The Sheraton has really outdone themselves at this location. Renovated rooms are tastefully decorated and impressive. The club lounge is totally worth the upgrade ! If you are taking the kids to Canada's Wonderland, treat yourself to a wonderful room to enjoy your evening as well.

This is a great hotel. Business or pleasure. I've experience both. What makes it even more enjoyable you get full value for your stay. Very close to many good restaurants. The renovated rooms are great. Close to the highway to downtown Toronto. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

I stayed here recently while on a business trip and it was a great experience. Hotel is very clean, updated and comfortable. The rooms are large with large walk in showers. I had a great sleep and nice to have a Starbucks products in the room and in the lobby. Would definitely stay again.

Wow! I stayed here with my Family this past December as a quick get away and was blown away! We upgraded to the louge floor both times and also upgraded to the jacuzzi king suite just for the luxury! This hotel has enough to do you don't even have the time to go and visit downtown Toronto! The hotel has it all under one roof! The Starbucks in the lounge is probably my favourite part! Great Job Guys! This is why I am a proud SPG member, properties like yours provide the best amenities and luxurie... Read more

I stayed at the hotel for a conference. It was accessible by public transit. Staff were very nice. There were several interns working and they were eager to please. One staff member helped me book my hotel for the following week in Denver to see a football game. Because I am an SPG member, I was able to secure a rate that was less than advertised on sites such as Priceline or Trivago. They also helped me retrieve my SPG number so that I could collect the points. The room had a kitchenette th... Read more

This is my first review for a hotel so pardon me for lacking any aspects that needed to be reviewed. I didn't intend to review any hotel but this particular one I just had to. I resided here for 5 days with my family after my high school graduation. We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen-size's each. We're from Vietnam and it's my first time traveling to Canada. Okay, let's get straight into the good side. First of all, the rooms are excellent. Beds are comfy and clean, bathrooms are also clean and ... Read more

Stayed here as my stay-cation. The service and the rooms are just like the 5 star hotels in DOWNTOWN TORONTO. We also went to Wonderland which they had special packages for which was awesome. They are super close too! Oh! and they have 2 indoor salt water pool and 1 outdoor salt water pool with a great tanning area!

Bad experience - As a SPG Gold member, I used to stay at Sheraton Parkway Toronto when I visited Toronto. However, I will not stay in this hotel anymore. First, bad experience in check in... I was waiting for 15 minutes in the SPG GOLD line for check in ...... Next day, when I woke up in the morning, there was no water in the sink, toilet or shower. (Water pipe issue!!!!?) i had to go down to the public rest room to wash the face and go to toilet..... Water was resumed finally at 10am.... Read more

Over the years, I have stayed at most of the equivalent grade hotels in the Markham / Richmond Hill area and this hotel has become my preferred hotel for the past several years. The amenities offered are excellent (Lounge, Starbucks coffee shop, Bar area, Lobby, The Crave restaurant, etc.) and the staff treat me as a special guest which I like to think that I am. The house staff ensure that I have enough coffee pods and water as well as catering to any needs that I might have. The rooms are exce... Read more

I have stayed at this location numerous times, in the past few years. I was greeted with a Smile and a "Welcome Back". A very quick check in, and reassuring directions to the elevator, all with a Smile. This topped off with a "room with a view"!!! Great Stay, highly recommended for sure !

I was here for a two-night stay for a meeting. Front desk service was friendly, though check in took a long time even though there were not that many guests checking in at that time. Parking was a challenge - there is a garage for parking, but since I have not stayed at this hotel and there is no short term parking for check in, I wasn't sure if I could access it without a room key or without having already checked in. Once I found a spot, I didn't move my car. The room was nice, a bit dated, ... Read more

We stayed here for 2 weeks for business, it was a comfortable stay. the rooms were kept clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I only have one complaint, the pillows were too soft and fluffy! I like my pillows a bit firm to support my neck. But this is a real first world problem! Other than that, everything was great, from the breakfast, the members lounge and even the pools. Great stay.

I have pretty much experiences in various hotels as I and my husband travel a lot. I mean, "A lot". Thanks to that, I'm a gold member of various hotel chain membership program as well as online hotel booking sites. Even though we're a gold class member of many programs, the staffs in this hotel was really outstanding. They welcomed us as a SPG gold member guest, and explained about the bonus that we can have. I felt really happy when check-in thanks to the staff in the front desk. Other then the... Read more

I've been to this hotel many times for business purposes and I'm usually well served by the staff. Though a few exceptions will crop up from time to time, the majority of the staff do treat their guests with warmth and respect, and I do feel like a privileged guest everytime I come in. The follow-up they do after check-out is also outstanding; whenever I fill their survey, they provide such incredible attention to make sure that my next stay becomes a better experience and I admire them for that... I did not book a room here. My friends and I had dinner nearby and wanted to go for tea, coffee, and dessert. We knew there was a Starbucks in the main level of the Sheraton so we went there. The ambience was nice and was busy. There is a classy hotel bar beside the Starbucks as well. Wifi is free. You just have to ask for the passcode. The seating area was nice with TVs and nicely renovated.

Given there are only two full service hotels around, it isn't that bad. Was at the hotel for a week supporting a large conference. The hotel rooms are reasonable enough, a better Sheraton--whatever a Sheraton means these days. The Internet was fast and strong, the parking was free, and the bed was good. Would I ever stay here by choice? No. But it was an ok conference hotel. Room was recently refreshed, in the lower end West Tower. Had a King bed and a pull out couch (which I didn't ... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel many times but I have never been too excited about this property. The location is good because it is close to many restaurants and malls at Richmond Hill. It is a very large hotel and it has a huge parking lot, both surface and underground. It has many nice meeting rooms. It has a fairly large underground shopping arcade but it is always quiet and deserted. No one enjoys going down there. It feels like it is haunted! I always wonder how these retailers can survive th... Read more

Location is north of Toronto close to 407 which is good for locals but not great for Americans. Toll on 407 is very high. Rooms are wonderful, staff is very courteous, meeting rooms and lounges are specious. We're there to attend retreat hotel did provide us wonderful services.
