I did not stay directly in the hotel, but for three days I attended a convention there. The rooms were clean, the galls were well prepared and the staff were quite helpful in preparing the venue. Close by is a Timothy's coffee shop the has a 'sweet street' candy bin selection. The lobby leading to the hallway going to the convention rooms are very clean, spacious and welcoming. The desk staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I've heard positive things from my colleagues staying there, so it m... Read more

We checked into our room which was a suite it was amazingly modern, I Heard the hotel spent over 8 million to renovate the hotel and boy was it worth it for comforting pleasurable atmosphere. There were neatly placed amenities fancy wine and 6 dollar fancy glacier water, there were a good stock of linens in place and comfortable beds.... Read more

We stayed in May 2016 for a basketball tournament. Got a great group rate. We stayed in a 2 Queen room. Friends had a suite with a separate bedroom with 2 Queen beds which I would've preferred if it was available. Quite nice. Our room was a bit dated but I loved the shutters. Nice touch. Bathroom was a bit small. No drawers in it to put away makeup, etc. Bed was comfortable . TV could use more specialty channels, especially WTN. Walls were a bit thin. We have stayed here before and always booked an accessible King-bed room on the ground floor, which is convenient for our service dog and for access to the vehicle. As always, I called a few days ahead of arrival to ensure the hotel was aware of the dog (as noted on the reservation form) and to request the ground floor king room we have grown accustomed to. It is important to me to try to make everything as copasetic as possible, keeping travel stress levels to a minimum. I was assured we would... Read more

Not much else to say. If you don't need the internet it is fine. But if you need it for work watch a movie or to amuse your children forget it. It is the same as any Marriott Fairfield Hampton Inn and their internet probably works. In this day and age Internet is imperative for most people.

This was our second time staying at the Holiday Inn and it was a pleasant trip. My first experience was amazing as I got to stay in a newly renovated HUGE room. This time, I was in an average room with two queen size beds. It was still a nice stay. The service was great; very quick check in's and out's and they were wonderful with answering any questions and providing us with the items we forgot (toothpaste etc. - whoops). Overall, it's a convenient, well-kept hotel.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in in St. Catharines. The hotel is in a good location for getting around. The location is very commercial but convenient. Friendly staff at the front desk. The room I had was a king that was very new. Fantastic comfy bed and a nice sized beautiful bathroom. The only complaint was sketchy wifi. They could improve on that. You won't be disappointed booking this hotel. I liked it so much I stayed a second night. I will stay at this property again.

After a horrible experience on the 401 near Tilbury, driving from Detroit to Niagara (40 mins waiting in stand still traffic) the sight of the beautiful upgraded room made us feel so much better about our short get away! This is a very clean hotel and economical hotel at a convenient location (about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, less than an hour to get to Toronto). It does seem to be in the early stages in renovating, so I'll be looking forward to the changes.
