This is a nice hotel, well maintained. The wifi worked well, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The airport shuttle was very helpful as well, since I arrived at the airport late in the evening and had an early flight.

Old, dated, needs cleaning. General maintenance very poor. Pool area cold, washrooms in pool/gym area need complete renovations. Spa not very clean but staff very nice. Staff are welcoming. Staff state waiting for new owners to renovate but nothing happening as yet.. Someone was sick in the lobby and the clean up was very poor!

We stayed overnight at a great Travelzoo rate that also included 2 weeks of parking. We were thrilled. What a great way to get out of your own dwelling, have the packing all done, beat the traffic to the airport and relax. Then next morning, get on the flight and not worry about the car as it is parked for your return. This great fee also included a shuttle to and from the airport. What a deal!

Many items obviously ignored such as a missing clothes hook with the screw holes full of mould, missing tiles, utility covers bent and not able to be closed. Hot tub covered with apiece of plywood. The Front Office Manager seemed disinterested in providing assistance when asked. He offered to provide assistance with a glitch in their computer capacity to print boarding passes and would come to help in five minutes. After 15 minutes he was just gone and never to be heard from again. This was a st... Read more

Recently I missed my connection in Toronto, due to AC issue, and this was the hotel that AC put us up at. At best a 10 minute taxi ride from airport. Hotel is old and needs updating - they are working on it. Bed was new and very firm - how I like it. Superior bed linens and towels - nice. Can't comment on pricing.

Upon landing at Pearson, I called to let them know we'd need to be picked up - '20 to 25 minutes' was the response. When I called back 30 minutes later as we were still standing in the 35 plus degree heat, I was told it may be another 15 to 20 minutes because of traffic. We were getting picked up around 6:30 pm so I have no doubt there was traffic. The problem is that you don't tell me it will be 20 to 25 minutes if you already know there's traffic issues. Plus - it was amazing that other ho... Read more

I was unfortunate enough to have to book a hotel after a fight related weather delay. I booked this hotel for the fact that it was close to the airport , convenient and inexpensive for its rating. I got picked up by the hotel shuttle which , by the way comes every 30 mins day or night. It was a less than 10 minute drive and we were there. They are doing some renovations at the hotel , but other than a few signs and some gating you could never tell . The front desk service was friendly and effici... Read more

We stayed there on July 8 for an early morning flight out of Toronto. Staff was very friendly and check in was quick. Parking was ample with both covered and outside spots both on site Price point with 8 days parking was very reasonable compared to other hotels. Shuttle service was very reliable and I was picked up at airport within 20 minutes. Food was what I expected from a 31/2 star hotel not International Cuisine but tasty. Overall nothing for me to complain about as it filled my expectation... Read more

We booked our hotel through Hotwire and ended up receiving this location. When arrived around 12:30AM after a long day of travel only to find out that it was mandatory to have a credit card for the safety deposit. We reviewed everything and it wasn't until after you have paid for the room through Hotwire does it state that they will not accept a cash or debit deposit. After spending an hour on the phone with Hotwire to try and cancel the reservation, the manager decided he would "bend the rules"... Read more

This has to be the worst management I've ever seen. I made reservations through a third party called Hotwire. Payment and reservation both accepted cost was around $108.00. I arrived to the hotel at 11:00 PM the receptionist argued with me over the pronunciation of my name I had to explain to her seeing as English, nor French is her first language that the Letter "T" in my name was silent. Anyways to cut to the chase I presented her with my Visa Debit card. She tells me that the hotel does not a... Read more

On our way home from New York we experienced multiple flight cancellelations and delays, resulting in an exhausted little family desperate for a place to sleep for a few hours in the middle of the night. I phoned this hotel and was given the best service I've ever had from a hotel, by Rajeev. It was after midnight but he calmly searched for their one remaining room, promised to hold it for me, then even gave me careful instructions on how to reach the hotel's complimentary shuttle from where we ... Admittedly Caribana was on, hence the good places were booked and we needed one night's accommodation (we're local but had guests in our house.) We just spent the last 30 days in hotels from remote Labrador to Buffalo. So based on TripAdvisor reviews we ended up taking what was available. Never again in this place! The room was OK just small. This location has been bought by Doubletree and is undergoing renovation. They must have just started, as we saw nothing that looked new or refreshed. Parking was $16 CAD per day, tacked on to your room fee. The lot was very small and it was hard to find a place - some people parking where there were no spots just to cram in. With the exception of Rajesh who was cheerful and polite, the front desk staff I encountered acted like they were just very tired - all business, very quiet, and no smiles.... Read more

This hotel was a complete disappointment!!! Not only was the pool closed for renovation, the restaurant closed, the whole place fairly run down, but the real kick in the pants was the $15 a night for parking. With all the other hotels available close to the airport, I would never chose to stay here again.

Renovations should make this an updated hotel. The parking being indoor would be nice in winter months, but it's tight in there for a truck with only a few inches to spare over head.
