I was here for over 3 weeks for business. I found the hotel to be busy but not chaotic. Breakfast was satisfying and better than some. Housekeeping was good as well as other staff. The only complaint I would have is that they aren't on the linen enviromental program. I don't need my towels or sheets changed and washed every day. There was also no recycling bin in the hotel for bottles or paper goods. Otherwise it is a nice hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel in south Regina. The room was spacious, with a jacuzzi tub and serviced promptly every day. Staff were friendly and helpful in all areas - housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast room. For breakfast there is a very wide range of options including hot pork sausage, turkey patties, cheese omelettes, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, muffins, bagels, sweet buns, juice, coffee, tea, and hot water. The location provided easy access to the downtown... Read more

My husband & I stayed at this very nice Holiday Inn. It is new. We had a great sleep in the comfy king size bed with great pillows. The bathroom is nice & the hotel very clean. Breakfast was included & the breakfast room is large & clean. The staff friendly. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend it to others. The only thing the Hotel could not help us with, a wine opener/corkscrew! Fortunately we went next door for dinner at The Keg & their staff helped us out! Every hotel should have one for a ... Currently in the midst of my first and last stay at this hotel. Checked in and later realized my 4th floor room (top floor) was several spots. Notified the staff, who sent maintainece up. They advised they've been battling these issues for a while but thought it was cleared up. Upon further review of the seams all over the ceilings I can tell they've had a real battle. He called the manager and told me they would follow up. Turns out the hotel was sold out so I was moved to their ot... Read more

The only room available was an accessible room on the 4th floor which was quiet except for the youth outside between 3 and 4 am on Saturday night (which is not the fault of the hotel!). While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, the bed was certainly not a queen as advertised but simply a double bed. Be sure to confirm if this is important to you! Breakfast was exactly as expected - continental, self-serve - with a nice variety.

This is my first visit to this hotel and definitely my last. It's currently day two of a 3 night stay. My 1st impression never changed...the place is a dive. I would give it a 2 star MAX. Firstly, worse location ever with the absolute most bizarre brutal parking of any hotel. I also have never seen so many handicapped parking spaces, I mean it's great if you require one but when the hotel itself has parking for 30 and 15 of them are handicapped it's a bit much! The decor is old, dated...smells ... Read more

Have stayed in this hotel many nights over the last 6 months. I have been impressed every time with the consistency of the quality service form all the hotel staff, especially the front desk crew. Friendly, helpful, and attentive. Good breakfast bar, clean and well maintained with daily variations in the selections. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Parking is free, but sometimes a pain to find a spot.

We stayed at this location last night. When we went to bed we had turned on the air conditioner & the room was nice and cool. We woke up at midnight & adjusted a/c to no avail. We tossed and turned all night as room was not comfortable to sleep in. When we left room in the morning the hallways were quite warm, an indicator the whole system was not working up to standard. Upon checkout, we were asked how our stay was. My husband mentioned the air conditioner was not working properly in our room. ... Read more

I have come to expect a level of consistent quality from Holiday Inn Express. Consistency is very important for me. This stay certainly confirmed this consistency. The check-in process was smooth. The room was totally acceptable. The WiFi was reasonably quick. The breakfast was standard fare well prepared and fresh. The location was great with easy access to all Regina attractions. Of special interest though was that it shared a parking lot with a Keg Restaurant and a Tim Horton's. Fina... Read more

Was travelling through Regina on business and needed to hold up for a night. Was able to use IHG Reward points to secure the room. I was very pleased with my stay. There are several places to eat in the area and other things to do. I would stay there again.

The Hotel and rooms were nice. The person at the front desk could have made more of an effort to be a bit more friendly. I don??t think she even told us which room we would stay in, she just handed us the ??keys?? for the room. Usually they explain a few things too, but she didn??t. Continental breakfast was good.

Stayed for 5 nights while working in Regina. Convenient location close to the highway, easy to get to even with the current construction. Lots of room in the parking lot for my pickup and trailer. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff.

I needed a basic room for the weekend because I was in Regina for business. The location of the hotel was nearby where I was working, so I didn't necessarily choose the Holiday Inn because it was a Holiday Inn. That said, I was very pleased with the service. Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Also it needs to be mentioned that the breakfast room was very popular! The room was full every morning! Very good choices, great service, and comfortable.

The hotel was - clean, - checking in was easy and quick - I booked a room with a king sized bed and it came with a folding couch/bed. Small fridge, large tv and clean bathroom - my brother rented a suite with one bedroom. It was very nice and handled our family visit easily - morning breakfast included. Was tasty, and - friendly staff. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Holiday Inn Express Regina South has one of the best Guest Services in the industry. From the time one checks in to the checkout time, the guest services staff are simply awesome. The checkout time is easily negotiable and definitely better than what I had experienced at other hotels and motels. I highly recommend this location. Any time I am in Regina, Holiday Inn Express Regina South is my temporary residence.

Stayed one night at the Holiday Inn Express South. Very good stay. Staff was very accommodating and allowed us late check out. We did not use the breakfast facilities as we were running early in the morning. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. (We had a suite). Only issue was you could hear people in room above walking around at 5:30am.

This hotel is located close to shops, Tim Horton's and the Keg. We stayed here over the long weekend (Labour Day) for a wedding. The hotel was busy but everything was great! The room was clean and spacious - the only thing lacking is a safe in the room. We had no place to store valuables. There is a mini fridge in the room and a coffee maker too. A buffet type breakfast was included and I must say the selection was wonderful! Something for everyone and even a pancake making machine!! Th... Read more

After many days on the road in our RV, we stopped here for a break from camping. The staff were very accommodating in finding a space for us to park our RV, especially since parking is a little tight. We ate at the Steak and Keg next door but there were also other restaurants within walking distance. Nearby services include supermarkets and drug stores.

Horrible parking. We're still not sure if there actually is available parking for guests other than on either side of the building but we spent about 15 minutes driving around the building the evening of our stay trying to find a spot to fit our truck, which resulted in just not being able to open our doors and folded in mirrors, due to the tight parking spots. Rooms are fine. Service was friendly but not really able to explain the parking situation.

I frequently stay at this hotel for business trips. It's clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is decent for being free and includes hot options which is a bonus. Pool area looks nice as well but I haven't had the opportunity to check it out. With the exception of a booking error on their part, I haven't had any issues- and the fixed the problem satisfactorily. Overall a nice hotel to stay at and located close to many restaurants, etc.

I stay at this hotel once or twice a month. I have a standing request on my profile for a top floor room. For some reason, this hotel cannot seam to deal with that. about 50% of the time I am on a lower floor. I want a top floor room because of the noise of people above me otherwise. If I am on a lower floor due to an upgrade, I understand. There are other options for the IHG group in town that do put me on the top floor every time. The location of this one is better for me, so I will giv... Read more
