The hotel is very nice and clean for the price. I would certainly rev omens this hotel if you're looking for one near the Yyz airport. They provide you with the ordinary shower gel, shampoo, lotion, coffee with a coffee maker.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while I attended a conference at a nearby convention center. The aiport shuttle was prompt and clean. Check in was seamless. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing that brought the rating down was the restaurant. I ate breakfast there twice. The service was slow due to number of staff available. I was surprised that when I ordered the Eggs Benedict that it came with very thin slices of ham that appeared to be the type found in grocery stores... Read more

This is a slightly tired hotel with old fashioned colour schemes but comfortable beds and better than average food. Bathroom lighting is poor with shower area left unilluminated. Personally I dislike dismal bathrooms. Gym was not bad and was an appropriate size for the number of users. Free airport shuttle and good local restaurants

I needed a place close to the airport for meetings with clients. I appreciated the proximity to the meeting locations. In the past, I used to stay at Crowne Plaza a great deal. This location is very well maintained, clean, nice rooms and very, very busy. It is frequently used by flight crews and tour groups coming in and out of Toronto. If you wish to come this property, book ahead and get a confirmed registration. Great food in the bar and room are very well appointed. I would highty recommend ... Read more

If you are looking spend very little time in the hotel and are only there to sleep at night, then its probably fine. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family. Rooms are small, the front desk staff was not polite at all and was in some sort of hurry, even though there was no one waiting to be serviced after me. Bathroom wasn't clean, there was even an insect in one of the towels. Body lotion was half used and no shampoo, we had to call at night to get new toiletries. The only thing working out ... Read more

Free shuttle to and from airport. Rooms a bit tired. Hotel mainly full of business people and flight crews. Check in was fine, food in hotel itself was just ok. Nice steak place, Pizza and a Buffet place very close that were much better. Club lounge offered no beer or wine, just coffee and some terrible snacks like you get on airplane. Pretty noisy from the road.

The reception staff was great. Only issue was the room location. As a Spire member of IHG I am listed my preferences. I prefer a quite location. Our room was located next to the cleaning staff storage which meant we heard the door open/close. We were all tired from a long ride from London, England and wanted to sleep. This made it difficult.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable but DOESN'T come with a fridge or microwave. Absolutely zero sound proofing - front desk staff were sub par and actually seemed annoyed should you ask them for something suc... Read more

Last night Me and my husband were put in to this hotel as a result of a delayed flight. It was a stressful and long day for us travelling all the way from Hong Kong but we were glad to be put in to this hotel. The hotel staff was really nice and accommodating at check in, quick and easy check in. The room was very nicely made and we had a nice and relaxing sleep after the long day. The good service carried out on the next day as well all the way from breakfast to check out. Did hear some noise... Read more

Good location near airport. Rooms clean and updated. Friendly helpful staff. Many restaurants near hotel. Rooms are decent sized. The only drawback is that it is very loud when planes fly by, needs sound proofing.

Great hotel if you are staying over night or connecting to onward flights across Canada great for plane lovers, but if you're looking for a quiet night or laying in bed for a while longer then I would recommend somewhere in the city itself. But this is a very friendly hotel, lovely staff quick and efficient. Frequent shuttle bus to and from the airport every half hour with the UP Express train that runs between Pearson Airport and the city.

I have just stayed here for seven nights on business. Rooms are large and comfy, plenty of lifts, which sometimes can be busy. It is noisy with planes, but you expect that being on the flight path. Very basic lounge area. I must give a mention about the bar, and service. In my opinion, Josie must rank as the best worker and bar person I have met around the world. Quick, polite, funny with an outstanding memory. Deserves to be running a much nicer bar than this. All in all, ok, just !!!

This is hotel will meet basic business traveller expectations. Clean room, comfortable bed as well as normal hotel amenities. I stayed here for about five nights and ate at the restaurant twice. Food was passable.

