I have yet to have a bad stay at any Hilton hotel. This stay was no exception. An extremely clean Hampton Inn, with caring staff. They were informative in my inquiries. Breakfast was ready, early in the am and the eating area was very large, and cozy. I highly recommend anyone to consider staying at the Sudbury Hampton Inn on Regent St

I stopped in Sudbury's Hampton Inn on my way home because snow squalls were forecast for the rest of my trip. I always enjoy stopping at this hotel I've stayed there in the past and wouldn't return if I didn't like the place.

After a long drive to arrive in Sudbury, it was wonderful to know that we would be welcomed by friendly, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room. Despite the nasty weather, the accomodations made us feel right at home.

Hilton Hampton never dissapoints. Was here in the Sudbury area on business for a couple of nights and this place was truly a home away from home. Property: The hotel was booked solid yet service was amazing. They attended to any request I had promptly. Location: Close to the highway. Close to restaurants. Close to gas station. Room: Because the hotel was booked solid I got put in a room just down the hall from the front desk. I was worried about noise but I was pleasently surprise... Read more

This was our second time staying at the Sudbury Hampton. We were just as pleased as the first time. Complimentary coffee, tea (often forgotten elsewhere) and hot chocolate all day in the lobby. Good complimentary breakfast with some hot items too. Rooms very clean and nice. Beds very comfortable. Great value for the price!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The hotel is nice enough. It does the job and breakfast is included BUT the customer service is horrible. I stored my luggage there between business trips and they threw it out without phoning me and then refused to reimburse me for the contents. Not very classy. The customer service in the newly renovated Holiday Inn down the street is much better. Highly recommend the Holiday Inn over the Hampton.

staff in morning of check out could use a course in hospitality. staff non responsive to issues with pool and control over hotel guests who were drinking with several kids running wild with no control or care. Staff did nothing to help educate their parents in proper child behaviour. poorly managed and run by vacant manager

First time I stayed here although I travel to Sudbury quite often for business. Quick check in , quiet modern rooms that smelled fresh and clean. Complimentary breakfast was great lots of choices. The only complaint I had is location, far from the airport. Beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants around . There was two bus loads if teens staying in the hotel , they were running down the halls at 10:30 at night , but I called down to the desk and they dealt with it quickly and I was able to get... We went to Sudbury with a large group - 6 ringette teams. We all stayed at this hotel. The location at the south end was ideal - easy access to restaurants, stores and to one arena. It is also close to the major artiries in the city. The beds were super comfortable. We all took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. And, the athletes enjoyed the pool. When we go back, we will stay there.

Newer hotel - service was good - rooms were very nice - sports bar just outside with a great menu selection. Easy access into and out of the hotel on to the highway without having to drive downtown. Great price for this hotel.
