We went to Cuba and because of flight times stayed here overnight for both leaving and returning. Front desk was great and due to my wife's disability had a ground floor room for us. We used the parking option which is a plus, room was nice and clean, wake up call was on time and shuttle driver was great. Perkins was good but a little expensive for the quality and quantity of food we are used to but you are in Toronto and near the airport. Returning was a different story. The first night the fro... Nice easy check-in, great deal with a package where we could leave our car while on vacation and an excellent shuttle service to airport. Shuttle driver was great! Only 4 instead of 5 because it was a little old and run down, but overall pleasant!

Very clean, easy check in. It was nice having Perkins right there for dinner. Fast transportation to the airport. Easy pick up from the airport. Close to all major Highway and 401 is right there to get on. I would definitely stay again.

Went to the wrong holiday inn hotel and called to see if they could pick us up in the shuttle that was running past this hotel to the airport - no, we were advised we had to take that shuttel back to the airport and wait for the next shuttle. Hmmm we chose a taxi and funny, the shuttle went right past this hotel as we were pulling out, easy it could have turned in and picked us up, Had we not called a taxi to go the 5 min, it would have been over an hour before we got there. And this after a 5 h... Read more

Everything was adequate but the poor rating was for the hidden 15 dollar parking fee for one day. If I had known maybe I could have booked in a hotel with a small refrigerator in the room. Or in a hotel that didn't have strange smells throughout, for the same price

Really bad service and you have to pay for parking an extra 13.75 a night. No wifi in room and if you ask for help all you get is attitude. Was my worst stay in a holiday inn and I am loyal to IHG. As a Platinum member I have never been placed on the first floor till this location and I was charge over 165$ a night plus parking! I discussed all these items with staff and all they could say was that for my next stay they would.... Why would I ever stay there again. I booked 2 weeks in advance at ... Read more

I'm a platinum elite member, no priority check in, no amenity was offered, they didn't even ask for the room upgrade. Then when I asked about that they said the system will automatically does that for me? Really that's new to me, I didn't even bother to ask. Got into the room, the room is dirty! Hairs on the bed and some marks on the bed! I stayed in this hotel in the last few weeks, in-and-out but I found that this hotel is lack of facilities, very unfriendly staffs and need improvement on r... Read more

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it was really a favorite of mine. In the past, no deposit had been required, this time I noticed while booking a deposit is required, which is fair enough, a deposit for the first night or a smaller fee seemed reasonable. It never said until AFTER I booked the room that they were taking the ENTIRE cost of the room out, over 700 dollars at the time of booking. Upon calling to talk about this, they said there was nothing they could do, the hotel itself set the... Read more

A number of faults that could possibly been corrected if I spoke to the front desk, but the hotel should have known about these issues in the first place, and in any case I don't need staff in my room at the end of a long day. There is no no-slip mat or attached material in the bathtub. Makes taking a shower hazardous. In spite if the usual plea to hang towels up if you don't want them changed, they were changed anyway. The air conditioning in the room had effectively only two settings - on o... Read more

Decided on an overnight airport stopover on the way home from Saskatoon to North Cyprus. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. They operate a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, no hidden costs. Our room and bathroom were excellent, very clean and so quiet for an hotel so close to the airport. Perkins restaurant serve great food, lots of choices and it's priced reasonable. The service was very good we will definitely stay at this hotel again. ... Read more

Great sleep in the comfortable quiet room. It was a hike to the elevators! The room was clean with all the basics. The customer service was excellent. I booked a meeting room and found the customer service, from the front desk to the catering/sales people, all above and beyond excellent. Free shuttle to the airport and back. I would stay again.

OK... there are several positive things and the room was quite OK. The staff was nice but everything took such a looooooong time. The breakfast is not self-service but taken from a limited multi-choice menu... and takes a long time. The same regarding the check-in and check-out. The driver of the hotel transfer bus is really nice, but the suspensions of the bus are horrific!

