Rooms are tiny and beds extremely uncomfortable. Hard mattress and double bed extremely small. Breakfast was a great selection. Parking was free but tight spots. Hotel staff (front desk) was not overly friendly. Room does have a fridge and microwave.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly, I was acknowledged as an IHG Rewards Club member and was given a lovely "welcome kit". The room and bathroom were clean and beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that there were not enough towels in the pool area, but I simply asked the front desk staff for some and within minutes a staff member brought some. The breakfast area (I believe they call it the Great Room) is large with plenty of tables. Breakfast was g... Read more

I stayed at this hotel this month for the weekend and give it high marks. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. When I asked for a late checkout, my request was promptly accommodated. The breakfast room looked inviting, though I did not have the chance to take advantage of it. The hotel room was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and there was a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom had been remodeled and it was beautiful. The blackout drapes did their job. Even though ther... Read more

I don't like to write bad reviews but I had to this time. I have stayed here twice already and each time there has been a problem checking in. First they did not have my reservation ready and I had to juggle rooms because they had no rooms apparently? The second they lost my companies billing info so I had to "pre authorize" my credit card which is not a problem, so I thought. They told me that they aren't going to charge my card but wait for billing info to be faxed in the morning? Well after c... Read more

We were in room 211 which is right above the guest laundry. The washers can be quite noisy when on a spin cycle so I asked at reception what time the laundry closes- That would be 11pm but he assured me it would not be used at that time and I just hoped he was right. It turned out to be ok for us but others might not be so lucky. There were two lifts, one out of order and the other scarily slow so I was happy we only had one flight of stairs to negotiate. Our room was very clean the staff were ... Read more

I travel 75% of the time for work. No sound insulation! Every breath and sigh, every footstep, every word of every person walking down the hall, you hear in your room. And that is with the air conditioner running in my room.. Wifi was sporadic at best.. Spooky Spots on the upholstery...Ewww! Don't get out the blacklight!

Room was clean and comfortable. TV has extensive cable station selection. Breakfast bar was well stocked with several different hot and cold options, including a pancake machine. Only downsides were that only one elevator was working for the length of our stay (3 nights) and the lack of chain restaurants nearby.

We chose to stay here instead of downtown Toronto to avoid large parking fees at the downtown hotels. We drove to the finch subway station (about 15 mins) and took a subway into town. This worked out well for us. The hotel is a bit tired and in need of a facelift but was clean and comfortable. Located right next door to the police station!!

As nice as our stay was, $204 for one night was too steep for the location. In Montreal and Quebec City we stayed in hotels an equivalent distance from downtown and the rates were almost half. It took us well over 30 minutes to get to downtown Toronto. First you drive to a parking lot by the Subway station. ($2 is not bad to park and a US credit card is accepted). Then you go to the subway and buy tokens. If you want to charge them you need to buy four ($13 total, which works if there are two pe... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as a family of four. Price was good and wifi and breakfast is included. Good variety of food for breakfast. Pool was nice but they ran out of towels and did not replace them when asked so we had to walk back to our room wet. Rooms were clean and modern. Big screen tv in room with large fridge.