Stayed here several times now over the last few years, my husband and I choose this property because it is close to the airport and quite nice. Checked in for 2 nights in October 2016, one at the start of our trip, and the other room for our arrival back. The staff is friendly, hotel is very clean and quiet. They gave us a free upgrade the first night to a suite...very nice. Could use more staff though when they know a larger group is arriving from a flight, we waited at least 20 minutes or so u... Very friendly check in. The hotel is a little dated. Rooms are clean, very small. I like staying here because there are a lot of restaurants in the area, like Canyon Creek and Boston Pizza. Free shuttle to the airport leaves every 1/2 hour.

The hotels is nice and price is very reasonable. However, we can hear the airplane noise inside the rooms. You cannot hear any conversation when outside if there is a plane passing above. Location is just outside the airport. Many people stay there to catch a plane in the morning.

Nothing special - typical chain hotel. Alot of the hotels do not charge for parking - so I was surprised this one charged. I normally stay at a different hotel but that was booked. 2nd rate. Small room, really small bathroom . It's right next to the highway so your hear the traffic noise.

I was in town for a conference and I choose this hotel as it was close to the convention center. The hotel was easy to get to, it was clean, lots of parking (they said it was $15 a night extra) and close to a number of restaurants (Jack Astors, Tuckers, Boston Pizza, Chop and Milestones). Checkin was easy but it was busy so I was put on the 12th floor. Elevators only go to the 11th so I had to walk up a flight (which wasn't a big deal since I only has smalls bags with me). I couldn't find an i... Read more

I had a conference close to the airport and this was a hotel that was recommended. While the airport is convenient and close to the airport, it was loud--both from airplane noise, but also from the Interstate. If you are not renting a car, this is a good hotel since there are shuttle service and a few places to eat nearby. The hotel staff were professional (not overtly friendly). If you decide to stay here, make sure not to get the room that faces the hwy!

Handy location for conferences, airport or in our case a nearby social function. Basic, clean room with nice decor and everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was not a problem. Hotel sits under one of the airport flight paths but any noise was not concerning and you would have this same issue in any hotel near airport.

I wanted to go to downtown and Front Desk staff were more than happy to assists me with my enquiries. Restaurant was busy but staff were great and accommodating. When i first came in, the workers at the front desk were very welcoming. When we went into the room it was hot, stuffy, too small, and they wouldn't give us a cot even though we asked for bigger beds.

I will probably never stay here again, rooms were moldy and smelled like bad air freshener. Front desk was not friendly being a platinum member I was not even recognized or given an upgrade. Loud because of the highway, i called down and asked for a room changed and it seemed like an issue, i was placed on hold for 15 minutes!!! i will never come here nor suggest anyone stays here.

It has been awhile since I last stayed at this hotel, almost a year. While the front desk staff are new, they were very pleasant, polite and fast. The room was not a disappointment, they have maintained their comfort and quality and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I have an excellent sleep, which is what you really want. The breakfast in the morning, very friendly staff and you get an excellent value with the buffet for what you pay for. It will not be a year until ... Read more

Was here for a three day meeting. Lights in meeting rooms are very terrible. Low ceilings and metal encasing reflect headache giving horrible pulsating light so you can't concentrate. All meals were horrible during meetings and indepentently in the restaurant. They use powder eggs and raw sausages as one example. The restaurant and bar staff never smile and have no sense of urgency. Rooms were comfortable enough however the rubber bath at was so old it cracked and disintegrated when I unrolled... Read more

I stayed for 2 nights over the weekend as we were vendors at the Seasons Christmas Show. After 2 very stressful days at the show it was a pleasure to come back to the hotel room & relax. The room was clean (I checked), the bed & pillows were very comfortable and the temperature of the room was very easy to adjust, so we slept well. The bathroom was a bit dated but it had a really good shower. Despite being so close to the airport there was minimal noise from the planes & no traffic noise at all.... Read more
