I have been staying at this hotel for the last 2 years, sometimes through 4-6 month periods. I appreciate how the staff remember personal preferences and offer great service. The rooms are also clean and spacious. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here because it was close to Sunnybrook Hospital where we had to go for a procedure. There are no hotels that are really close to Sunnybrook, Mary-am was 15 minutes away at 7am and 35 minutes at 8am. It was easy to find the hotel from Sunnybrook and it included parking. The hotel was clean the beds were fine, it was slightly noisy and there are not a lot of restaurants to choose from that are close. The kitchenette includes, fridge and microwave, dishes and possibly a kitchen sink ... Read more

My wife booked this place as it was close enough to downtown without paying a crazy price for it. We had a great stay; the room was clean and comfy, I wish it was a bit brighter, though. The front desk guy, Amin, was so cool and knowledgeable; he treated us warmly and politely. He suggested where to go and what to eat nearby and we liked every single thing about our trip to Toronto. Best of luck.

We had booked a king sized bed suite and got a queen sized bed. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and the plug in scent things stung our noses. There was no decaff coffee and they tried to pass off caffeinated without distinguishing when asked. The bath towels are small and not plush at all! The rack for the luggage was in the cupboard and was considerably stained. The bath tub was chipped and had been poorly touched up. The parking was so bad, we had to tediously park the vehicle in th... Read more

The room I stayed in was very neat and clean, and the bed was so comfortable! The neighborhood the hotel is located at is extremely safe, calm, and also convenient-there are a lot of places around to walk to for lunch/dinner. They serve room service breakfast if ordered which was fairly decent. My husband and I have never been to Toronto and so having the hotel be a fifteen minute walk away from the subway station saved us a lot of transportation time through out the day and gave us more opportu... They call themselves a 'luxury suite' they must not know what luxury means. It is a rundown old apartment converted to a hotel (more like a motel or less) with only superficial repairs and renos done to it. Old carpet, squeeky floor, old fixtures, loud bathroom fan, no sound proofing. Most of all, no elevator. The bed was aweful aweful. We booked for 4 nights but left on day 2. Located in odd residential neighborhood with not much service or things to do. Oh, customer service also lacked too. ... Read more

It was fine, except for the person slamming the door multiple times at 3am. The parking lot is very small and narrow, I had to back out blind. The WiFi is strong, at least it was in my room. The rooms are much smaller than the pictures make them out to be. I did have dishes and cutlery and a small fridge, but no way to heat anything. It was close to the 401 and the Sheppard Subway line, but the subway is a good 15 minute walk away.

I stayed in the Mary-am Hotel for almost a week attending business meetings. The hotel is located in North York, Boutique style quit place. There's a small minibar in the room which was very helpful. The staff with very attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable, the queen bed, lounge chair and desk. While it is not located in the center of Toronto, it's an easy subway ride to anywhere you want to get to. Good value for money
