend it based on my personal experience which was not pleasant.

First, I thought I had parking figured out before I got there (based on other's reviews) but nope. For future drivers: The parking is on the east side of the building, but you have to turn in at the west side of the building. Turn on the one-way street on the west side, drive all the way around the south side of the hotel, and park underground on the east side of the building. If you miss your turn, it's about 10-15 minutes back to the hotel while navigating the one way streets. What make... Read more
