Got this room on a deal. Room was great. It was clean, great view and free wifi. Next time I would ask to be as far away from the elevator as possible. With people getting off or on the elevator late at night made a lot of noise and it carried into the room. The bar was very small but was entertained by an amazing pianist. Parking isn't cheap so if you're driving you will pay at least $30 for an overnight stay. A bevy of restaurants and things to do in the area. Right in the Theatre District, cl... Read more

I stay at the Hyatt often, about 6 or 7 times a year for the past 5 yrs. Clean rooms, fantastic staff, great breakfasts, amenities galore. My go to when in Toronto. Shout out to Allen at the front desk, always friendly and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for business in the downtown area of Toronto. The Hyatt in my opinion is in one of the best locations to restaurants/pubs, and sightseeing locations. There is a Starbucks right in the lobby. The meeting facilities are nice. The rooms are decent sizes however no matter what time of year I have used these facilities I have found the meeting rooms to be quite cold. The carpet in the rooms are dated but the bathrooms are beautiful and the beds are extreme... Read more

The week before I stayed at this hotel I was at the King Edward Omni, so a lot of my review is in comparison to my experience there. The Hyatt is a wonderful and top-tiered hotel. The front desk staff are very helpful and amazing, make you feel welcome and safe. The rooms are very nice, clean, warm. Location is very convenient to the entertainment district and all that great things on King St W. However in comparison to the King Edward it is hard to give this hotel 5 stars, as that hotel to me w... Read more

I've stayed at this hotel once before several years ago. My experience last time wasn't great, but not terrible either. I decided to re-book as I got a decent price, knowing what I would likely get. The biggest plus about this hotel is the location as it's downtown, close to restaurants, attractions and public transport. I wouldn't book this hotel however at an expensive rate, it's nothing particularly special and I have a few negatives about it. The check-in process was fairly good, fast and ... Read more

This is the third or fourth time I've stayed here and the quality of the service and the hotel itself is great and has been consistent each time. I would definitely recommend the Hyatt regency to anyone looking to stay in this area of Toronto.

Had a great overnight stay at the Hyatt. The room was compact, but clean, nicely furnished and had a good layout. Beds were comfortable and the room had excellent climate control. We were able to check in early and parking was reasonable at $30/night. Staff were helpful, attentive, friendly and personable. Would definitely stay there again.
