Beautiful room. Super Quiet. Heavenly bed, bedding, pillows.....amazing home away from home. Phenomenal atmosphere. Great location close to airport. Reasonable rate for parking considering the calibre of hotel.

Located close at the edge of the "Chinatown" of Richmond, it's close to several popular Chinese restaurants. We checked in on Saturday at around 2pm but the room was not ready. We were told that we can leave our car in the front & get free "water" in the lobby. After the free cocktail we got at the Embassy Suite in Portland OR, this was a little let down for a Hilton. Complimentary Internet access was extremely weak. Very weak signal 98% of the time. So really there was no complimentary Internet access.. The rest of the hotel is great. Friendly staff and service was excellent

Used to be a great place that had a voucher option if you forgo the cleaning service for a day. Also used to offer me nice one bedroom suites. But based on my last visit, these are no longer. Now it is just your typical brand name hotel, high price, little value.

Was part of a wedding party over twenty people and staying for 5 days and the staff of the hotel went out of their way to make all our stay very pleasant and could not do enough to accommodate our group. Hotel is close to shopping mall and train into central Vancouver. The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was excellent and very dependable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was very comfortable. The beds were terrific. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We would certainly stay again. The hotel is located in an area where you have access to many stores and shops.

Just as nice a hotel as you could want. Although we were outside the city center, they arranged transportation and got us to airport for a 6AM flight back to US with little problems- four people and ten bags!

We have booked 34 nights for our guest from China from May 22 to June 2, 2016. Some of our guests already checked out today. And they said they enjoyed a great and professional services from your hotel. The rooms are so great and clean. The manager, Simon, treats them like family members. Hotel was fair value in a good part of town. Location was or appeared to be near the downtown core and the attractions of downtown. Also close to the Richmond oval which was important to me. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good with great service.

Good quality hotel with a good location. Nice rooms, quiet setting even though its close to the airport. Lounge is small but classy, good afternoon and evening specials. A bit dated but well kept. Bathrooms could use upgrades, time to get rid of the tub/shower combos.

Very clean and quiet hotel located in Richmond. Close to shopping, restaurants and gyms in the area. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. I have enjoyed my stay here immensely and I look forward to visiting again.

Hotel shuttle will pick you up. Beds comfortable. Rooms small and hallways dated but clean.Very friendly check in staff and breakfast staff. All in all a good stay.Breakfast well cooked and tasty as well as quick polite service.very close to CF mall that has lots of stores and food choices.

We are Hilton Honors members and needed a place to stay before embarking on our Cruise out of Vancouver. This hotel was a bit out of town, but the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. We took the SkyTrain into Vancouver for the afternoon and evening which was a fun adventure.

Quiet, comfortable hotel. Excellent shuttle service to/from YVR. Hotel staff is very friendly. Helpful with recommendations and giving directions on logistics. Close to shops and restaurants. Convenient to the airport.

This was our second stay at the hotel. It has an excellent shuttle bus service to/from the airport every 30 minutes. The rooms are clean and well equipped. We had breakfast in the restaurant and chose the continental buffet. There was a good selection of various foods.

I chose this hotel because of Richmond location. Planning to explore Asian restaurants in the area beside visiting downtown. Plenty of parking space in the multi storey building. Plenty of space in the room, a good Hilton standard. Not a new or newly renovated hotel, but the management has done a good job on maintenance. My room equipped with a microwave in the minibar area. It turns out to be a good equipment to warm up my leftover food.

I stayed here because I needed to catch an early flight. It is very close to the airport with a reasonable price. Hotel was generous. The gold card member got an upgrade to a suite; however, I didn't have a chance to access any facility due to a short stay. No matter what, it meets Hilton standard, a comfortable bed and clean room.

We stayed at this Hilton on our return from an Alaskan Cruise that ended in Vancouver, BC. The hotel is easily accessible from the Canada Line metro, and is nearby the airport, with shuttle service to and from the airport. We were very pleased with the service, the room and amenities provided.

Ended up here after a missed flight connection with family. I enjoyed my night and morning here and the staff were always helpful whenever I had any query. Good friendly service and breakfast buffet was good value

The staff were all very pleasant and professional. We liked our one-bedroom suite, however, an additional sink would have been better. Parking fee of $19/night is a bit steep. The location was walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

very interesting stay... original room assigned had a out of order sign, apparently the sink was not working. returned to lobby and got an upgrade. staff was extremely friendly. great location to many shops and restaurants in the richmond area. hotel also has shuttle to airport.

I went on a trip with my family and this hotel is a disaster! Don't stay here. The outside is a dump with garbage overflowing (for days-never emptied the whole time we were there) and a front entry so filthy I didn't want to walk on or through it. The staff is uncaring and cold. Rooms I reserved weren't given. Facility is old and musty with non-working elevators etc. It's a mess, find somewhere else.

Hotel and staff were gracious and very helpful . Free shuttle to airport was great and driver very knowledgeable . Breakfast was Bountiful and staff friendly. I would recommend the location for close to the airport and yet quite and close to a drugstore and resturants.

Ok hotel although a little expensive. Had a 6:30am flight and the shuttle is only twice an hour. 2 people were left at hotel by shuttle as they were not quick enough. Guess they missed their flight. Poor internet access, kept going on and off not optimal for business

We utilized this hotel as a stay over at the end of an Alaskan cruise, hoping to experience the city before returning home to the US. The hotel provided close transfer to the airport plus easy exploring opportunities to downtown Vancouver with a very short walk to the Skytrain. Our trip was as complete as it could possibly be and helped us to highlight this great city.

Although an "airport" hotel, the location of this hotel is removed from the airport, and within a vibrant urban community. Most airport hotels are isolated from amenities, but this is within easy walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We used this as a quick stopover after arriving very late to Vancouver. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff are very welcoming. We booked through Hotwire for a reasonable rate that included free wi-fi.

The staff were more then accommodating the suite we had was comfortable and clean. Parking (there is a charge)gave easy access to your floor without going through the lobby. Good on site restaurant walking distance to mall

Following a flight cancelation, stayed at Hilton thanks to air transat. The hotel was very good, staff attentive, sympathetic and more than helpful. The food was amazing as were those who served it. Not a hotel we would normally book, but would certainly do so in the future.

Our stop at the Hilton was just what we needed to get a travel break before our Alaska Cruise, as well as before heading home after the cruise! Great facility, location, service! The convenience to the ferry, airport, cruise ship connections were awesome.

Everything on the standard! Staff helpful, friendly, food is good. Breakfast is offering big choices! Rooms are comfortable and on 17th floor, with good view...Like their big bed and bathroom. After flight, you deserve something like this! Very good work, keep going!

Shelton Hotel beside Hilton had better service and rate. No free bottled water and slipper provided in the room. Shampoo and soap are very cheap. Free internet sometime very slow. Shuttle bus is very convenient for both Shelton and Hilton.

Use this hotel for business trips, close to airport with shuttle running regularly. Canada line is within walking distance if you want to go into city. Some very good sushi restaurants close by. Room and guest services always good, breakfast buffet has good selection and is fresh.

We spent a day and night here after a cruise. We had a VERY early flight the next day. We checked in at 11:00 am and the delightful customer service agent gave us a nice suite. My husband had gotten sick on the cruise and he needed to rest, so it worked out well. We were in 812. A bit close to the ice machine but fine.