Stayed at this hotel for one night for a wedding that was down the street. When we arrived to the front desk. I asked for a high floor and when she checked what floor we were booked on we were on the first floor. She did everything in her power to get us on a higher floor. Took about 15min didn't mind the wait to check in. once that was complete she manged to get us on the 5th floor and for that THANK YOU NADINE. Perfect for a business stay, free shuttle bus back and forth from the airport, short taxi ride to the Etobicoke area, pool and gym. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a tourist stay, however, we used the free shuttle bus to get to the airport and then got the UP Train into the city centre. This would be a good option for those looking to save on accommodation costs in the Toronto area, but it does take about 45mins each way.

Pro: pretty clean hotel, Nadine at the front desk who checked us in, very friendly and helpful, and super nice. Close to the highway, downtown, and obviously the airport. A good overall stay. Con: Bathroom outdated and no fridge/minibar in the room. If you want decent and cheap place to stay, this place is not bad.

Very convenient only to get from and to the airport. But if you mean to explore downtown, you're better off spending a little bit more to get something closer. When I made my reservation, it was stated that breakfast was included, but once I got there, the front desk said it wasn't.

Nice hotel with indoor swimming pool and courteous staff. The Restraunt attached to the hotel serve all day breakfast and also offer kids eat free. Overall if not one of the best holiday inns atleast worth every penny. Location is 25min drive from downtown which is not that bad.

This is an older Holiday Inn. It has been renovated and is clean an well cared for. It has all the amenities including a pool and attached restaurant. It's very close to the hwy and airport. It's a good choice for business or a layover.

The hotel is well located for a layover or local corporate meeting. The shuttle arrived at the airport as promised, BUT be careful to get the right one, as there are 2 airport Holiday Inns with different shuttle buses. The bed was comfy, it was quiet when the window was closed....but there was a bit of a stale odor in the room.

Older hotel close to airport. Perkins restaurant is attached to the property. Having to complete some business reports, I decided to order from the room service menu. Called the direct line to the restaurant at around 7 pm. After 3 calls with no answer I called reception at 0. After 2 calls of long rings the operator answered. She said she would put me through. Still no answers after this was done twice. I then tried the direct line again with no success, Finally ordered delivery pizza.

Overnighted after cross country flight. Check in ok. Room - ok but whole hotel smelt of cigarette smoke. In early morning hours fire alarms went off. I truly say that it's the worst fire exercise I've ever witnessed. The staff didn't have a clue.. never spoke to guests ... On check out I was largely ignored . Very poor.

Stayed here the night before our flight down south. Check in was smooth and uneventful. We parked at the back of the hotel and left our car there for the entire week we were away. Had no problems and it was VERY cost effective. Just over $100 with tax for the room and parking. The room did smell like stale smoke but i find that happens in a of hotels. Stayed one night, because of convenience of location. Getting there from airport is fine in terms of distance, although wait for shuttle was long and driver was not friendly at all. Is typical (North American) Holiday Inn, old, tired and dreary. Room was OK, but also old and dreary. Only had breakfast. Hotel has a connected Perkins restaurant (have not seen one of those in a long time), which offers old fashioned diner-type breakfast with its typical features, bad coffee, grumpy waiter and large... Everything was excellent, from the price, the room, and the service. We arrived there, got the room, no problems at all, huge room, excellent price, slept like a rock, and also got to leave our vehicle there for the week, while we were away. Much safer, better than leaving it at the Park N Fly.....So, yes, great package, or just to stay overnight when in the city.

I stay there regularly and I have never been disappointed by this hotel. It is always very clean and customer service is great. Nadine at the front desk is amazing and always try to accomodate your requests. Highly recommend it. The only thing that could be improved is the shuttle schedule as some times the wait can be long (45 minutes) at the airport.

I've recently spent 3 nights at this hotel - 2 consecutive at the start of our tour and one at the end. It is very conveniently located and runs a shuttle bus to the airport. Within walking distance there are food and drinks outlets, but with the onsite restaurant, they aren't needed. Check-in staff on arrival 25th October were a little brusque but got the job done. On my return 6th November, the experience was much better. Great sized and equipped rooms, pleasant public areas.

This place is a dump. Advertised as a park & fly.... Rooms are old & disgusting- I wouldn't even step in the shower. The parking lot to leave your car is NOT onsight, it's a 5 min drive away. Honestly, I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Do not spend your money here.
